Ashlee explained everything she was doing thoroughly and made sure I let her know what I was looking for. Both my lashes and brows came out AMAZING (and they were a hot mess when I walked in). She also gave me a nice aftercare kit. Ashlee really takes her time which is a great thing, but pay attention to the time she tells you and be prepared to be there a while [my lash set and brows took a little over 3 hours]. Also, extra stars for the most AMAZING playlist going throughout my service -- Luther Vandross, Aaliyah, Usher, Mariah Carey, Lloyd.. whew!
