I went in to get a pedicure. After I was seated I asked what type of pedicure and I just wanted a…read morebasic one. The tech asked if I wanted GEL and I said "No" definitely don't want Gel, I just wanted regular polish. I asked if it would be possible to do an ombré for the color when choosing colors and was told it would be $10 more for the "design" and asked if I agreed to that, which I did. The tech had difficulty even getting the ombré look and I had to wait for him to get help from another tech. When I approached the front desk to pay, the total was an additional $10 more than the amount that I agreed to with the tech. So the basic pedicure + $25 instead of the $15 that I agreed to. I immediately questioned the amount, to which I was told "the design was $10 but the gel polish was also $15 =$25 more so a total of $57 for a classic pedicure. " I explained that I specifically said that I didn't want gel, and they said that they couldn't do an ombré color without using Gel polish, which was never explained to me when I asked for the design. Why would they go out of their way to ask if it was ok for $10 more for design but not another $15 more because the design required gel. I never would have agreed to the design knowing that it would have required gel. It seems like some sort of scam to increase pricing without the customers knowledge or consent. It's such a shame because there were quite a few seats and I didn't need to wait a long time to be seated. I was hoping that by bringing the pricing issue up immediately they would have corrected it in the moment due to the tech not providing price transparency or the fact that he would be using gel when I specifically said I didn't want it.

I pulled away three times asking her to stop being so aggressive. Ended up in the urgent care with an infected toe and a 54$ pedicure. Ridiculous! 2 weeks before that went in for a gel manicure and only 10 days later all the gel polish is peeling off already. I get my nails done monthly and this never happens. They also charge 5% extra if you're using a card. With a nail salon on every corner these places should take better care of their customers if they want us to keep coming back.

Called them to make an appointment for polish change. I didn't have much time and decided to just do publish change. The technician kept asking if I wanted to have a pedicure or gel. So anyways she did it and the big toe was not polished right and so I Asked and it was "fixed" by putting more top coat which didn't didnt fix it! However my niece comes here and has specific nail tech that does her nails and called the same day to get a color change of her toes, well Natalie wasnt there and somehow they put her with someone who seems very new and doesn't have much knowledge of how to take care of your nails. My niece was suppose to get a color change and so somehow it turned into a pedicure and she didn't even do the massage part. So did bare minimum of doing pedicure to the feet and the color. It Took 1.5 hours and I was getting frustrated as it was. Even a full pedicure doesn't take 1.5 hours! and the tech Michael was doing one toe at a time and missing some steps and coloring vertically. It was annoying to watch and feeling time is wasted. So I brought it up the manager the issue and he got offended. I am unsure why! It's a customer's honest opinion. Where is the problem! Find me someone else to finish the job or you finish the job because it's a horrible job! He's slow and we're late! So he was very unpleasant manager to deal with and saying to my niece who is a minor that he has her number as she called to make an appointment. What are you going to do with the phone number. From a distance, my nails look okay, but up close there are quite a few imperfections. The shape is inconsistent from nail to nail, some are noticeably thicker than others, and a few have a slightly bumpy appearance. The overall finish just wasn't as polished as I expected. On a positive note, the pedicure itself was excellent and I was very happy with that service. While I would consider returning for a pedicure, I will likely go elsewhere for acrylic nails in the future.
