Came specifically for Cronuts. The first time we came in Lily, the owner, said she had already sold out. So we tried again today but this time I called ahead to reserve my cronuts. I sped down there to pick them up. These 4 cronuts filled an entire pink "dozen box". They were huge. I'm pleased that they sell cronuts because nobody else does around here. I would like to see them start selling various flavored cronuts- maybe a blueberry glaze cronut or some other flavors. Cronuts are $2 each. From my understanding the process is very different than a typical donut so that's why it's a rarity. Bottom line is... I'll be back. Thank you Lily & staff!!! read more

Hands down the best donuts I've tasted in my area. Donuts are always fresh, always super soft, and not TOO sweet which is such a plus. A couple of weeks ago I went to Pam's Doughnuts(Don't let the appearance from the outside fool you) for the 1st time(I used to go to Kristy's Doughnuts, and Moreno Valley Family Doughnuts but they both don't change their frying oil very often, or they use some very harsh frying oil that causes me & my family to have the worse indigestion for about 3day's), and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with Pam's Doughnuts, my family and myself scarfed out on some of her doughnuts, and we had absolutely no heartburn. My parents are in their 80's, and they're the toughest critic's (they don't hold back on what they say, think, & feel, they'll tell it just like it is)ever! A couple of times my Dad tried crispy cream doughnuts, and he rated them a 4 1/2, my Dad rated Pam's a 9 on her glazed doughnuts, my Mom rated her apple turnover a 10! My Mother asked me why didn't I get more apple turnover's, I told her, 1 was all they had! I would give Pam's Doughnuts a 5 Star, if she had more Apple doughnuts. This medicates my Sugar and caffeine habit, and everyone stays happy... My wife and I were out in Moreno Valley. I have driven past their a lot, but never stopped by. Somehow, we got lucky and ended up at Pams Donuts. Lily, the owner of Pam's donuts gave an amazing customer experience. She seemed to know everyone who stopped by, and there was a constant flow of customers into and out of the shop. Lily is from Cambodia and is quite a character. For some reason, the Cambodian community has dominated the basic Donut shops in California, owning about 90% of them per a 2007 article. Summary of my Wife and my visit to Pam's Donuts: Donuts: A - Blueberry with Maple Frosting was sold out :-(. The croissant my wife had was great. I have lived in Moreno Valley since 1984 and never knew this fantastic do-nut shop existed - I was leaving the computer shop next door when I decided to drop by and get a cup of joe. I asked the proprietor, Lily - (I call her Lee Lee because I am very old and hard of hearing) - I asked "What is your best do-nut" she responded - "A special do-nut that is only available certain days of the week otherwise you have to special order it a day in advance. One morning my friend Angela & I wanted donuts so we came across Pam's donuts so we called and found out they made cronuts... so we asked how many cronuts she had left and she said she had two, SO THEN we asked her if she could please put them on hold for us & we said we would be there in fifteen minutes. When we got there she said some man offered her double the money if he sold the cronuts to him, but she quickly refused and told the man no because she promised them to us. Like how nice of her!
