This was my first time here, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! I called last minute, and they were able to fit me in. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The service was outstanding and that's saying something coming from LA, where everything tends to feel rushed and overpriced. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy throughout my appointment. I absolutely love my nails and couldn't be happier with the results! I'll definitely be coming back in a heartbeat. The salon itself is also beautiful bright, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. I'm just going to start off by saying they are so so sweet in there, everybody was super friendly and nice however I did not like the way my nails were done. I got gel x (first time) and just wanted a classic french tip. She broke one of my nails when taking my previous set off and I had to wait an entire week to get just one of my nails done so it could heal. She put square on my thumbs and almond on the rest of my nails when I had already requested I wanted square. When I came back in to get the one nail done she put it on and cured it completely leaning. I honestly didnt have the patience to have her completely redo it so i just left it as is considering everything that transpired leading up to this. Again, they were so sweet but i probably wouldn't come back not to mention they still charged me full price. read more

I had such a great experience with Annie! She did an amazing job on my nails and was so sweet, patient, and attentive throughout the whole appointment. I absolutely love how they turned out! What made the experience even better was how wonderful everyone was with my daughter. They made her feel so special and catered to her little-girl experience, which meant so much to me. It's not always easy finding a place where I can enjoy getting my nails done and have my daughter feel just as welcomed. We'll definitely be back to see Annie & Ann! I'm rating this a 1 star due to the business owner's unprofessionalism. I shared with the owner that my nail broke when I went to someone else while Sophia was "on vacation" two weeks ago. I have been going to Sophia for months and my nails grew so beautifully due to her careful work and I wouldn't go to anyone else. As soon as I went to someone else, my natural nails are damaged and the owner didn't even acknowledge it when I said it. When she shared that Sophia left to a new salon, I asked if she would share her info and she said no. I'm all for supporting small business owners but customer service and professionalism is necessary to keep customers coming back. read more

Staff is super friendly and helpful. They were able to take me and my husband in for pedicures. It's such a cute spot. They offer DND gel polish which is my favorite. I had the BEST experience at A&V Nails, and I have to give a special shout-out to VY VY did my nails and they came out absolutely beautiful--clean, precise, and flawless. She really takes her time, pays attention to detail, and makes sure everything is perfect before you leave the chair. My nails look elegant, polished, and exactly what I asked for (honestly... even better). The shop is welcoming, professional, and relaxing, but VY is the real gem. Things have really changed for me with this nail shop. First, people where always leaving or not there. I had to deal with new people every time I came. I was getting my nails done by the owner each time. I had always gotten my nails done while my pedicure was being done. This last time was not the same. I asked the owner and she said "when anyone books with her she never does their nails while their pedicure is being done". This is not true. She always did my nails while my pedicure was being done. This is not that big of a deal except she acted like she did not really want to do my nails. She did asked if I wanted ro come back and I declined. The only different between this shop and the one down the street is service. There is a reason why employee are always leaving this shop. Just know when you go there the person who last did you may not be there. I really liked going there. Now it sucks because I have to find a new nail shop. I am still giving you three stars. read more

Upon entering the establishment I was greeted warmly by Annie. She removed my old set of nails gently and introduced me to Vy. Vy does my new nail set and takes her time and is meticulous about things being perfect and i like that. She asks me along the way how am i liking my nails and makes sure everything is to my liking. She does a beautiful shape and sharp lines. I will come back for her and Annie and they are amazing and sweet and really made me feel comfortable during my first visit here. I recently moved to the area, and this was my first visit to the salon. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and both Miss Cindy and Mr. Lee helped bring it to life. At first, I walked out saying I liked the set Miss Cindy did, but I quickly realized it wasn't what I truly wanted. When I came back just minutes later, she was so understanding and respectful. Instead of getting frustrated, she reassured me that her priority was making sure I left with nails I loved. She even gave me a discount on some designs I wanted, which I really appreciated. Mr. Lee did an amazing job on my toes -- he nailed it perfectly the first time. The shop itself is clean, welcoming, and has a really positive vibe. The customer service is friendly and upbeat, and I love that they actually listen to the customer, even when the customer might be unsure of what they want. I'll definitely be coming back to see both of them again. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because for the prices they charge, I'd love to see a little more attention and skill when it comes to design work. read more

