Ill get straight to the point. PARKING: spacious especially because most businesses are closed by the time you want to hookah. Called ahead and asked if they take reservations and the guy said they do but when we arrived everyone looked confused, you can walk in and they will make space for you. (You might have to share a table if your party is small) HOOKAH: tons of flavors and combos ! We got the tropical flavor And my friend got the berry splash! Both are good! SMOOOOTH HOOKAH. STAFF: attentive, constantly changing coals and making sure everything is good. MUSIC: they are 2 large screens and multiple tvs , they play all kinds of music videos, from rap, r&b, and even some cultural music. Its a vibe. Bathrooms: CLEAN AND FUNCTIONAL PRICE: we paid $55 for both hookahs and $5 for a redbull , they serve like 3 food items and they sell water and red bulls . Its a chill vibe . No dance floor. Just chill! (this place does NOT sell alcohol it is against city regulations) or something . If its busy you might have to share a booth with someone. When we arrived there as a party of 4 we had to share the booth with one of the workers and his buddies until a table cleared up they moved and we had the booth to ourselves! Still a good time

The interior and ambiance is so nice and their hookahs are SO GOOD! Best flavors I love are paan, rose, and big boi (watermelon mint but tastes like jolly ranchers). Service is on point!!! Music is mix of desi, Arabic, Iranian, Afghan, and hip hop, Spanish too. Seriously so good, so happy this place opened!

As someone who has been to many hookah lounges in the East Bay, writing this review for Pan Hookah Lounge was a must-I had an EXCEPTIONAL experience! From the moment I entered, I was blown away by the elegant and captivating decor. The couches were the most comfortable I had ever sat in. The custom lit tables were a great touch and I outright love any sparkle. As I sat down, I was immediately greeted by the owner, Sam, and managers, Hela and Afreen. I know my hookah flavors but wanted to try something new and they all suggested a few flavors based off of what I like. I appreciated their patience as I made a decision and clear expertise. Let me tell you...both mixes (tropical and breeze) were amazing!! The hookah itself ($29 option) was smooth and had thick smoke just like I like it! You could tell from every inhalation that they properly clean their hookahs which is not the case everywhere else. Another plus was that they had already started the hookahs before bringing it to our table so we enjoyed a good smoking session from the first hit. No other lounge has done this before. All competitors should stop here to learn a thing or two. You can tell that management truly cares about their product, service, and customer's experience, which is very refreshing. If you love hookah as much as I do, make sure to add Pan Hookah lounge to the top of your list! Thank you Hela, Afreen, and Sam for an enjoyable time. Found this little place when we were visiting the area. Small space and has a nice upbeat environment. Very great customer service. A sweet lady helped us and recommended the cheapest hookah stating it has good smoke. I appreciated that she wasn't just trying to upsell us. They have some hot drinks and sodas. No alcohol. I didn't see any food options. They play a variety of music in the background and have sports playing on the big screen tv. The seating is comfortable. Seems like a lot of locals come here. Super chill. Will be back. read more

Really solid hookah spot. The vibe is immaculate -- chill lighting, comfy and well-maintained sofas, and great music. Hookah is affordable and hits well, with a nice variety of flavors. Big projector screens on both sides make it a great hangout for game nights. Only downside: bathrooms could be cleaner, but still manageable. Definitely one of the better lounges around. read more

First time here and have to say this place is very laid back and chill. Definitely out in the cute in a shopping center but a must go to whether ona date or coming with a group. Place is friendly and clean with good customer customer service. Hookah options are good just wish they had Starbuzz brand but overall good. Music is good with great vibe. Wish they had a bit of ac or air with all the smoke but hey its a hookah lounge you'll survive! Definitely coming back to this place on a friday or saturday night. read more

I came to PAN Hookah in San Jose expecting a chill vibe, but honestly left a bit disappointed. The atmosphere itself was fine, but the music was a big letdown. For some reason, they only play Indian music the entire time. Nothing against that genre, but when you're running a lounge, you should mix it up to create a better vibe for everyone. A little variety--hip-hop, R&B, Afrobeats, or even mainstream hits--would make the experience so much better. After a while it just felt repetitive and out of touch with what most people come to a hookah lounge for. read more

