A perfect spot for desserts. Tried their blackberry cobbler and loved it. The cookies and brownies are huge. We did not wait long for our order. There are plenty of seating inside.

This was my first time trying this place. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how bright and well lit it was, with a fun vibe. Reminded me of an old school malt shop. The staff was very welcome and spoke to me as soon as I entered. The peach cobbler was so good. The crust was buttery and flaky and the peaches were cooked perfectly. Not too hard and not too soft and not overly sweet. It definitely paired well with the side ice cream it came with. I would recommend trying it and I plan on going back to try some of their other flavors and desserts.

VERY SLOOOOOWWWW... we waited for 30 minutes to get the banana pudding. Very expensive for the amount you get, very sweet, and honestly nothing special.

Great place for dessert! I had been eating dinner at a restaurant in the same strip when I noticed the cobbler factory. I was curious so I went in to check it out. They have a huge selection of desserts to choose from including cobbler, cookies and puddings. They come in many different flavors. The lady was super friendly and offered to let me taste one of the cobblers. I tried the peach praline which was good and took a caramel apple cobbler home. Both were delicious! Plus the place smelled really good.

Honestly, I know it's wild to say a dessert place was "too sweet" but it was honestly just too sweet to me lol. I think the concept is cool that you can build your own dessert etc. but it was a bit much. I would return to try something different.

It was good had got a Oreo banana pudding. The workers was fast today. And very patient. My family didn't know what they wanted took them awhile to order and no change in the customer service.

By visiting Cleveland, I wanted to see what the hype was about. I ordered the regular apple pie with no ice cream. It was good but definitely pricey. I'm not a sweets fan but this will definitely cure your sweet tooth if you need to. It is definitely on the sweet side. Very clean inside. Super simple decor. They have cookie options as well.

I finally got to try The Peach Cobbler Factory. The entire was bright and clean and they had good 90's r&b playing. The service was great. The young lady at the counter was so patient and answered all of my questions. She helped me arrive at the decision to try the sweet potatoe peach cobbler. This one had candied pecans on top and all of their peach cobblers come with a small cup of ice cream. The peach cobbler was really good. I was surprised that the pie/crust really did taste homemade. The sweet potatoes were canned, but that's okay. I also got a snickerdoodle cookie. This was definitely a choice that I made based on the counter. The cookies looked so delicious, it was calling my name. I'm sad I answered. The cookie was not good at all. It was super sweet with large sugar granules all through out. It was also impossible to pick up. Not because of the whipped cream, but it was super crumbly. I do want to try their banana pudding shakes!

OMG these cookies?? NEXT LEVEL Just hit up The Peach Cobbler Factory and y'all... the new cookies are MASSIVE. Like, big enough to share (but trust, you won't wanna). They're thick, gooey, and taste like they were baked straight from grandma's secret recipe but leveled up. Every bite = straight serotonin. Also, the vibes inside were immaculate. The staff was SO nice -- super friendly, chill, and actually seemed like they enjoyed being there?? Kinda rare these days, lol. They made the whole experience feel extra cozy and personal. If you haven't been yet, go for the cobbler, stay for the cookies, and prepare to become a regular. 10/10, highly recommend.

Soooo I thought the Peach Cobbler Factory was a southern thing and was surprised to see one up north. Not sure what was going on this day but the order took a long time to come out and the location is kind of ducked off as well

Mango Peach Cobbler with vanilla ice cream on the side.

Was just driving through the parking lot of the Rockside Corners Shopping Center when the wife spotted the Peach Cobbler Factory, so... of course, we had to stop. We just had dinner nearby and wasn't really looking to have dessert, so we decide to share one. Got the mango peach cobbler with the ice cream on the side - $8. You order at the counter and it's made to order. It takes just a few minutes. Smoke of tables and chairs so you can sit down and enjoy your dessert. It was really good - lots of mango and peach pieces/slices. The vanilla ice cream on the side was also very good. If I had to nitpick, I thought the dessert was a tad too sweet, but again - that's just nitpicking. I would go back!

First visit $8 for a small peach cobbler I think is alot and it comes with a small vanilla ice cream which I didn't know but I'm lactose intolerant, so I asked if I came back could I order it without ice cream and how much that would be , same price ! It was warm not very well seasoned if I where to order again I'd try the cinnamon peach , but it's doubtful I will

They should have samples. It wasn't that good, nor was it fresh, nor was it hot. It's generic dessert.

I met a friend for breakfast this morning, and everything from start to finish was spot on. I ordered the Sweet Jalapeño Sandwich: an English muffin piled with jam, bacon, an egg cooked over medium, and cheddar, served with home fries. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a little kick. My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly. It looked incredible and, according to her, tasted just as good as it always does. We arrived just a few minutes after they opened at 8:00 and were seated right away. The service was friendly, attentive, and very prompt without feeling rushed. Scratch has such a great casual, local diner feel, but with a menu that's anything but ordinary. The portions are generous, the flavors are unique, and the quality is consistently excellent. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast or brunch...you really can't go wrong here.

White walls, glass windows in front, a few things hung on the walls. Not fancy, but pleasant. Very clean. The food is phenomenal. I've been dreaming about their biscuits and gravy since my last visit. Still perfect. The home fry-style potatoes are what a lot of places try to serve but fail at miserably. They are crispy AND fluffy! Yum! My scrambled eggs were not at all greasy or oily. My iced tea was delicious and refreshing. My lovely wife had the chorizo hash, which I tried. Oh, my. So good. And the chipotle crema on top was just perfect. They have excellent diner coffee here as well. My service experience was immaculate the first time and just OK today. He was fine initially, but I feel like he kind of forgot about us after he checked on our food. We were stuck way in the back. Maybe he was on a break, which is fine. I spent time as a waiter in two different restaurants, so I'm sympathetic, but I did not get a drink refill, and I wanted one pretty badly. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots, and it feels like a hidden gem.

Even the humor from the waitress is old school; asking my boyfriend if the lady (me) can be trusted with a knife?? You can definitely tell the usual customer demographic, and it's very hometown-esk. Personally not my vibe. I actually went once before and really didn't like it. Last time I got the eggs Benedict (my favorite), and it was just not good. I wanted to give this place another chance, and this time I opted for a breakfast sandwich. Definitely not bad, but tasted like I got it from Dunkin. Very middle of the ground, nothing great. You probably either like this place or you don't. It's so small and I'm sure has its regulars. The plus side is the prices are great. But this place is not for me. Overall rating: 3/5 stars

The inside of the building is quite small with limited seating but was very well kept and clean. Their menu consists mainly of breakfast options and hot dog options. Their chili was excellent with great flavour and just delicious on the dog. The dogs themselves were 100% beef and were the best part as it should be. Great flavour and a nice snap to them they were just stellar. The onion rings I got as a side I would rate as average. The service was pretty darn good for us as well.
