Was around Winter garden and decided to give it a try after reading some reviews, what a fantastic place!. Love their music theme atmosphere and their cute menus, inside albun covers. Great customer service, staff is so friendly and efficient . Food is tasty and flavorful made with fresh and quality ingredients. Got the tuna melt and pulled pork with sweet potatoes and tater tots, generous portions. Inside and outdoor seating. They offer wine, beer, coffee and happy hour drinks and live music

Stopped here on the way to LA, looking for a sandwich better than Subways... it was nice, but it took like 45min to get our food and there were only two tables ahead of us. The smoking hot chick was unimpressive, the cubanesk was nice. Servers were nice, decor was nice. Chairs were not comfortable enough for a 45min wait.

Some of the nicest people work at Pennies Sammies! Everything we ate was amazing. I forgot to take pictures because I was too busy eating!!!!

Great lunch spot for a great sandwich. Their menu is on old vinyls with is super cool. Sat on their little patio on a nice day which was a nice break from work. It was fairly quick service and the sandwich was super yummy. Would come back again.

This is an excellent place worth a visit in the winter garden area. Just park in the free parking deck right across from the restaurant. Not worth it to fight for the two spaces that are on the street and closer. I had the loaded tots with pulled pork appetizer, and my wife had the pulled pork sandwich with gluten-free bun and sweet potato fries, along with sweet tea. Everything was good and their environment was cozy and eclectic. Great Classic Rock music playing along with classic rock decor..

The booming historic area of downtown Winter Garden is full of shops, restaurants, and a lively farmers market every Saturday--but one place that absolutely hits all the right notes is Pammie's Sammies. Tucked right in the heart of Plant Street, this small but mighty sandwich shop was recently voted the best in Winter Garden--and after my visit, I can confirm it's a well-deserved title. Walking in, you're instantly immersed in a love letter to music history. The walls are lined with guitars, records, posters, and nods to legends like The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, and more. Even the menu comes presented on a record player--such a clever and fitting touch. For any music lover, the vibe here is unmatched. I stopped in with my dad, who's a big vinyl guy, after a trip to the library. I knew he'd appreciate the atmosphere--and he definitely did. Since we had to get home, we grabbed our sandwiches to-go: I went with the Cubenesque while my dad chose the Rubenesque. Both were generously packed, fresh, and full of flavor--definitely a step above your average deli experience. The staff was welcoming, the energy was lively, and the place was buzzing with happy customers. If you're in Winter Garden, do yourself a favor and spin this record--grab a Pammie's Sammie. It's more than just lunch; it's a slice of local history wrapped in music and flavor.

During the workweek, I meet my friend for lunch at Pammie's Sammies to get away from the office and enjoy a little downtime. Pammie's offers such a fun, welcoming environment for its customers. There's indoor and covered outdoor seating. I love so many of their menu choices. I like to try different things, but I also have my favorites that I keep going back to. They serve breakfast all day, so my favorite sandwich is the Mr. Big. It's a BIG wrap filled with eggs, their delicious hashbrown casserole, fried bologna, bacon, and cheese. Sometimes I'll eat the whole thing, and sometimes I'll take half home for another morning. I've tried the Who's Your Daddy sandwich, which is fried bologna, but I prefer the Mr. Big if I'm going that route. The Who's Your Daddy has crushed Frito chips on it, and I've never been a fan of those. So I'm glad there's another option if I want to go old school and have fried bologna. Another favorite dish is the Tree Hugger -- a veggie burger. It's flavorful and has a little bit of a kick. Then there's The Tommy, another vegetarian favorite -- mozzarella, tomatoes, spinach and pesto. You can get it hot or cold. Hot is definitely the way to go. It makes the bread and all of its ingredients all that more flavorful. The French Dip was delicious, too, when I was in the mood for roast beef. It comes with a dipping sauce, which is always fun and tasty. On my last visit, I tried the Patty Melt for something new. Usually Patty Melts come well done, but I was asked how I wanted my burger cooked -- always medium rare. It came out perfect, and was so flavorful and juicy. Yet another dish to add to my rotation. I have yet to branch out beyond the sandwich options, but maybe someday I will. There's pizzas, salads, and breakfasts, too. The sandwiches all come with a side, and the side choices are amazing. My favorites are the aforementioned hashbrown casserole, tater tots, sweet potato fries, mac & cheese, chips, salad, soup, etc. The hashbrown casserole, tater tots, and sweet potato fries are my favorites. I love that there are so many side item choices beyond the typical chips or fries at other restaurants. I've even taken my mom to Pammie's when she's been in town. The sides are so good that she just likes to get two side items. They're more than enough for her and sometimes too much. When ordered separately, the sides are very large. Pammie's is definitely my top choice for lunch in Downtown Winter Garden.

My bf had heard about this spot recently on a radio interview with a local foodie mentioning it as one of her favorite sandwich places. We'd made a mental note, but had kind of forgotten until we went to Winter Garden today for the farmer's market and happened to part right by it! We decided to walk around the market and then come back for lunch. The vibe here is so cool! It's music themed with awesome music related decor and an overall fun ambience. The menus are made of record album covers which was super cool. They have a nice patio outside, but being Florida it's still a bit warm in November so we chose to eat in. I ordered the spicy chicken quesadilla with a side of Mac and cheese and by bf got the French dip with tater tots. Our order was out quickly. The tater tots were crisp and tasty. The French dip tasted great especially with the yummy au jus. I loved my quesadilla. It was not very spicy in my opinion, but had good flavor and lots of filling packed into a crisp tortilla. It was very good. I also liked my creamy Mac and cheese with a cheese sauce that had a mild kick that I liked. Overall, this is an awesome spot, both in food and atmosphere, and we will definitely return!

The tree hugger burger but in a wrap with sweet potato fries!

My wrap was Delish and the service was incredible! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and just felt like a homie little joint that welcomes everyone into the family. Inside had games and was cute and they also had outside seating which is nice on a beautiful day!

There is an elevator that will take you to the second floor and the entrance to Pilars Martini & Loft is right in front of you when you exit. There are also restrooms available and medium sized air-conditioned lobby where you can take calls if Pilars has live music inside. Pilars is an upscale lounge and music club. When we arrived, the live entertainment was setting up for later that evening. It was actually nice having the calm contrast to what was happening in the streets currently. Food here seems fairly high-end; it's Market-to-table so everything is a bit pricy. Appetizers start at $14, one of their most expensive appetizers is Seared Foie Gras ($26). If you're not a big spender, they do have Chicken Wings or BBQ Short Rib Sliders for $14, and a Market Burger for $16. If you're looking for something a little more special, they have Filet Mignon ($86), Lamb Shank ($42), Braised Beef Short Ribs ($46), and Iberico Pork ($76). Most of their specialty drinks will run you between $12-$14. Beers are between $6-$9 and non-alcoholic drinks anywhere between $2.50-$8. We didn't stay too long because we were bopping around checking out different places during the festival, but if you are looking for a great place to take a date or have a nice evening out with friends, listening to great live music and Jazz this is a premier spot in the Winter Garden area.
