It was the cheapest and surely not the most expensive. But, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and the cleanliness. It was ready for everything fully stocked in the kitchen including a dishwasher. Kudos whoever choose the bedding. What a great nights sleep!! What kind of pillows are on the bed!!!! (Forgot to look). Convenient restaurant with amazing key lime pie! Only feedback is there was a problem with our third party booking site getting the information to us the check-in, as there is no one there. Easy call to the staff taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Remove dead plants, also, people sailing through don't always follow "no wake" rules!! Only in the day did we experience that and not that often. This is a new favorite thing to do!!! We plan on returning!

Buyer beware! I had a five night stay booked at this property in one of the townhomes. When I…read morearrived, I immediately realized that the home was not as clean as it should have been. The furniture was grossly stained, the bed in the master bedroom was so rickety that even a small amount of pressure caused the whole thing to sway, Lightbulbs were blinking in the master bathroom, and dead bugs were on the floor. I immediately called their guest services number and spoke with a gentleman who was actually quite helpful and compassionate about the situation. I sent them the same photos. I have posted below, and they agreed that the property should not have been in that condition. They offered to show me a Condo which was smaller as an alternative. When we toured it prior to deciding if we would stay or not, we saw the same issues with gross stains on the furniture, and gooey smudges on the wall. We refuse to accept that as an alternative, as it was not at all an improvement. Their final attempt at providing a solution was at a newer property, which was nice in terms of its condition, but it was farther away from where we needed to stay making the drive inconvenient for us. It was also a two bedroom apartment when we had five people and two dogs on our booking. Because I booked through hotels.com, the property refused to work with me directly on the issues and told me it had to go through the booking agent. I requested a refund through hotels.com on Sunday, and it was not until Thursday that the property even bothered to reply and offered a 25% refund for a trip that I never even took. Their customer service agents are like gatekeepers and refused to allow you to speak to upper management. They only divert you back to hotels.com, which I understand from a policy perspective, but from a customer service perspective, it leaves much to be desired. I believe that because they offered me options, none of which were good ones, they believe they did not need to provide me with a refund. Just know that if you choose to book here, that if something goes wrong, you will likely not be compensated. We did not stay a single night and left within hours of checking in. They still believe a refund was not needed. Find anywhere else to stay but here.

The left side unit is being remodeled and the patio is absolutely beautiful. I haven't seen the inside. It doesn't appear it's for rent. 8. The unit we renting can be a haven just need money reinvested. I rather pay for comfort than to pay a price to be disappointed by pictures that doesn't accurately depict the unit.

The cottages are nicely decorated, the private hot tub was a gift that kept on giving, the pool area was calming, listening and watching the to the waves from our private porch was the ultimate. The property manager, Chasity B, was onsite often and was just lovely. You can tell that this property is owned and operated locally by the attention to detail including the landscaping and little touches like beach chairs and coolers. We will be back next year without a doubt. We loved the St. Thomas room on the second floor. Had the opportunity to see the Cayman Suite...newly renovated and lovely.

Great water pressure in the showers (always a thing I look for when traveling). Mostly pros with this place but cons are - the smell inside the main lobby made me nauseous. They had these air fresheners on the walls pumping out a vanilla smelling scent that was overbearing and made me sick. The room had a chemical type Oder but I bring my own Lysol spray everywhere which took care of that smell. The bar was closed the entire time , not sure why. There were close enough bars surrounding the property. Overall I would stay here again for the value.

I was unaware that I booked through Booking.Com and that posed some problems. First of all they charged me $400 in additional fees that are NOT Iincluded had I gone through the place DIRECT. Booking.com will tell you anything to not return your money but MaryLynn explained how third parties such as them operate. It took well over an hour to cancel with booking.com and then they had to call MaryLynn while I'm there with her. They will complete the cancellation and return my deposit in full. (It will take 5 to 10 business days they said) DO NOT go through third party such as booking.com or Expedia. Call MaryLynn and/or whoever else is managing on her days off. We stayed in unit 710 for the last week, and while our vacation was enjoyable there were a few…read moremajor hiccups. First the elevator situation is incredibly frustrating, so much so that it made me not want to go down to the beach. I am able to walk down stairs pretty well, but am not able to walk up the stairs. We were on the 7th floor and there was only 1 somewhat functional elevator in service on property. The second elevator had a sign on it stating they were hoping to have it working by the end of March, but a resident that we spoke to said the sign had said February at one point. The functioning elevator was tiny, unreliable, and constantly stopped on the 3rd floor. Many times we waited between 5-10 minutes just for the opportunity to board. Also, the functioning elevator was not able to be used from the second and fourth floor, which I'm sure is illegal from an ADA standpoint. Second, the water was shut off 2 days in a row during our stay. The first day it was off between 10am-2pm which was no big deal. The second day was an unpleasant surprise and we were told it would be off between 8am and 2pm. Third, if you want to use the pool you better go early! People come out around 8am and claim all the chairs and tables in the pool area, so unless you beat them down there you won't have anywhere to sit. Overall our unit was nice but was in desperate need of upgrading in the common areas.

For the last 15 years we have been coming here and have stayed in probably 10 of the units. Each is individually owned so there is quite a variability in decoration, furnishings and electronics but they all have been very serviceable. The condos are 2 or 3 bedrooms and are a very decent size. It is right on the beach, with your own balcony with ocean view. The property has a very nice pool as well, shuffle board and putting green. There are the usual snowbird vacationers but still quite nice for the kids. We saw a great firework show from our balcony last night put on by the city. The management here is responsive and helpful. Each unit has a fully stocked kitchen (minus food!), access to washer and dryer (though ours had a set in the unit) and two full size bathrooms. The units are not luxurious but a good value. Some could use with updating or doing away with the ubiquitous beach theme decorations but overall they are comfortable, clean and convenient.
