Our 3-year-old son has been attending Panache for about a year and a half, and it has been a fantastic experience for both him and our family. The daycare offers a warm, family-centered environment where all the teachers and staff are friendly, supportive, and incredibly accommodating. We've especially appreciated their flexibility when we needed it most. While there was a period of staff changes in mid-2024, Shilpa, the owner, was proactive in addressing our concerns and ensuring our son continued to receive the care and developmental support he needed. Thanks to their dedication, he's thriving and hitting all his developmental milestones. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate. Our son constantly surprises us with new things he's learned, from days of the week to counting to 100! We also love the regular updates through the mobile app, which make our post-pickup conversations more interactive and fun. Some of our favorite moments have been the Christmas concert (adorable chaos) put on by the teachers and the drop-in dance sessions, which give the kids a chance to burn off energy in a fun way. Our son might just become a professional breakdancer. haha. On top of all this, the cost is very reasonable, considering the full-day care, snacks/lunch provided, and overall quality of the program. Word of advice, take your kid, run and DO NOT look back! I've been meaning to write this review a while ago so here it is. I had a really weird experience with this school, but the main issue was with a "dance teacher" name Jamie Aston who was hosting some type of "Disney Camp", if that's what you call playing it's a small world and having them jump around with ribbons. My daughter went to try it out on her first day, it was so unstructured and ammeter, but was planning to let me kid participate for the remainder of the week if she had fun. By the next morning, I got this very tactless email (in photo) which I decided to just dump the class at that point bc why are you hassling me for $150 on her first day? Which is separate from the actual tuition and enrollment fees and you knew we were doing a trail run?? She asked my 2 yr old to tell the class about herself and was expecting her to answer questions that required actual stories and details... which shows lack of experience dealing with toddlers. I asked the Director Stephanie about how long she's been teaching dance and working with kids , and this is the response I got which clearly shows she discussed what I said to Jamie. The next day, she gave me a very nasty look, I asked her was there a problem and she was ready to combat, which she did I front of her class/ camp of 2 yr olds. It got so heated that I took my child completely out of the school in DAY 2! The administrative staff did nothing and allowed her to disrespect me, and no one ever contacted me after the fact so clearly they allow this behavior from a third party ... disappointing and completely unacceptable. As for the school itself, I was literally on the fence the whole time prior to this incident as I stayed for most of her first day to observe. I did like the price and that they have a cook that serves lunch, but hated their potty training system. They have your 2 yr old do it by themselves with no help, and they walk around with no underwear. One kid took his off and sat in their activity rug with it all out ( unsanitary) my daughter had never seen a penis until then. They didn't even notice yet unruffled, like a normal reoccurring thing . I could only imagine what goes on when a parent isn't around watching. Also, some staff were friendly and some were not, also seemed very young and inexperienced be running a class. There were a few other things k can't remember but will add if I do. Our family has been going to Panache since 2017 and we will be there until 2026. We have put all 3 of our children there full time since 4mo of age old and absolutely love, trust and recommend it! Panache makes life so easy for busy full time working parents- full time childcare and meals are provided! The children at Panache are happy, thriving, well adjusted and excited to be at school. Panache also has other programs that come to the school available to opt into- dance, tumbling, soccer- making life for a full time parent easy to have exposure to extracurriculars. Our children have all graduated from room to room throughout the school from infant to the preschool program. The teachers and curriculum are excellent. Our oldest have been more than prepared for TK and Kindergarten. The school is very well run and fosters an open line of communication for parents. We love being part of the Panache community. We brought our 2 year old here when his normal preschool had to close during covid. It was incredibly difficult as a Type A parent to leave my baby in a new place with absolutely no time to research the facility. Panache employees couldn't have made things any easier. They tried so hard to accommodate what our son was used to, loved on him, and helped him thrive. He was excited to go to school every day and play with his new teachers and new friends. Panache uses an app to let you know how your child's day is going - it's pretty cool ! They send pictures with little descriptions thru it as well. Our son is returning to his normal school tomorrow, but I absolutely highly recommend Panache to parents in the San Ramon area. Your child will be safe and loved. read more

My two boys (age 1 and 3) have been at Panache for about a year now and we could not be happier with the school. Highly recommend to any families in the area! The teachers are caring, fun, professional, supportive, positive, well-qualified, and accessible to parents. They even provide structured parent/teacher "conferences" for our little ones to discuss their development. The school is run very well and is highly organized. Everything from their use of tech for check in/out/communications (Brightwheel) to the monthly calendars with curriculum outlined. During SIP, they would send daily email updates on how they were following county recommendations/guidelines to be as safe as possible while open, and potential future changes that might be needed. My kids LOVE their school, friends, and teachers. At drop off, they typically run inside excited, barley saying goodbye to dad :) We feel so lucky to send our kids to a learning environment like Panache where we know they are so well taken care of. read more

