Absolutely adorable little ice cream shop connected to the hotel I stayed at in Cleveland. It was crazy cause it was like 12° outside, but the line was damn near out the door. The ice cream flavors were so cute and every single taste of my ice cream was delicious! And although there were only a couple folks working behind the counter, they move fast. Every customer was treated with respect and kindness and hefty tips were left all around. I love the vibe of the shop, as it makes you feel like you're in a little tiny old school ice cream shop with a new school feel. I'm surprised it took me this long to try it, but I can't wait to be back.

Awesome local ice cream shop right on Euclid and East 4th. They have some unique flavors and everything is made from scratch. I got the carrot cake ice cream in a cone and a homemade chocolate chip cookie. Both were delicious and tasted very fresh. The service was a little slow, but there was I my 1 person working and it wasn't terrible. I'm happy to have an ice cream spot back in Downtown Cleveland.

The space is super cute. The service was ok. The ice cream was ok. They had a nice selection of unique flavors. I had the carrot cake flavor and it was ...ok. Comparable to any standard mid-priced grocery store ice cream. Not worth the $7.50 for a small scoop. There were ice crystals in the ice cream which isn't at all appealing. I wouldn't go out of my way to visit here, because it's just mid across the board. There are much better ice cream options out there.

Lots of delicious flavors to pick from. The red velvet was delicious! They were open till 11 on weekends - even though all the sites said they closed at 7.

Very nice. I had no idea I was getting a shake however since the menu option was for a variety 4 pack of hot cakes. The shake name was on there but the menu doesn't lead one to believe it wasn't just a hot cake flavor. Somehow I chose three flavors and the shake but got four hotcakes so the menu could be clearer. The hotcakes weren't hot but weren't cold. They'd be great if hot. The mess with eating these is unbelievable. They come in paper sleeves and with the first bite the sweet syrupy filling bursts out the other end which will leave whatever it hits in a super sticky coating. Beware. None of the hotcakes were labeled and they all tasted very similar despite one having some chocolate filling in it so I have no idea what the Space Invaders etc cake taste like. Was ordered at 742, immediately confirmed, and I picked it up in 20 minutes. You walk in to this food hub and check in on the tablets and then go to the front counter where your order is scanned out and given to you. There are five or six "restaurants" selling food through orders made on a very slow website without any way to call anybody if there is a question. That is a big drawback in my opinion if there is a question or error made.

The filling does really drip out like crazy as the name suggests but apparently the whole messiness is a part of the Korean street dessert experience which I appreciate the authenticity. I've tried it a few times now but I have to say the taro space invaders and milkshake are my favorite(: it tastes like bubble tea but better!

All the desserts were delicious and my personal favorite was one of her new ones, the Lemon Squeezy. Her display paired perfectly with the rest of our decor /theme. Megan responded immediately to my inquiry and although they were booked with two events for the date I needed, Megan squeezed our order in AND they squeezed in a delivery time that worked for us while also ensuring their other events were in no way changed or compromised. I really respected this because that meant they respect every order, and they do not inconvenience other orders just to accommodate a new order. From delivery (as promised), to how the cupcakes looked (neat, detailed, beautiful!), to how they tasted (guests said they were fresh, not too sweet, and some were shocked how such a small cupcake had so much flavor). That brings me to the size... absolutely perfect! They were all eaten by the end of the event, and I believe it's because the size made them less embarrassing to go back for seconds or thirds! Quality ingredients and you can tell by the taste! Attention to detail, which is harder to accomplish on mini cupcakes. We highly recommend!!

I wrote a review of the Cleveland Heights Koko Bakery a few years ago but I finally checked out the main location in Cleveland's Asiatown on a Sunday afternoon in Spring 2026. It's cute, cramped, and very popular! The aesthetics at the other location are a bit better though. More seating too. I was in the area and just stopped by for a quick treat. In a space no bigger than my basement, I swear there were like 30 Gen-Zers enjoying some $7 bubble tea and picturesque desserts. There wasn't much left in the baked goods container when I was there but I picked up a matcha red bean bun ($2.25) to eat for dinner later. There was still quite a bit of stuff in the desserts case though! There is a minimum $5 purchase for credit cards so I paid in cash. The treat was good and held up well for a few hours when I finally ate it. The food here is quite cheap although the drinks are not. Parking is not easy here fyi but that doesn't seem to deter the masses!
