I am so very pleased to write this review. I went to Palm Nails this last Tuesday and it was my first time. I decided to try out this salon due to the reviews. One photo within the reviews actually caught my eye and I knew I had to give the place a try. The previous reviewer mentioned that "Jen" has done her nails so I requested Jen. I was never more pleased to have tried a new salon. Jen talked me in to trying a new process for my nails. I have had acrylics for well over 30years. I have wanted to give my nails a break but I haven't had the nerve to actually take them off. Jen explained everything about this new DIPPING Powder process and I trusted her instincts and experience. I AM SO HAPPY with my nails. I cannot wait to come back. I live in Riverside, but I will certainly make the drive. Thank you to Jen and her very friendly husband. Great staff in the entire place and all patrons really seem happy too. read more

Went here for a pedicure and it was wonderful! The shop is clean, the staff very polite and friendly, was given a nice cold bottle of water upon entering. The Salon has a very relaxing atmosphere, no hurrying about, no loud talking, was told to let toes dry and relax. it was the best pedicure I've had in awhile, very nice. read more

Great customer service! I've been to so many nails salons and this was has been the most accommodating place I have been to. My mani and pedi result were OK; paid for Gel and my nails started chipping after only one week... They would have kept their 5 stars if the nails didn't chip so quickly. After moving to the area nine months ago, I've tried four different nail salons plus a few walk-ins which is not my style, but I was in desperate need. One of these salons I even gave a 2nd chance to because I liked the location. Two out of these four were referrals from family. :-( After being completely exasperated when one manicurist, who happened to be the owner, recommended I do an SNS manicure that cost me $45 plus tip and literally melted off two days later from using sunscreen, I searched high and low through YELP and found this fabulous salon that is only 5 minutes from my home--a bonus! Everyone in the salon is genuinely nice--no phoniness, no greediness. They are professional and accommodating and do a fantastic job! My nails and toes have not looked this good since moving here and I'm so thrilled that my search is now complete. I am sold! Thank you, YELP!!! read more

First time...first impressions...Nail techs are friendly, capable, accommodating and professional. The salon is bright, IMPECCABLY clean and comfortable. Pedicure chairs...clean. Manicure tables...clean. Hand washing sinks...clean. Floor...clean. Bathroom...clean. Nail polish bottles are organized and appear to be displayed by color...magazines neatly stacked and displayed. My daughter & I we're on a mini-vacation and wanted to get our nails done. I searched Yelp and came upon the rave reviews of this salon. We made Palm Nails our first stop and I'm glad we did. I was desperate for a nail fill and read great reviews of "Paul". Lucky for me he was able to fit me in. He did a beautiful job with my nails and exactly how I wanted them. The added bonus was that we didn't have to wait to start our pedicures. The massage chairs were wonderful and our pedicures were too. I moved down to So Cal almost 2 years ago and have yet to find someone to do my nails as well as my manicurist back home. Been going here for awhile. Met a new artist last weekend and am now embarrassed that I've waited so long to post about this absolutely lovely place! Everyone is kind and the owner is super funny! Brian did my nails and he is just fab! I enjoy this place so much that I never book with the same person, I just take whoever is available. Palm Nails did the best job ever!! I went with my entire wedding party and my mother, and they made us all look amazing and made sure we had a great time. Weeks later, my nails are still looking great! They even called the day before the wedding to offer a touch up to anyone who might need it, completely free, just to make sure everything was perfect. Of course, everything was perfect and no one needed a touch up. The staff is kind, fun, professional, accommodating, and talented. The salon is clean, cheery, and has great equipment and selection. I come to the valley once a year for a month and have never found a great nail salon - until now! Only open 5 months so worth your time to locate them. I walked in and did not have to wait, granted it was on a Monday at 3pm. I had a superior acrylic fill/basically a new full set since my nails were in poor shape, $25. There are many nail salons in the Desert, but this is definitely the one you should come to. Owners are really nice, friendly, they make you feel welcome, service is great, the place isn't crowded so that means that they can really take their time and do a great job. The nail work is great, they go out of their way to please you. Prices are reasonable, got acrylic nails with gel $35 and my daughter got a manicure and pedi for $20 and she even got a $5 gift card. This place was the greatest nail salon I've ever been to. I felt like I was walking into a friends house as soon as I arrived. I was offered a water or diet coke, and some candy right as I sat down. I was given the best leg and foot massage I've ever gotten with a pedicure, she asked me several times if the pressure was ok, she really cared that I was enjoying myself:) while I was sitting there a girl came in to get her nails done with her boyfriend waiting for her. The owner rushed over to make the boyfriend even as comfortable as possible, putting him in a massage chair and getting him a drink while he waited for her! The nail polish she started to put on my toes, although it was the right color label on the bottle was the wrong color( a manufacturer mistake) and they grabbed me a new bottle right away. When I got my nails done the same thing happened with the gel color from the same company, and we didn't catch it till it was already far enough along. They stayed open even later for me because they insisted they wanted my toes to match so they re did my toes again and said if I'm still unhappy with the color I can come back and they would do my mani pedi all over for free. They were so warm and friendly and welcoming and funny. They made me feel like I was a regular. You don't get that from many nail salons, where you feel like you're just a pain for the nail tech who can't wait for you to leave. This place was clean and sanitary and according to many reviews in the area this is a big problem at other salons. With all this being said, it wasn't even expensive either!! I would recommend this place even if it's not nearby, it's worth the drive:) read more

This is my second time coming here & they do such an excellent job on my & my mother's Mani/Pedi. They are so patient with my 91yr old mother and her dimentia...Not only that, she & I both have an ingrown toenail that they take care of with no pain and resolved for at least a month. The deluxe pedicure is the best in the desert. It is very very clean and well taken care of. The owners are very nice and friendly. They provide free full size water, coke, diet coke, etc. They have a lot of new and beautiful OPI colors as well as a very large selection for gels. They did an amazing job on my nails and my daughters acrylics. Everything was very professionally done. As a visitor to the area, I looked up Nail Salons and found three excellent recent reviews for Palm Nails. My experience exceeded my expectations. The salon was pristine and clean enough to perform surgery. As a diabetic, I must be very careful about my feet. Jane was kind and personable and my pedicure and leg waxing were both excellently performed. Jane's father-in-law is also a diabetic, so she instantly understood my concerns. I had the full luxury pedicure in a massaging spa chair and a half leg wax. I felt so relaxed and pampered. I would recommend Palm Nails to everyone with the highest praise. read more