This is my second time coming to this salon and I am highly impressed. To start, the salon is absolutely beautiful and CLEAN. The customer service has been amazing from the very beginning. I messaged their business page last night at 10:30 PM asking if they were open today (Christmas Eve) and received a quick response. I'm currently sitting at my 9:00 AM appointment, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and reliability. During my last visit, I received a pedicure and acrylic nails with Holly, and I'm honestly blown away by the quality. It has been 6 weeks! Yes, 6 weeks! With absolutely no lifting, chipping, or issues at all. I'll be attaching a photo for reference. That alone says everything about their work. Today, I'm excited to try dip nails with Terry, and I have no doubt the experience will be just as amazing. I've been to many nail salons in the area, and this one is by far the best. I really want to like this place. I used to come maybe 2 years ago and gave it another try last week. The reviews for Vy were outstanding. She was nice but I was just not satisfied with the ending result. The clear part of my French is grainy with streaks. (Zoom in) I brought it to her attention in the chair and she said "I would have to do it all over". I brought it up to management the next day and got no response. I've even left a positive review here before because of how much I loved her work and the service. I booked a manicure and pedicure with Nina, but somewhere there was a miscommunication about my appointment. When I arrived, she seemed surprised that I also wanted a pedicure. She told me to sit and said she would send someone else to help me, then continued working on another client. I sat there for about 20 minutes, maybe longer. It's really hard for me to get alone time, so I was still trying to stay positive and feel grateful I was even there. Eventually, someone started my pedicure, but I had to let him know I needed to leave to pick up my daughter from daycare. I even offered to come back the next day, which was really disappointing, but I understand mistakes happen and sometimes things take longer than expected. I asked to speak with a manager about possibly getting a discount due to the inconvenience. I explained the situation, but the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help because the manager was sick. I've never seen this assistant manager before, but she handled the situation completely incorrectly. Things then started to escalate. The man helping me came up, and she began speaking aggressively to him about my toes not being done. I stepped in to say it wasn't his fault--it was a scheduling issue, and I wasn't upset, I just felt a discount was fair since I'd have to come back. At that point, Nina came over, and suddenly there were multiple upset employees in front of me. I have anxiety from past experiences, and the situation made me feel extremely overwhelmed. I even started to tear up, which was honestly embarrassing. When they came back, the man doing my toes asked why I didn't say anything sooner or that I needed to leave. I explained that I didn't want to rush anyone and understood that sometimes services take longer than expected, which is why I was okay with coming back. The assistant manager then raised her voice at me, waving her hands and saying she had told Nina about my pedicure. I told her I didn't understand why she was raising her tone with me, and she said it was because I kept bringing it up. I explained I was only answering her coworker's question and trying to make sure he understood it wasn't his fault. I am a very patient person, and I paid for nails I didn't even like. I was there for about three hours and still left with one foot undone due to their scheduling mistake. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just to pay for my manicure and receive a small discount on my pedicure since I had to go out of my way to come back. It got to the point where I was crying and even raised my voice back, which is completely out of character for me. I eventually told her we didn't need to continue the conversation because she kept arguing with me. I have never left a nail salon in full panic attack mode before--this was honestly shocking. Another woman even left while I was there because they messed up her daughter's appointment, and she was very upset as well. I will say Nina did a good job on my nails, and the man helping me was kind, so I still tipped them both. But overall, this experience felt very unprofessional. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review, but I would not recommend this salon.

I asked if it would be possible to do an ombré for the color when choosing colors and was told it would be $10 more for the "design" and asked if I agreed to that, which I did. The tech had difficulty even getting the ombré look and I had to wait for him to get help from another tech. When I approached the front desk to pay, the total was an additional $10 more than the amount that I agreed to with the tech. So the basic pedicure + $25 instead of the $15 that I agreed to. I immediately questioned the amount, to which I was told "the design was $10 but the gel polish was also $15 =$25 more so a total of $57 for a classic pedicure. " I explained that I specifically said that I didn't want gel, and they said that they couldn't do an ombré color without using Gel polish, which was never explained to me when I asked for the design. Why would they go out of their way to ask if it was ok for $10 more for design but not another $15 more because the design required gel. I never would have agreed to the design knowing that it would have required gel. It seems like some sort of scam to increase pricing without the customers knowledge or consent. It's such a shame because there were quite a few seats and I didn't need to wait a long time to be seated. I was hoping that by bringing the pricing issue up immediately they would have corrected it in the moment due to the tech not providing price transparency or the fact that he would be using gel when I specifically said I didn't want it.