Not the best hookah around, but it's open late. Place is on the smaller side so you might have to sit next to other people enjoying their hookah. The cashier up sold us for the more expensive hookah it had led lights and lasers but after the first 5 minutes it wasn't hitting. It's more of an aesthetic look. It was very smooth at the beginning. They don't really come and check on the coals as well we had to ask for that. read more

I've been smoking shisha for 8 years now and I can positively say that their hookah is very good. It's packed in a way that makes it last longer and the cloud is very strong. The staff is so friendly, non of my cards were working so I told Tameem I will go cash money to pay and gave him my ID. He refused to take my ID and told me I can Venmo him when it's possible. The place is clean, organized, and well decorated. I would recommend this place. read more

This lounge honestly is my go to and has been since moving to San Jose! The owner's brother is super friendly and the Indian brother who works there is friendly as well! They always make sure our hookah is just right and always serves us amazing hookah. If you want a good place to chill and enjoy some peace with some good Shisha, come on a weekday night. And if you are more into the loud party Vibez come on a weekend night. The only recommendation I have is to switch up the music from time to time because the music they play is always the same, but other than that this lounge is by far one of my favorites in the bay. Trust me when I say you won't regret coming here for a good time out. Also you MUST try their ginger tea, it's to die for read more

We went on this place on a not so busy night. The atmosphere was quite popping and it felt like a party. The manager was very nice and accommodating. I tried the apple flaked mini and it was smooth and lasted quite longer, a nice buzz too. Recommended place will come again with groups of friends ! read more

This is more of a sports bar setting with TV's everywhere so you don't have to worry about judgmental staff or uptight players. Chances are everyone is too busy watching "the game" to notice your crappy swing. The sim, although tricky and hard to read if you've only played real courses, is accurate and offers a ton of feedback. Gameplay supports up to 4 players unless you set up the golf range setting, then it's basically open season. Only 2 bays available by reservation so plan accordingly. There are some loner clubs if you don't have your own otherwise bringing your set is recommended. We had a bunch of appetizers that were all excellent. We came on a slow night too so no issues with drinks/food orders but I can see that being an issue when it gets lively(then again what restaurant doesn't have this issue when busy?). To my understanding this place just went through a menu/renovation refresh so look to the newest pictures for the most up to date info.

We had two different servers come to our table who didn't seem to be communicating with each other. As a result, we never received an order of sliders, yet they still appeared on our bill. The bartender also struggled with very basic cocktails. A simple cosmopolitan and a lemon drop -- both extremely common drinks -- seemed to cause confusion, which was surprising. As for the food, it was nothing memorable. One friend ordered a smash burger that was so smashed it included the bun, which I've never seen before. The wings I ordered were small and underwhelming -- five wings for $15 felt overpriced and disappointing. Overall, I don't understand how this place has a 4.5-star rating on Yelp. I left pretty disappointed. The only thing that seems to keep people coming back is the scantily clad servers rather than the food or service.

I think traditionally, you need reservations for Cielo, but their Winter Experience (ran through December and mid-January) is first-come, first-served. The Winter Experience is a Christmas-themed set-up - very tastefully and beautifully decorated - with Christmas music (even 2 weeks after the New Year). the tables along the edge have small in-table fire pits AND a tall heated furnace - you will not be cold in December. these tables do require a minimum spend of $50 per person, which we came into this expecting that regardless - however, it sounds like you can sit at any of the other tables without this minimum spend, though you will only have a blanket for warmth. the sunset was beautiful, though keep in mind that we do live in a city, and there are other tall buildings around, so don't set your expectations too high. Overall, we are so happy we finally checked this place out, and that we were able to do so during the Winter Experience. We did find it overpriced (considering it's at Hotel Valencia... we weren't surprised) for what you get. I tried one cocktail (~$20) that tasted like a flavored soda, before switching to wine; my husband had 2 Old Fashioned, they were both made differently but both good. The food was good - small, shareable portions. We're happy to have finally stopped in, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come again. Beyond that, it's nothing to make a big fuss over, and I can't say I'd go out of my way to return.

