Awesome meal. Great service and I love the atmosphere. Definitely coming back. They even had pumpernickel bread. Hard to find these days!

The Nor-easter roast beef with Au jus and horseradish on a sea salt & caraway seed Kaiser roll

Great roast beef sandwich with the au jus and the horseradish. Loved the Kaiser roll with the sea salt and caraway seeds. The homemade potato salad was outstanding with smoked paprika which delighted my taste buds! Lovely smoked bacon like flavor. Enjoyed with a Leinenkugel Summer shandy. Service was fine, waitress was attentive. Atmosphere was okay, some regulars and some just off the beach. Would come here again if I'm in the area.

Y'all know the rules. The minimum standard for a sandwich is the pub sub. So I give that a 3. Firehouse is a 3 as well. Subway is a 1. When a place really does a sandwich right, it's worth notice. The Salty Pint is such a place. Saw the reviews and ordered the beast... The Harvard Heavy. About 10 layers of deliciousness. The turkey and roast beef are top quality. Toasted bread and served warm. The spicy mustard adds the perfect touch. The place itself is an inviting little bar that doesn't feel like it's in a mall once you are in. Hey things rolling with a cold beer and chat with the locals at the bar. The bartender gets you the beer quickly and doesn't mess around. I gave this a 5 which means you should take a little drive to get a hold of a sandwich here.

Was visiting from Seattle, saw 4.8 score on Yelp. The score didn't disappoint. Kristi was our server & I asked if she was a one woman band because she was the bartender, cook & server. I ordered the Tsunami their version of a Ruben sandwich. Kristi made it to perfection! It was delicious. The restaurant might be considered a hole in the wall but was very clean with big screen TVs & great 70's nostalgic music. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Looks are definitely deceiving, this place is a must!! Located right next to a WinnDixie in a shopping plaza, can't miss it. We were greeted upon arrival and could sit anywhere available. The server came over immediately with menus and took our drink order. Menu isn't huge but everything sounds wonderful and everything we ordered was!! The tsunami was great, very flavorful. The potato salad is so good, tastes like there is bacon in it. Our daughter got the PipeLine meatball sub and devoured it. Son had two of the French bread pizzas and Husband ordered the salty dawgs, said they were good! This place is great for a quick bite and some beers!!

Nice little hole in the wall with great food and great service. It's one of our favorite spots in Daytona.

Best sandwich I've had in a while the legend definitely stand up to his name has a little kick, but definitely a very good sandwich and the vibes. Here are pretty dope. Everyone was very nice.

    Harvard Heavy

I placed a pick up order from here while I was visiting the beach and the sandwich I got was 10/10. Yes, I know it's just a sandwich but it was DELICIOUS! My order was ready very quickly and when I picked it up the man behind the bar was very friendly and welcoming. Next time I'm in Daytona I will get this again!

We stopped here for lunch because I read good reviews on Yelp. This is a small bar/restaurant located in a strip mall. You wouldn't think to stop here based on the outside appearance, but you should. There is a nice bar, with loads of beer choices, as well as some high top tables. The bartender/server was super friendly and very efficient. We ordered beer and she left menus, which had some appetizers, soups, and lots of interesting sandwiches. After reading the reviews, I knew we needed to split a sandwich. We settled on the Harvard Heavy, which was delicious!!!!!! Triple toasted bread, with plenty of meat, lettuce and tomato and a horseradish sauce which was excellent. The pasta salad side was equally as yummy. We may even go back since we are here for a week since it was so good.

Atmosphere - The restaurant is located in a small shopping center next to a Winn Dixie. When you walk in you will not be impressed with the place, but give it a chance. The place is extremely small. There is a bar on the left that seats about 6 people and a handful of high tops. There are two big screen TVs above the bar. Service - There were two people working. One person worked the bar and took our order. The other person worked the kitchen. Our server was very nice and she was excellent. Our order delivered in a very reasonable timeframe. Food - we were there for lunch. I ordered a cup of broccoli and cheese soup to start and shared a Harvard Heavy sandwich. The soup was served hot and was very good. The sandwich was huge and absolutely delicious! The meat was fresh and the sauce had just enough kick to it to make the sandwich a home run. I also had a Beach Hippie IPA draft that was also excellent. Over Value - this is

The table we sat at was in a very warm section, our party sat down and uh didn't offer us additional water the entire time we were there. It was hot and I was thirsty and a refill would have been nice. Food was really good, I had a ruben sandwich lots of flavor. Which made up for the ambiance not sure what was going on but I have been to this place many times and never had a bad experience until now. I think our waiter was overloaded with tables but was super nice.

It seems this place was a bar before and Fletcher's took it over without a remodel. This is leading to confusion for the servers/bartenders because they train at the original bar and then come here to work. Everything is in a different place. This huge place is probably perfect for St. Patrick's Day crowds. But despite the Daytona 500 and Bike Week being days away, I counted 6 people there. Another server joined around 6pm just as a family came in to dine. I hesitated to give this place only 3 stars because the food and beer were surprisingly good. We cautiously ordered the tater tots to check out the quality of cooking and the cleanliness of the fryer. Even though they probably don't make the tater tots (they were exactly like Ore-Ida) these were as perfect as it gets. They were cooked exactly right and I love my tots. They were crispy on the outside, not dry inside and you could tell the oil was clean and the fryer was at the right temperature. I wanted to try the Fletcher's Hefeweizen but it was out. There were 3 beers out of ~10 that were out. I got Blue Moon instead. Hubby got the Hazy IPA. Both beers were very good and fresh, chilled satisfyingly cold.I was given an orange in my Blue Moon without asking, always a good sign. With our confidence bolstered, we split the fish and chips. I expected the fish filet to be thicker, but realized this was haddock and not cod. The fish was fresh and the coating was cornmeal-based, not fluffy but nicely crunchy and tasty. The chips were just as they should be. Good dish, well-executed. Come to Fletcher's Pub and Brewery! More people would give it more of a party vibe, enhancing the already great food and beer experience.

I was totally taken back by the fact, particularly since it is located just down the street from the seedy, infamous, dive-y Shark Lounge.
