Dean the owner has not taken any responsibility for servicing this vehicle before selling it properly and professionally. When I received the vehicle I flew in from out of state to get it, 30 mins off the lot the check engine light went on, then the transmission fault message and once I got to Austin I had the vehicle inspected immediately by Austin Roverworks and the diagnostic report basically stated it needed at least $4000 worth of repairs to really bring it to what they sold price wise. I immediately sent the report to Mike the manager at their Sahara Pre-Owned in Phoenix and he told me he couldn't help because the 15 day warranty was not valid, they did not communicate properly during the sale and basically lied and would not help at all even though the car had only been driven 1500 miles from Phoenix to Austin and they knew my situation. Dean who owns the dealerships is a liar, his staff are liars and basically did not own up to offering any type of rebate or help with the repairs. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership and not buying a vehicle from Rahimi or Sarah Pre-Owned at all. They posted my bank statements online, tried to make me look bad on my reviews and truly were despicable in how they treated me post sale.

I wish I could give zero stars. I brought my 2019 Kia Soul in for an oil change, tire alignment,…read moreand full inspection before a road trip. I was told everything looked good, my car broke down on the trip anyway. The diagnosis changed three times throughout this ordeal: first the ignition coil, then all the fuel injectors, and finally the catalytic converter and O2 sensors, while my original symptoms stayed the same the entire time. After two weeks of silence, I called myself and was told the car was ready and staff had "been trying to contact me," no missed calls, no voicemails. I was rushed through paperwork and pressured to pay over $1,600. Immediately in the parking lot, the same burning smell and shaking that I noted to the service tech were still there. Isaac, the service tech, denied smelling anything at first, then after my friend confirmed it, it was suddenly "normal after injector replacement." Also my gas tank was nearly drained on pickup, and the check engine light came on on my way home. I brought the car back the same day and asked to escalate to the manager, JB. It took two full days to hear back. The following week I called three separate times for updates -- none of those messages were ever passed on to Isaac or JB or documented at all . On top of everything, the catalytic converter order hadn't even been submitted until over a week after the issue was identified. I also requested to keep my original catalytic converter after the replacement and was denied without any prior notice of that policy. I was without my car for over a month. I have exclusively serviced my vehicle at Kia, there is no excuse for this level of disorganization and disregard.

I looked up a car. (Hyundai Sant Cruz Limited) I originally found it on TrueCar for $23490. As of…read morethis writing its still listed for $23490 on True Car. I decided to look at Hyundai of Yuma and it was $22995 on their website. I contacted them over the weekend, and today I went in with my wife to look at it. It was a different color (which was fine with me), but it was the same car. Same mileage number Same features, Same everything. They just used the wrong stock photo on Tru Car. They did the usually car sales stuff, makes wait, get us invested, etc, but I expect that at nearly any car dealer. Then before we drove it they said, oh, we made a mistake that car is supposed to be $35999, and now that I am home they have updated the price on their website, They did offer a "deal" at $31000. That's still $8000 more than advertised. Like I said it still shows $23490 on the True Car website. It sucks, but maybe it was an honest mistake, except every deal I've gone to any dealership in Yuma in the last couple years has either just sold, or now, "oh we made a mistake." That's not the finisher for me though. They had another car a year older, with more miles advertised for 23,995, and it still showed at 23995 when I checked a few minutes ago. Now it appears their website is down. In my opinion trying to prevent the collection of evidence for this complaint. I got a screen shot of the price on that car. When I asked, what the real price (hoping it wasn't another "mispriced" car) they said it was $32,000. I was done after the first car, but we hung around because of my wife. She was interested. Now mind you this car wasn't for her. It was for me, so I was just hanging around because she was interested. I think this kind of behavior needs to stop. Its not the first time I've showed up at a dealership ready to buy at the advertised price, but most times they car or truck just isn't there. They claim to have "just sold it." This is the first time I've ever seen the price of a car jacked up so much. I have seen dealerships try to raise the price after the offer, but this is first time, they just came right out and jacked up the advertised price by 8-9 thousand. I was pissed, but I'm not the asshole. On the way out a different sales tried to bracket me into a price range. No. I wanted the advertised car at the advertised price. It wasn't about a bracket or what I can afford. My current vehicle was a $50,000 new truck two years ago. A 31,000 or 32,000 car is not out of my budget. I just don't believe in rewarding bad behavior. ********Response to Response******** We bought two cars there in the past, and my wife just turned in her lease at your other dealership (Kia). This is the second time I have tried to buy a Santa Cruz in the last few years. When I told my wife I had found other Santa Cruz's elsewhere she immediately asked me if I want to go buy one. I give up. I'm not going to buy one anywhere. I am still looking for a backup vehicle for my big truck, but I am not going to buy a Hyundai anywhere now. Even if I go to Phoenix, Las Vegas, or somewhere in California and buy one (I found a few) Hyundai of Yuma would still be the local dealer for any warranty service. When they were playing games and looking for the other older, lower feature, more mileage truck that turned out to be for more money... LOL... I took a walk around the lot and looked at nearly every car on the lot new and used. They were all dirty like they hadn't been washed in a while. Maybe we had some weather I don't remember, or maybe they can't afford to pay the guys who come and clean all the cars regularly like all the other new car dealers do so everything looks bright and shiny. I'll leave that to anybody reading this to decide if that is related.