Her customer service skills were absolutely superior from start to finish. Handling a group that size is not easy, but she moved effortlessly the entire night and never once seemed overwhelmed. Katie was personable, upbeat, attentive, and had an incredible personality that made the whole experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of, drinks stayed full, orders were right, and the atmosphere stayed fun and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. This was my third or fourth visit here, and all of the waitresses have always been awesome, but this was my first experience with Katie--and in my opinion, she is the gold standard of customer service. She turned a good dinner into a memorable experience. If you visit Falcon's Lair, I highly recommend asking for Katie. She's the kind of employee every restaurant wishes they had!

Creepy server trigger warning... PS - Not sure why my review from my page didn't post but I'm sharing it from a back up account. I'm glad someone said it cause this place was an experience to say the least lol. I came with friends twice and their hookah's are great and they have a wide collection of flavors and mixes that anyone can enjoy. Their music is so-so, no wide selection of it only stick with a genre and go with it... some might get sick of hearing the same songs on repeat! But what needs to be said is about the servers. Shiva is cool and so down to earth. He served my friends and I and it was so chill. On the other hand was the other guy that works here... tall middle eastern guy, Sid? The first time my friends and I came, we didn't think too much of him on a Friday, it wasn't too packed at the time, but he kept staring at our table and a couple of other girls and it was weird and awkward. I don't blame anyone who leaves a weird review for him cause the second time was just as awk. We felt SUPER uncomfortable with his presence cause he wouldn't stop being flirty for no reason, it was just creepy! So we only referred to Shiva. Definitely recommend coming when he's not around. Whatever he thinks he is, it's definitely not attractive, super subpar and creepy. Thanks Shiva for making us feel comfortable as customers! read more

I only made a page here to leave this review. Pan used to be my place to go to before it turned toxic because of a certain worker... tall M.East sid because the person made it a very toxic environment. people should not be putting women down and treat them like objects and this man has been known to call women horrific names that should not be mentioned behind their backs while "joking" with his uncle/friend. I'm muslim as well and seeing a brother act this way is unacceptable. He has been seen and recorded calling women obscene names, texting them nasty things, basically saying any woman that smiles in the direction of a man is 'asking for it'. He should not be working in a lounge impacting people in general because he showed up even when he had COID. man is known to be misogynistic and inconsiderate while putting a front on as a 'nice person'... while being abusive. please stay wary, he fronts as religious and will put anyone down to feel secure within his 'masculinity'. read more

Great place! Nice vibes! It's a great place for both big and small groups. I come here anytime I'm in the Bay Area, but the service has gone down. On many occasions, it depends on the person to get your coals on rotation. Additionally, it's really HOT inside the lounge and the AC does not seem to be on. One big thing is that the music is always the same. I sometimes have gone 3-4 days in a row, and it's the same exact playlist every time. The place needs to read the crowd and ply music accordingly ie playing Indian music if most of the crowd is Indian. These things can all be improved very easily and quickly but these changes are never made when I ask the staff in person. They always say the boss isn't here and only they can make the music or temperature change. read more

I have been going to hookah lounges for three years and not once have I walked in for the first time and said "Oh Sh*t, this place is nice!!". Super clean, classy, great TVs with chill music to vibe to with a smooth hookah mix to smoke. Will definitely make this lounge my go-to spot from here on out. The customer service is also a super high quality you recieve here at Pan Hookah, coals switched at the perfect time and the staff is very approachable and caters to your needs. I just wanna share with you guys that if you guys wanna smoke a good hookah and enjoy a beautiful place and nice music, Pan Hookah lounge is the best place. Some people can't compete with them that is why they are talking shit so don't listen to people go try it and then judge... One of the best hookah lounge in Bay Area. I love the vibes and hookah are amazingly smooth and feel the flavor. It won't burn out the flavor and we sat here for more than 3 hours. I love their customer service, they keep on checking the charcoal and ask how's the hookah, we felt like home. Must visit place in Bay Area and highly recommendable lounge. read more