The best nail salon we have ever been to! The environment is friendly, welcoming, fun, and so clean! I took my pregnant sister to spoil her for the day and glad I did. We were given the best service and fun time by "Jenny on the block", "Jessica from the hood", "V Magic Money", and "Annie the boss". They took great care of my sister with all the best treatments that were high quality and our nails turned out bomb! Plus, you can instantly tell everyone here are like family and treat every guest as such. Our treatment was more of an experience than just an appointment and can't wait to go back! I've been coming to A&V nails for a year now and I couldn't be happier with their services. My husband and I enjoy the Ultimate and Volcano pedicures here. By far the best pedicures I've ever received are from Andy, hands down. I get my fills done by Holly, not everyone can do short acrylic nails well but she can. She does them straight, equal, thin and tapered just the way I like them. Their vibe is always super chill and it makes me so happy to support a family run business in the heart of Murrieta. So I decided to give them a second go. Since I don't get my nails done as often as I used to I did a walk in & the plus side was sat down immediately. I booked a manicure and pedicure with Nina, but somewhere there was a miscommunication about my appointment. When I arrived, she seemed surprised that I also wanted a pedicure. She told me to sit and said she would send someone else to help me, then continued working on another client. I sat there for about 20 minutes, maybe longer. It's really hard for me to get alone time, so I was still trying to stay positive and feel grateful I was even there. Eventually, someone started my pedicure, but I had to let him know I needed to leave to pick up my daughter from daycare. I even offered to come back the next day, which was really disappointing, but I understand mistakes happen and sometimes things take longer than expected. I asked to speak with a manager about possibly getting a discount due to the inconvenience. I explained the situation, but the woman I spoke to said she couldn't help because the manager was sick. I've never seen this assistant manager before, but she handled the situation completely incorrectly. Things then started to escalate. The man helping me came up, and she began speaking aggressively to him about my toes not being done. I stepped in to say it wasn't his fault--it was a scheduling issue, and I wasn't upset, I just felt a discount was fair since I'd have to come back. At that point, Nina came over, and suddenly there were multiple upset employees in front of me. I have anxiety from past experiences, and the situation made me feel extremely overwhelmed. I even started to tear up, which was honestly embarrassing. When they came back, the man doing my toes asked why I didn't say anything sooner or that I needed to leave. I explained that I didn't want to rush anyone and understood that sometimes services take longer than expected, which is why I was okay with coming back. The assistant manager then raised her voice at me, waving her hands and saying she had told Nina about my pedicure. I told her I didn't understand why she was raising her tone with me, and she said it was because I kept bringing it up. I explained I was only answering her coworker's question and trying to make sure he understood it wasn't his fault. I am a very patient person, and I paid for nails I didn't even like. I was there for about three hours and still left with one foot undone due to their scheduling mistake. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--just to pay for my manicure and receive a small discount on my pedicure since I had to go out of my way to come back. It got to the point where I was crying and even raised my voice back, which is completely out of character for me. I eventually told her we didn't need to continue the conversation because she kept arguing with me. I have never left a nail salon in full panic attack mode before--this was honestly shocking. Another woman even left while I was there because they messed up her daughter's appointment, and she was very upset as well. I will say Nina did a good job on my nails, and the man helping me was kind, so I still tipped them both. But overall, this experience felt very unprofessional. This is my first time ever leaving a negative review, but I would not recommend this salon.

WOAH ! my jaw was on the floor. i asked why would you say that?? he just chuckled maybe he didn't hear me? i was truly shocked and my boyfriend looked at me confused. we just laughed it off and he could tell i was just as confused. now, imagine i was in an abusive relationship or some other bad situation and you make a comment like that, which is not even true. thankfully i am in a perfectly healthy relationship but i can't say that has always been the case. so this was just a really awkward moment for me and made me feel super uncomfortable. a comment like that could have really gotten somebody hurt... really weird thing to say even if you are just joking around. really upset tbh even if it were true, please don't ever make a comment like that to anybody else! you don't know people's situations and who it is that i'm with. it could have been a friend for all you know. pics attached have all been done here, what makes me the most upset is now i have to go to a million other places before i can match the quality and consistency at nail palace. i guess it'll be worth it to not be disrespected, though.
