The Michoacana on Pigeon Pass next to the Stater Bros. is the best one in town. Make the extra 5 minute/1 mile trip to that one and get your money's worth. Went here last week, and I will not be returning. We tried the Snickers Ice Cream. It was very disappointing. It was not as creamy as the place we usually go to and it tasted very ordinary. It was basically just regular vanilla ice cream with cut up Snickers pieces in it. We automatically knew that it was not creamy judging by the way the lady struggled to scoop it out. We also ordered a bag of a Hot Cheetos with cheese and one large cup equiste (corn in a cup). Hot Cheetos and cheese was good and decently priced at only $3.50, but I'm assuming that their corn was canned or frozen corn that they just put in a giant pot of water to boil because I did not see her cut it from a corncob. She did not drain out most of the water as she scooped it into my cup. There was about half of a cup of water still left in my cup after I ate all of the corn. The lady rung us up, and I paid with my card. I selected for my receipt to be emailed, but I did not check my email until the next day. That's when I realized that she overcharged me by adding a second large cup of esquite even though I only ordered and received one. I'm assuming that they have done this before and often get away with it based on another review that I read of them overcharging her as well. I did not bother to go back to try to get a refund. I had the feeling that they would just deny it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. read more

This was my favorite place to eat tostilocos, but after my last visit I am not coming back due to bad customer service. I was served spoiled jicama. I don't like to complain, , but I asked the workers by the name of Bryan and Angela to please replace my order because the jicama was spoiled and they said the jicama could not be bad because they make everything fresh every morning. Both workers denied the jicama to be spoiled when I asked them to smell it, but they didn't want to try it. They did replace my order and asked me if I wanted jicama which made me angry because it is spoiled! I am very disappointed with the bad customer service because I bought 2 ice creams to go after complaining and they charged me for replacing the spoiled order as well and it is my fault for not checking my receipt! read more

Well I don't know what happened but there's like no menu or pictures. The ladies don't wear gloves while serving your ice cream. I thought this was a Michoana ice cream store but I think they are leasing it and it's a different company. I asked for a Sunday where they had in their menu that's a cardboard written with chalk and they didn't know what it was! I was surprised by it since they wrote on their menu. first time walking into this Michoacana, we were greeted the moment we walked in which was great. was looking through ice cream and not one of them were labeled "with almonds, nuts , etc" or was there no signs stating ice cream may contain nuts. i asked for a single scoop of coffee, and come to realize that it had small grounded almonds in it. i did ask for an exchange bc i had no idea it had almonds until i ate it and i am allergic to nuts. the employee accepted the ice cream back but was rude about it and said "next time you should ask if it has almonds" i told her well it should be stated on there because who would think coffee ice cream had almonds. overall it was a bad experience for being the first time. i hope she took into consideration after to label her flavors, because she said no that they shouldn't be labeled. -.- read more
