The manager told me he thinks the Pharmacy Manager's name was "Lau" (he spelled it) and that the pharmacist answering the phones might be "Shemma." I told him that I had already been disconnected multiple times and was just trying to get my prescription. The manager wasn't rude, but it didn't really feel like I was talking to someone who was concerned about fixing the issue. I expected a little more urgency since why are the pharmacy staff acting like they answering calls and disconnecting them on "accident". Instead, the only solution offered was to transfer me back to the pharmacy and let them know I was waiting on the phone. When someone answered, I asked if her name was Shemma. She immediately responded, "Nope," and transferred me. I was connected to Shemma. I realized she wasn't the same person that had disconnected my earlier calls because her voice sounded different from the employee who had answered before. Since Shemma stayed on the line, I decided to ask about my medication and a possible prescription transfer between Walgreens locations. I explained that my regular Walgreens told me that if this location had the medication in stock, they could request the prescription transfer. Shemma told me, "No, I can't do that. Call that Walgreens to transfer it." This completely conflicted with what I had already been told, and I felt like I was being talked over. My biggest concern is still the employee who initially answered the phone. After one of the disconnections, I called back and asked for her name first because I wanted to know who was disconnecting the calls. I figured if the call got disconnected again, at least I would know who I had spoken with. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Sure," and the call was disconnected. This is another reason I strongly recommend asking for the employee's name at the beginning of the call. I feel like people are less tough when they know you know who they are. If you need to follow up, file a complaint, or reference a specific interaction, having the employee's name can make that process a lot easier. With that being said, I don't need my prescription to be filled here anymore. Goodluck to ya if you have to call this pharmacy.

Unless you want to wait 1-2hrs to get your prescriptions and 30min to check out in the front. The drive thru is not not open which makes it more difficult to get your meds. Not only that but there is one lady that looks Samoan helps one person and then goes and gets distracted for 10 min comes back helps again and goes off again. This is BS customer service sucks at this store. Not to mention almost everything is locked up so if you wanted to get something from nail clippers or nails stuff or make up or electrical toothbrush heads you must wait till someone hears the ring on the over head and comes to you after you waiting that long. Walgreens or to any store if you have these stuff locked up be sure to schedule people that can come and open these locks when customers need them. If not then leave them unlocked you wanted them secure but now paying customers are getting frustrated that we have to wait multiple times to get something at this store. Will we go back to this store sorry but no I just switched my stuff back to another location at a better place that does value customers and does want to make sales.

I had a feeling that it was bs so I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with their staff in-person. Guess what? The prescription that they claimed that was "out of stock" was in fact in stock. The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back. There is no way that pharmacy tech helping me did not notice him. HIPAA VIOLATION! Anyway, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.

This way, when they weigh the container at checkout, they will subtract the weight you wrote down so you only pay what you filled there. If you are at their spice and powdered items, they have clean scoops you can use and make sure to place them in the used spot after use. Below the scale next to that spices and powdered area, there are rags you can use to clean up your container or counter if you spilled anything. There are actually 3 scales around the stores. And they have a rewards program where you can get a card that the cashier can mark every time you make a purchase.

Horrible customer service by old man there today who did my full set. The guy was like pulling my hand,pinching me, he kept saying "ugh", moving his head to the side while saying "tense" he said that like 10 times during my set. I have gotten my nails done before this has never happened. He was like in a horrible mood. When he twisted my whole arm I told him "ouch" and he was like "you're taking a lot of my time" so I told him it was the worst place I had been too. His attitude was horrible he hurt my whole hand. This is my first time I went here and it was absolutely fabulous. I can tell you how it was great because my friend were with me. I was actually came to visit my friend and maybe go shopping. So after a long day is hanging out, eating and shopping our leg started to getting tired. My friend and I was decided to get a pedicure at the pampered nails and spa shop because it was the one were near us. And my expectations for this shop just like others people and shop a normal pedicure. I have been going to Pampered Nails and Spa for over a year and I am very happy with them. I have acrylic nails and I have never had a pop off. Michelle is the best. She is fast and I always get a quality job. I always ask for her. They are open 7 days and most of the time I drop in and can be seen quickly. I had both a pedicure and manicure done at the same time and it was very special to splurge on myself like that. Very elegant to get both at the same time. They even have a rewards card. I just moved to Walnut Creek couple months recently, i want to look for a good place for my manicure and pedicure, luckily I got my friend's reference to this shop, I felt happy very much with their services, their prices are good too. I took the deluxe pedicure ; Wow the pedicure there was AMAZING. They do an exfoliation scrub on my legs, callous remover on my heels and a mask and then they use those hot stones. My appointment was at 12 o'clock but they kept taking new people in and double booked appts. with nobody to give a manicure, or pedicure . This isn't the first time they've done this to me. Best pedicure I've ever had, and I've had a zillion of them. This girl was better than my favorite nail spa! She even stayed half an hour after they closed to make sure my pedi wasn't rushed. Worst acrylic set I've ever had. Not even a week later, and they were already beginning to lift and I ended up removing them altogether on my own after two nails cracked and broke off. I wish I had something positive to say, but even the service was less than spectacular. Not a good experience at all. Small place, rude people, not very clean, cluttered, bad nail job and clearly not customer oriented. The ladies that work there lounge around and talk and laugh with each other like they are at home and it makes it very uncomfortable, especially since it is in another language. I usually go for a #2 pedicure (includes Parrafin and upgraded lotion and scrub) and an acrylic fill. Sometimes they offer a free beverage and I like getting hot green tea. My nails never break and they always shape my toes perfectly. I won't go anywhere else.

I will usually call at the last moment and Mia will always find time to fit me in , I don't mind when I show up and sometimes I might have to wait 10-15 minutes because the ladies are taking care of other customers, because I know after they are done with their customers I am going to receive an awesome mani~pedi & I wouldn't want someone hurrying up just to get to other customers, too me it's worth the wait. Sometimes I've called couldn't get seen when I've wanted to & have gone to a couple of different locations, though I truly can see and feel the difference in the quality & care of how my fingers & toes felt, so I normally make it a point to get into Beauty Zone Nail Spa, knowing that Mia, Pham or some of the other ladies will always give me a wonderful mani~ pedi to help keep my toes from being sore & my nails looking professional, If I could knock this place is, I wish there was music in the background or maybe something on the tv! The shop is clean & the staff is busy & efficient, I'm a very satisfied customer who will continue to support this business

They brought out sterilized nail equipment by default. There were pedicure liners and they did not reuse the nail buffers (not many nail salons return the nail buffers to the customer after use). Also, the interior is quite well maintained. But unfortunately, It isn't well aerated. I got whiffs of those toxic chemical fumes as soon as I walked in. At some point, I could even smell cigarette smoke. Not sure where that was coming from. They really should consider getting a few portable air-purifiers. The massages weren't the most therapeutic. In-fact there was no massage with my manicure. But all-in-all, they get the job done. A reasonable $68 for a basic manicure-pedicure with nail buff + tip. I probably won't go back because of the location. But if they relocated to a better location, I'd gladly return.
