Stopped by randomly as I was exploring this little area. Was welcomed, and given an intro to Paloma and where the coffee beans were from. I'm not a huge coffee expert. I just know I like Columbian coffee black and I always try random sweet coffee based drinks when I'm looking for a refreshing pick me up but the vanilla bean latte (got it iced) was DELICIOUS. It was the perfect combination/ratio for what I look for in the perfect coffee drink. Not too sweet, right amount of flavor, with a good coffee profile that hugs your taste buds and gets you craving for the next sip. Deff has the caffiene in it to pick you up. They don't have a huge menu choice but it's definitely quality based and I prefer that. Looking forward to trying something new the next time I stop by even tho I feel the vanilla bean will be my all time favorite. Definitely check this place out if you like simplicity+quality. read more

I'm crying, crying real tears of happiness. I'm blown away by the sheer dedication to quality here at Paloma Coffee. When we first walked in, we went to the bakery and looked for some bread to have with our coffee. They had run out however they offered us several options to meet our needs. We ended up getting English muffins that were buttered and made on the griddle press, as well as a black olive roll. I was thoroughly impressed that they cared so much as to find a way to modify what they had to make exactly what we wanted. Then, we walked over to the coffee bar and ordered two lattes and a matcha latte. The coffee is from Panther Coffee in Miami and is made just like they make it there. Now for the reason I'm crying happy tears. If you've read my past reviews you know I drink lots of tea, especially matcha. I used to work at a tea shop for years and am extremely picky with how tea is prepared. Usually people give me matcha mixed with sugar that becomes clumped when added to milk. But no. I witnessed the matcha being prepared with a traditional bowl and whisk method. The barista (who I think is the owner) was unsatisfied with his first attempt and threw it out and made a new one. It didn't even seem like the first one was wrong but he cared enough to make sure it was perfect. He labored over the bowl, whisking away every little clump until the matcha was blended to perfection. The matcha latte comes with soy milk, which is also a plus because I only drink soy and almond milk anyways. The matcha is beautifully blended in this latte and I can't help but be ecstatic at the notion of a perfect matcha latte. read more

Stumbled upon this place while driving past and man am i so glad i went in! The family that works here and owns the location are amazingly sweet and kind and even with a short conversation, you can tell how kind they are. The coffee is amazing and they have a cute pastry area as well! The prices are amazing for what you are getting. I seriously can not recommend this place enough! This coffee shop is a MUST if you are in Orlando! It has a cute little bakery in front with local baked goods like cupcakes, scones, macaroons etc! The coffee is DELICIOUS! My husband and I got the mocha and vanilla latte and both were amazing!! They prepare their lattes with homemade syrup which makes all the difference! The staff is super friendly and welcoming! Finally got to check this place out. The staff was very inviting and friendly... i was unsure of what to get and decided to order an iced chai with nonfat milk. It was soooo amazing! I could be mistaken, but I think I recall the gentleman saying they make their own chai, which (if that's true) is quite impressive, as it was really delicious! The decor is also really nice and super clean (until my little monster pulled one of their plants off the wall-- don't worry, they were so kind about my rugrat almost destroying the place and quickly vacuumed up the mess he made. Sorry, again)... like, can they come decorate my house and make me iced chai?! Lol I definitely would recommend and do plan on visiting again! read more

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in central Florida. This cute little local business has the most inviting atmosphere while serving some damn good coffee. Paloma sources all their coffee from Panther Coffee Co.- a Miami based coffee roaster and cafe. I recommend the Ethiopian drip coffee, but you really can't go wrong with any of their drinks. I have also heard that the chai is amazing. I'm so glad hat downtown Windermere has its own coffee shop now! read more

Cute, little coffee shop. There's milk alternatives. The staff are super friendly and the shop feels really clean, fresh, and the decor is very tasteful. It is located on this quaint, little strip of shops and across the street in the mornings there's a farmers market I believe that happens. I highly recommend Paloma's mocha, especially if you are one that does not like really sweet drinks. I usually drink my coffee with a splash of milk, but after hearing about their mocha and how they are made decided to give it a try. IT WAS AMAZING! Subtly sweet yet still very much tasting like chocolate. Go to Paloma, you won't be disappointed. read more

Beautiful and much needed space in Downtown Windermere! The nitro cold brew was incredible (though a smidge pricey) and the pastries tasted fresh. I wish that they were open a little later, as I'd love to visit after work with a friend, but they close at 6 pm - which makes it pretty difficult for me to get over that way. All in all, it's a great space and I encourage you to check it out if you're in the area. read more

Aesthetics are one of the things I look for when going into a coffee shop other than the obvious of getting an amazing cup of coffee. Paloma felt so welcoming and a girls dream because of all the mirrors on one of the walls when your waiting online. The black and white wicker chairs accompanying the crisp white tables with a plant details gives me an airy feel even though I'm in doors. On the front side of the coffee shop has amazing furniture that compliment each other brining masculinity & feminine to any coffee date. Let's talk about the coffee, the knowledge the baristas has on their coffee is impeccable and comforting if you don't know what you want or you have never been there and would like recommendations. Once trying their coffee I was in another world because not only is the taste important to me but also the temperature can make or break the coffee which they nailed every time I had a cup! read more

This is the best coffee I have found in central Florida, and is such a blessing. Before this, I really felt that Orlando wasn't living up to other big cities in the coffee market. The equality is exceptional, with all of the syrups being handmade and all of the coffee being done by hand (rather than an automatic machine). They have something for every coffee (and tea) lover, with lattes, cappuccinos, coffee made in every which way (pour over, French press, etc.), and even affogatos featuring locally made gelato. They have pastries that are all produced by neighborhood bakers, and some cute merchandise such as shirts and small succulent plants. This is a great place to hang out, as there are comfy couches and board games. You will likely meet the owner, as he is often working, and you can tell he has a true passion for high end coffee and doing it right. 10/10 this is worth putting the time and effort into. It's my new favorite coffee shop, and if I didn't love the owner and want all the success for this place, I'd absolutely keep it hidden to myself. Enjoy! read more

Love this coffee shop! The outside of the shop has a few tables to sit at if you would like but there is currently no indoor seating. The employees are also extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the different drinks available. This is the cafe of my dreams!!! I recently moved to the downtown windermere area and the moment I saw that adorable sign I knew I just had to go in. So finally I made my way to this little slice of heaven an was absolutely blown away. The first thing I saw when I walked in was smiling faces and macarons. THE LAVENDER MACARONS ARE TO DIE FOR. This is one of my new favorite additions to the Windermere community. I actually had it yesterday and the thing I love the most about it is the consistency! I appreciate that EVERY time I come in and order the caramel latte it tastes EXACTLY the same delicious as the first time I had it. And for me that's big. Most coffee company's use a syrup that tastes like manufactured caramel. It leaves a really bad after taste in my mouth and I'm not a fan of that at all. Not at Paloma. They know their coffee and are very knowledgeable. It makes me happy to support a small local business. Maybe one day I'll actually go in and try something different.
