So we asked our server if it would be possible to get the fish lightly battered and she went back to ask the owner/chef. We were sitting close to the kitchen, heard her ask and heard him bark back a loud "no" but then just as quickly changed that "no" to a "yes"! Customers were coming in at a relatively, in our opinion, good stream. We started with the clam chowder which could use more clams IMHO.
