Found this little place when we were visiting the area. Small space and has a nice upbeat environment. Very great customer service. A sweet lady helped us and recommended the cheapest hookah stating it has good smoke. I appreciated that she wasn't just trying to upsell us. They have some hot drinks and sodas. No alcohol. I didn't see any food options. They play a variety of music in the background and have sports playing on the big screen tv. The seating is comfortable. Seems like a lot of locals come here. Ill get straight to the point. PARKING: spacious especially because most businesses are closed by the time you want to hookah. Called ahead and asked if they take reservations and the guy said they do but when we arrived everyone looked confused, you can walk in and they will make space for you. (You might have to share a table if your party is small) HOOKAH: tons of flavors and combos ! We got the tropical flavor And my friend got the berry splash! Both are good! SMOOOOTH HOOKAH. STAFF: attentive, constantly changing coals and making sure everything is good. MUSIC: they are 2 large screens and multiple tvs , they play all kinds of music videos, from rap, r&b, and even some cultural music. Its a vibe. Bathrooms: CLEAN AND FUNCTIONAL PRICE: we paid $55 for both hookahs and $5 for a redbull , they serve like 3 food items and they sell water and red bulls . Its a chill vibe . No dance floor. Just chill! (this place does NOT sell alcohol it is against city regulations) or something . If its busy you might have to share a booth with someone. When we arrived there as a party of 4 we had to share the booth with one of the workers and his buddies until a table cleared up they moved and we had the booth to ourselves! For some reason, they only play Indian music the entire time. Nothing against that genre, but when you're running a lounge, you should mix it up to create a better vibe for everyone. A little variety--hip-hop, R&B, Afrobeats, or even mainstream hits--would make the experience so much better. Not the best hookah around, but it's open late. Place is on the smaller side so you might have to sit next to other people enjoying their hookah. The cashier up sold us for the more expensive hookah it had led lights and lasers but after the first 5 minutes it wasn't hitting. It's more of an aesthetic look. It was very smooth at the beginning. The staff is so friendly, non of my cards were working so I told Tameem I will go cash money to pay and gave him my ID. He refused to take my ID and told me I can Venmo him when it's possible. From the moment I entered, I was blown away by the elegant and captivating decor. The couches were the most comfortable I had ever sat in. The custom lit tables were a great touch and I outright love any sparkle. As I sat down, I was immediately greeted by the owner, Sam, and managers, Hela and Afreen. I know my hookah flavors but wanted to try something new and they all suggested a few flavors based off of what I like. I appreciated their patience as I made a decision and clear expertise. Let me tell you...both mixes (tropical and breeze) were amazing!! The hookah itself ($29 option) was smooth and had thick smoke just like I like it! You could tell from every inhalation that they properly clean their hookahs which is not the case everywhere else. Another plus was that they had already started the hookahs before bringing it to our table so we enjoyed a good smoking session from the first hit. No other lounge has done this before. All competitors should stop here to learn a thing or two. You can tell that management truly cares about their product, service, and customer's experience, which is very refreshing. This lounge honestly is my go to and has been since moving to San Jose! The owner's brother is super friendly and the Indian brother who works there is friendly as well! They always make sure our hookah is just right and always serves us amazing hookah. If you want a good place to chill and enjoy some peace with some good Shisha, come on a weekday night. And if you are more into the loud party Vibez come on a weekend night. The only recommendation I have is to switch up the music from time to time because the music they play is always the same, but other than that this lounge is by far one of my favorites in the bay.
