I went to pampered nails for the first time and it was great! Everyone was so nice. I didn't have an appointment and they got me right in. Helena did my nails and they turned out so nice. She did them exactly the way I like them!

Untrimmed cuticles and imperfect gel polish

Pedicure felt very rushed... she trimmed my nails but didn't use a file to even them out, she barely touched my cuticles (and I like mine to be removed), massage didn't feel like one, and the gel is imperfect and out of line. I paid too much just for my nails to look like I did them myself... such a sad feeling. It's like paying a lot of money for gross food LOL. They were very friendly though and took my last minute walk-in. Parking was also great! It's a very small place, so probably recommend making an appointment during the weekend.

Finally, I'm not an orphan--I've found my nail shop! I've been without a nail shop for a minute now, bouncing from shop to shop and leaving each feeling dissatisfied (and overcharged). Until I headed into Pampered Nails today and got a gel pedi from Anna and a full set with an ombré teal design from Sam, the shop's owner. I was incredibly impressed with the shop's clean and cute interior from the moment I stepped in. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make every customer there feel special--from a cute lil' champagne glass filled with OJ during the pedicure to the orange slice used during the pedicure. I opted for the Sea Salt Pedicure and was not at all disappointed. The massage was long and lovely and the pedicure was perfect. Next, I moseyed over to Sam's station and had a great experience! She did an AMAZING job on my nails. They are perfectly shaped, smooth as a baby's butt, and stunning as can be. I will be telling all my friends about my new spot!

best nail salon quaint and relaxed atmosphere. it's clean, there's always background music and snacks. recently got a pedicure from kymmy who was great! friendly and happy with my service sam's lash services continue to be the highest quality! highly recommend! ---- sam is the best! i've been getting my lashes done by sam for over a year now. she uses high quality products that look really natural and don't irritate my eyes/lash line. very professional and friendly! highly recommend got a regular mani/pedi by nancy which i was happy with as well! shop is a newly remodeled clean and super cute space read more

I went to the salon today after looking at reviews and using ChatGPT to find a place because my usual person is on vacation. All signs pointed towards this place. I had gel nails and did the cat eye and I asked if I could do a pedicure the minute I walked in because I just needed to relax. It was a rough day for me. She rushed through the manicure so fast she didn't even massage my hand. She didn't put lotion on my hand, she almost forgot to put the cuticle oil on one hand. I had to put it out to her. The nails were so rough. I could've sliced mine skin open. If I would've scratched myself at this point, I was so disappointed I didn't want the pedicure, but I went through with it and same it was not a good experience. Sam is always so accommodating. I love how she takes care of your nails and does her best to keep them healthy. She's very good at designs as well! Nancy is my go-to for pedicures! After getting disconnected multiple times, I called back and asked to speak with the Pharmacy…read moreManager. I was told the Pharmacy Manager wasn't available, so I asked to speak with any manager. The manager told me he thinks the Pharmacy Manager's name was "Lau" (he spelled it) and that the pharmacist answering the phones might be "Shemma." I told him that I had already been disconnected multiple times and was just trying to get my prescription. The manager wasn't rude, but it didn't really feel like I was talking to someone who was concerned about fixing the issue. I expected a little more urgency since why are the pharmacy staff acting like they answering calls and disconnecting them on "accident". Instead, the only solution offered was to transfer me back to the pharmacy and let them know I was waiting on the phone. When someone answered, I asked if her name was Shemma. She immediately responded, "Nope," and transferred me. I was connected to Shemma. I realized she wasn't the same person that had disconnected my earlier calls because her voice sounded different from the employee who had answered before. Since Shemma stayed on the line, I decided to ask about my medication and a possible prescription transfer between Walgreens locations. I explained that my regular Walgreens told me that if this location had the medication in stock, they could request the prescription transfer. Shemma told me, "No, I can't do that. Call that Walgreens to transfer it." This completely conflicted with what I had already been told, and I felt like I was being talked over. My biggest concern is still the employee who initially answered the phone. After one of the disconnections, I called back and asked for her name first because I wanted to know who was disconnecting the calls. I figured if the call got disconnected again, at least I would know who I had spoken with. When I asked for her name, she responded, "Sure," and the call was disconnected. This is another reason I strongly recommend asking for the employee's name at the beginning of the call. I feel like people are less tough when they know you know who they are. If you need to follow up, file a complaint, or reference a specific interaction, having the employee's name can make that process a lot easier. Unless you want to wait 1-2hrs to get your prescriptions and 30min to check out in the front. The drive thru is not not open which makes it more difficult to get your meds. Not only that but there is one lady that looks Samoan helps one person and then goes and gets distracted for 10 min comes back helps again and goes off again. This is BS customer service sucks at this store. Not to mention almost everything is locked up so if you wanted to get something from nail clippers or nails stuff or make up or electrical toothbrush heads you must wait till someone hears the ring on the over head and comes to you after you waiting that long. Walgreens or to any store if you have these stuff locked up be sure to schedule people that can come and open these locks when customers need them. If not then leave them unlocked you wanted them secure but now paying customers are getting frustrated that we have to wait multiple times to get something at this store. Will we go back to this store sorry but no I just switched my stuff back to another location at a better place that does value customers and does want to make sales.

There was an incident when I requested to refill a prescription a week in advance. They sent me a text claiming it was out of stock. I had a feeling that it was bs so I drove to the pharmacy and spoke with their staff in-person. Guess what? The prescription that they claimed that was "out of stock" was in fact in stock. The tech told me that I just needed to wait 10 minutes. I had to explain to the tech the importance of my child's medication being filled on time, given that a missed dose can cause a life-threatening issue. About a month ago, I was in line inquiring on my child's prescription. There was another customer standing super close behind me while I was giving the tech very personal information. The staff did not say anything to the customer standing very close to me. There I was disclosing personal medical information not realizing that the customer was near me the whole time. (They should check the cameras; I can't make this up!) I only became aware that the man was standing extremely close to me because another customer in line pointed it out and told him to step back. There is no way that pharmacy tech helping me did not notice him. HIPAA VIOLATION! Anyway, if I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would.

Horrible customer service by old man there today who did my full set. The guy was like pulling my hand,pinching me, he kept saying "ugh", moving his head to the side while saying "tense" he said that like 10 times during my set. I have gotten my nails done before this has never happened. He was like in a horrible mood. When he twisted my whole arm I told him "ouch" and he was like "you're taking a lot of my time" so I told him it was the worst place I had been too. His attitude was horrible he hurt my whole hand. I have been going to Pampered Nails and Spa for over a year and I am very happy with them. I have acrylic nails and I have never had a pop off. Michelle is the best. She is fast and I always get a quality job. I always ask for her. They are open 7 days and most of the time I drop in and can be seen quickly. My appointment was at 12 o'clock but they kept taking new people in and double booked appts. with nobody to give a manicure, or pedicure . This isn't the first time they've done this to me. Worst acrylic set I've ever had. Not even a week later, and they were already beginning to lift and I ended up removing them altogether on my own after two nails cracked and broke off. I wish I had something positive to say, but even the service was less than spectacular.
