Cute space for a private mani and pedi. With COVID still spreading, it was nice to find a private suite to have my mani and pedi done. Vicky, the owner, is super sweet, friendly and meticulous with her work. I feel like I've never had a mani/pedi as clean as what she did. She took her time and did it right. She wasn't rushing to get me out the door so she could get the next customer in. It's reservation only which is great. I loved the private suite and being the only customer was a nice change. Her suite is located in the Salon Suites by Temecula Dance Co on Technology and Winchester Rd. It's a smaller salon suite space so don't worry about getting lost in the maze that is some of that larger salon suite type buildings. She has a great selection of both gel and regular polish options. It was refreshing to find someone who liked working with natural nails. I didn't have to smell that acrylic nail smell. I couldn't decide what color I wanted so I selected 3 baby pinks and a glittery one and said I'll let her decide. LOL. We ended up doing an ombré rose gold glitter to baby pink. Love it!! Already made my appointment! Best way to reach Vicky is over text. If she doesn't respond right away, just be patient. She's worth the wait. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I came across this spa through Groupon and I'm glad I did!! I texted the number and it was Vicky and she responded and was able to make an appointment. I went on New Year's Eve. She is located inside running with scissors. So it's a salon and has multiple services and have her area to get pampered. I got gel nails, I don't like fake or long nails. I don't know how to work with them. 9 days later as I'm writing my review. My nails look just as fresh, nice, and clean as when I first got them. That's not usually the case when I have always had them done elsewhere. I went in with a picture of what I want and she was very nice and accommodating, patient. Usually when I go to a salon. I feel rushed and really like it's a hostile environment. I felt welcomed here. Music choice was outstanding. Everything here was wonderful and beyond what I had expected. started seeing Vicky in 2014 when she worked at a San Leandro day spa. When the spa went out of business, she contacted me to let me know she was available for home services. I had never thought about it before, but having my nails done AT HOME, turned out to be the BEST thing ever. I work 10 hours a day, have, at minimum, a 90 minute commute on both ends of my work day AND 2 kids, so getting to a spa appointment can be hard. She's very flexible with her hours and having her meet me at the house after work has become one of the things I look forward to twice a month. She has a wide assortment of gel polishes to choose from, she's friendly and she's efficient, but not so efficient that your service ever feels rushed. Vicky takes a personal interest in her clients and it shows in her work. She's a MASTER artist when it comes to nail design. I find something I like on Pinterest, and the girl makes it happen, often better than the picture. One of my best friends was diagnosed with colon cancer, so before one of my March (Colon Cancer Awareness Month) appointments, I told her I wanted a blue ribbon to honor my friend and her battle. On her own, she researched the symbols and suggested we use one of those instead. I was SO touched that she had taken the time to look beyond just what I asked for because it was clearly important to me. In addition to MY home services, she does home parties. She and another technician came to my daughters slumber party and mani/pedi'd TEN 11-year old girls. The girls had an absolute blast! I scheduled my appointment on November 3rd after finding her on Groupon. I scheduled it for November 23rd. She made me send her screenshot of the groupon prior to booking my appointment and send me several messages stating all of her fees if you don't show up. She didn't have a 5:15 she has a 5pm. So i agreed. Yesterday November 21st i received a text to confirm the appointment and i did. Today she text me saying that she will need to reschedule because she needs to take her grandma to the doctor's appointment. She did not call me nor did she answer any of my phone Calls. I truly find that unprofessional that she didn't respect my time nor value my business. I asked her if it was because i purchased a Groupon and she did answer my question. Extremely unprofessional and very rude. A friend gifted me a groupon voucher to this business. Made an appointment for a Wednesday at 11:30am for a gel manicure. I arrived on time. I text the owner Vicky and let her know that I had arrived. I didn't hear from her so I knocked on her door. She came out and told me it would be 5 minutes bc she was with a customer. I was ok with 5 minutes but 15 minutes later she still wasn't done. I decided to text her bc I didn't want to disturb her and her customer. She did not respond. I waited 5 minutes and knocked on her door. She opened and said she was done but I still had to wait for her customer to leave. This was 20+ minutes after my appointment time. When I walked into her suite I asked her how long the appointment would take. She said 45 minutes. I asked if she could finish by 12:30 even if she skipped some steps bc I had an engagement at 1:00pm and it would take me 30 minutes to get there. She said no, that I could reschedule. I told her I didn't live near by and I would rather just get the service. She refused and insisted I reschedule. I told her no I would not reschedule (at this point I had already wasted enough gas and time and there was no guarantee that next time she would be on time to complete the service). She began to raise her voice and I asked her to lower her voice. She continued to yell at me stating it wasn't her fault that her customer was late and that she had no control that her clients were late. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. read more
