I'm going to start with all the positives. The food and drinks are quite good. We had the crepe with strawberries and added banana as well as an avocado toast. Matcha latte and my kids had a chocolate milk and oj. All these food and drink items were good! The issues were the service was bad, the place was dirty and unorganized. The muffins were from Costco. We got our hot food before any drinks. By about 5 minutes. The food was missing the bananas which I had then mentioned and the drinks came out wrong as well. Then when we sat outside we were staring at the trash cans. 6 trash cans and the flies started swarming our food. My 6 yo was so uncomfortable so we went inside. No flies inside but it was dirty food stuck on table and dirty on the floor. Mind you when we came it wasn't even busy. Then the woman was bussing the table from outside she put the dirty dishes on our table. We ended up taking our food to go at that point. Again literally all the food was good and drinks! There will have to be improvements otherwise for this place to survive a year. read more

We were recommended to come here by a friend and we were NOT disappointed! We decided to grab the Iced Horchata Latte and the Iced Pistachio Cold Brew. Both drinks were gorgeous and tasted amazing. The only complain I have is on the Pistachio Latte because the syrup just tasted off (we prefer pistachio sauce in our lattes). We also ordered the Uno crepe, it was a strawberry and Nutella crepe sprinkled with powdered sugar. It was amazing!! Wish there was an aspect of it that left a little bit of a savory note, though! The service was amazing. We were greeted when walking in and we had our order taken immediately. She was very helpful with our questions and very attentive. The food and coffee came out very fast and there wasn't a long wait at all. Ambiance was amazing. The place looks like I just walked into a shop in Mexico. It's very warm, cozy and inviting. There are plenty of photo ops and A LOT of tables for seating (which I found to be the best because it's hard to find a coffee shop with enough seats). We came around 9:30am on a Saturday and it didn't seem to be busy at all. Maybe one or two groups of people sitting in the lobby. RUN, don't walk, to this place!! It is SOOO worth it. read more

Tried the breakfast, disappointed with the Chilaquiles, they were okay the tortilla chips were not cooked like traditional Chilaquiles, very crunchy , green tomatillo sauce was flavorful but didn't soak into the chips like the cooked version would. The refried beans were puréed and were lost in the tomatillo sauce. Huevos Rancheros flavor of the sauce was okay. Ordered the egg over hard and it was cooked over easy. The presentation of the food was great. Service and ambience was great. Overall will try them again with a different breakfast option. read more

Can I give zero stars? This place is all hype. Got in a short line for coffee with about four people in front of me and waited in the line about 10 minutes to get to the counter, ordered coffee and waited almost an hour to get them. To burn off wait time went to the little shop they have connected to the cafe, and found overpriced cheap plastic jewelry and art sold as authentic handmade. Immediately turned off. Pieces of old scarves glued to canvas selling for $350 and cheap plastic rings for $15. Finally got the coffee after my patience had already grew thin and the coffee wasn't even what I ordered. People came in and walked out during my wait because the short line never even moves. Saw people walking up to the counter to have their drinks fixed. They don't have a big menu not sure why they can't get coffee orders right. The employees in the back mindlessly throwing chips on plates looked as careless as the employees who were told the order was wrong. No apology for the hour wait or wrong order, just excuses made. Horrible customer service. I understand a new place working out kinks, but the way they handled the issue was the nail in the coffin. Learn to listen to the customers, they're the ones supporting your business. Oh they also delete negative reviews. We'll see if this one lasts as long as their business does. read more

Was excited to try this place based on its coffee menu. Wanted to try the Mexican hot chocolate but they said they didn't have any. Guessing they didn't have any in stock to make. Tried the mazapan latte but was very bland. Was hoping to atleast have the taste of Mazapan but none. Dulce de Leche just tasted like standard coffee we could make at home. Was disappointed. Was hoping for a really good coffee shop to support. To top off not a good selection of pan dulce. Would have been great to have the staple of all pan dulce, Conchas, to have with coffee. Paid $28 for 2 small lattes and 2 medium lattes. read more

If you care about customer service at all I recommend Pan Tostado. I'm usually a regular coffee kind of guy I got the cold brew here and as simple as it is it still had good taste. The boutique attached gave 5 star customer service as well making your shopping experience more comfortable and personable. We went there to try the famous horchata latte and shop at the Madres Mercado held there today. Cute spot. Could use quite a bit of TLC, especially in the back section. Espresso was burnt, but it took 20+ minutes for our drinks to come out, so we didn't get it remade. This is the second time I've been here and both times the food was great. The first time I got the pesto burrata. I love pesto so this dish was amazing to me. This time I got the Sonora hotdog. I've had Mexican style hot dogs before but I've never had it with beans. It's surprisingly good. And for dessert I got the banana crepe. I'm usually not into crepes but this one was good. The workers are very friendly and efficient. The food came out quickly and they cleaned up just as quick. The restaurant is clean and has a nice Mexican vibe inside. Music was also good. Amazing service and ambience and even better food. The strawberry crepes were delicious and filling. The green chilaquiles were some of the best I've ever had. The horchata matcha latte was sweet without it being too much. I've had it both hot and iced and it's equally good both ways. The horchata matcha with their churro is a match made in heaven. I've been here twice already and it's quickly become my favorite restaurant in Georgetown. The atmosphere is very clean, nice, and calming. Even the music they played was great. I really wanted to love this place but my experience wasn't great.. I came here, along with other moms with babies, on a Sunday morning. We all ordered food and sat down. About 20 minutes later we started to get our food but none of the cashiers had the courtesy to deliver our food to the table... so one of the moms picked our food and starts handing down our plates. What happened to customer service these days? No one checked in on us to see how we're doing either.. the coffee? Meh, it was okay. Croissant tasted a little stale. All for $11. Saw this place a few weeks ago and was inspired to go for breakfast. 10 out of 10. Some of the best breakfast tacos I've ever had. My wife had the " Quattro" crepe which was also amazing. Also, they had one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had in my entire life and I've had a lot of cinnamon rolls. The coffee was also excellent. What a great little place... family owned, charming and warm plus a great staff. We got there early because I heard that it can be busy. My only criticism is I wish that their salsa had a little bit of a bite. It was still good salsa but I like a little spice. When we got home my latte was bland, my crepes were small for the price and the 3 cheesecakes were a disappointment. One cheese cake was a full slice but my other two were halves of a normal slice. Parking is tough to get. The place is very small and needs a paint job, a room divider to block sound, and a few fixes around doors. The coffee with coconut milk is so creamy and delicious! The crepes have all been fabulous and cuatro is also a real favorite! The girls working there have been doing such a good job and very professional. The horchata latte with almond milk was soo good along with the avocado toast. We came after 9am on a Wed and there was only one person working in the entire building. The coffee and food took so long to receive. You also have to go up to the counter to grab your food. We got 2 medium coffees plus 2 avocado toast and a crepe for $40. The ambiance was cute and different. Definitely would like to go again and hopefully the service will be a little quicker next time. read more
