Maddy listens to every word I say, asks follow-up questions, collaboratively creates a plan with me, explains exactly what she's going to do, and what the process will be. She cares so much about keeping the integrity of my hair while still making my blonde dreams come true. I appreciate her skills, vibe, positive attitude, honesty, and caring demeanor so much! Maddy's station is extremely clean, well maintained, and in a great place downtown with parking. She is the best vibe!

It looked okay when styled in the salon, but once I got home it was obvious how uneven, awkward, choppy, and over-thinned one side had become. My hair no longer falls naturally or smoothly, and the ends now look frayed and damaged rather than cleanly cut. I have honestly never been this dissatisfied with a haircut before. I ended up having to go to another stylist to try to fix it, and even they told me there's only so much that can be corrected right now without taking off even more length. I was advised not to cut my hair again for several months so it can grow back enough density to reshape properly. I also think clients should be clearly warned before razor cutting or aggressive texturizing techniques are used, especially on very fine hair, since many people may not realize how dramatically it can change the texture and density of the cut. If you have very fine hair, I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious about razor cutting or aggressive texturizing techniques.
