The inside of the shop does need some updating, but had a very Steel Magnolias vibe. The front of the house did have an overwhelming candle or incense going. It was very strong. I love to support local businesses, and the prices were great. There are packages available, or single services. The European facial ran $65, and the 60 minute massage $60. Sold! My day began with Jean, my massage therapist. The room was clean and homey, and was the perfect temperature. Jean was amazing. She was very thorough, and made sure that the pressure was at a level that I was comfortable with. At the start, I told her that I usually don't like my lower torso and legs done, due to extreme sensitivity, and even pain. She told me that she would go very softly and give it a try, and that if it was too sensitive, I could stop. I had no sensitivity and no pain. I had a wonderful service, and was given water and a spa wrap to prepare for my facial. I believe that my aesthetician's name was Leyna, and that she is the owner of the business. We discussed my skin goals and sensitivities. She used all natural, quality products, and was very knowledgeable. The service was thorough and relaxing. When a product made my skin feel like it was burning, Leyna quickly worked to make it more cool and comfortable. I left with very soft, moisturized skin. I will definitely be back to A Bit of Bliss. She was honest with the reaction questions I had but made me feel comfortable. The area was clean and followed COVID guidelines, which I appreciated. My eyes were closed most of the time so the music inside helped. The chemicals reminded me to when my mom used to perm her hair. I guess it was the same process but a different process with the lashes. The process took about 40 mins. I absolutely loved the way it came out! I'd definitely go back and get them again. I ever asked about this special when I booked and was told, "yes" I could use this special and get the dermal as a few adding. Nope! What I love about Cheri: 1) I love her skin care line. It's a great medical line, you can't buy from any drugstore or Sephora. It's only been a day and I already have seen a difference in my skin. She does individual self reports and emails it to you about your skin. 2) Love, love, love her customer service. These days, eustachians sell, sell, sell their products and services. Not Cheri, she educates and makes you feel beautiful. Her services are pretty long. For a first time client its about 2 1/2 hrs. Mine went to 4 hrs. Yay, I know. It sounds like I was obsessed by her but really her studio makes you feel so relax and comfortable, I didn't want to leave. 3) Her treatments are so new to me, too a machine called untrasound spatula, instead of the usual cruel extractions you get from the typical facial, its much better and better results. Also, while your still in treatment waiting, she stays in the room, not like other estuticians leaving while your mask sets, she provides a great paraffin hand massage. Which also give great end results. My hands are like butter! 4) Her place is defiantly clean and sterile. She will ask you so many questions about your skin and how you take care of it and if your allergic to anything. I can finally say, I have found my estutican that will be doing my face for many many years, no other can touch this face but Cheri.