Pros: The facility is very new & attractive. Close to I-680. Plenty of room in toddler classes. Cons: Lack of experience, sensitivity & poor customer-service skills of administration really disappoints. No interest in getting feedback from customers. The system of wait listing & enrollment is ridiculously vague for the infant room. Out of all the infant day care facilities I toured this was the only one that kept giving vague answers about a start date. There's a strange wait list system where if you are on top of the list & a slot unexpectedly opens up sooner than expected but you are not able to accept that date (because your child is not born yet) they will actually push you down to the END of the list. Meaning you will never have a guaranteed start date no matter how far in advance you try to enroll. The administration does not communicate well with each other, nor take responsibility for each other's actions as part of the same organization. Eg. Recently the last director, Ms. Amy left the job but Ms. Shilpa unapologetically will not take responsibility of unresolved issues left by Ms. Amy. Bottomline: If you are already willing to pay the higher fees of this facility that means you have plenty other options in the tri-valley area that have been around longer, built up a reputation, have good references & low attrition rate of employees. I would doubt good child care under this inept management which likely will go downhill at some point looking at the way they are dealing with customers. read more

I admit I have only one child and this is my first experience w a daycare but I was very impressed w the new aged curriculum they provide my almost 2 year old. They have an interactive large tv/computer screen that the kids created their own pumpkins The technology and the schedule/curriculum including, science, art, music, socialization activities make me proud to have my child at this 'new aged' day care. They know their stuff. I personally think my child will be way ahead of the game when it's time to enter pre-school! Thank you, Panache. Both my daughters (1 yo and 4 yo) love going to school.. the older one has started expressing her emotions so well in words since she started about 6 months ago. For younger one I love getting updates on the milestones :) The teachers in both classes are amazing, and put in extra effort to engage and help kids learn. My 2 year old daughter is in love with her teacher, Ms.Carmen. She cried when her teacher went on a short vacation:) I love the fact that she is ready to go to school the moment she wakes up. Im happy with panache's staff (very friendly and responsive). Special shout out to the staff in the front desk and the teachers; they have been quite helpful. Panache also has a fun kids night out once a month which gets us parents all excited! Overall I would highly recommend this school for kids who love to be creative and well cared for. Other details: Parking is never an issue. Friendly environment overall inside the school. Play structure is relatively small (compared to other schools). Parents receive daily updates about diaper changes and how much the child ate. We also receive monthly curriculums and weekly food charts via email. I just love this school!! I relocated from Florida in September when my son was 11 months old. My son was very attached to his old daycare as he had been there since 3 months old . When we came to California my son was in a home daycare which I thought was more personal and fitting for my family. At the home-based daycare he cried every day I dropped him off for 3 months straight. Coming to Panache the people made us feel at home. He stopped crying by the 3rd or 4th day which made me as a new mom feel great. The staff's genuine care for the kids coupled with the curriculum makes this school outstanding! As a new mom that works full-time I want my son to be happy, secure, comfortable, stimulated and well taken care of when away from me. You can count on Panache Enfants to do that. This review is long due for me and I kept promising myself that I will do it tomorrow (procrastination.. Tell me about it). Finally, It's happening. Well, we have three kids and it was a challenge for us to find a loving and caring facility or care giver to take care of two of my younger kids. Surprisingly T2 and T3 are absolutely opposite in nature and it was impossible for us to find something that fits both their needs.. We found Panache two years ago and finally felt relieved. They have met all the needs of my kids and of course us every time. I can confidently say that they are the reason I was able to continue working as finding a quality child care for my kids 1.5 and 3 (at that time) was forcing me take a tough decision 2 years ago. The quality of the facility and the program is incomparable to anything in San Ramon/Danville area. Teachers and management is extremely supportive and flexible. The environment is fully secure and organized. The school provided a holistic environment for my kids to thrive. They also provide fresh real food which is such a relief for those tiny growing body's needs and parents of picky kids. Supplemental sports and dance program is added benefit and saved me a lot of time hauling kids around over the weekends. All in all excellent experience during the toughest period of my life and I can't thank them enough for being the godsend they are for us. read more

My son has been going here for a month, and he loves it. It is his first experience being away from home in a childcare environment, so both he and I initially had reservations about attending any preschool. I researched and/ or contacted most of the preschools in the Danville - San Ramon area before choosing Panache. They have a great teacher: student ratio, and follow a wonderful curriculum that includes many aspects of child development and education: social skills, critical thinking, science, literature, health (including yoga!), and much more! I went to a weekend open house after receiving a flyer in the mail. The director and the owner gave my family a tour of the brand new facility, and a thorough overview of the daily schedule and curriculum. It is just the place I had been looking for! This lovely preschool is taking care of my five grandchildren during the Covid-19 outbreak as their two sets of parents are essential workers. The children, aged 1-5, have been safe, healthy and happy. The staff is strictly adhering to all county and California recommended public health protocols with the small group cohorts at each age level. Panache was a great preschool to begin with, but their ability to offer a safe and enriching preschool experience during these tough times is above and beyond. Last week, my son started kindergarten, after being with Panache Enfants since he was just two years old. After the first day, his kindergarten teacher marveled at how prepared he was to start school. She said she could tell he had been a part of a structured, and well executed preschool program. By day two, my son was being praised for his ability to work independently, and participate during circle time. I am beyond grateful for the tools Panache Enfants gave my son to continue his journey in education ahead of his class, not only academically, but socially. My once shy, two year old, graduated from his preschool confident, and ready to take on kindergarten. He possesses more skills than I would have ever thought possible of a five year old. After my son's preschool closed last month I was forced to find a new preschool that would nurture and love my son like his previous school did. After going to several schools, we were so lucky to find this one. My son LOVES to go to school and is eager to learn new things (like do pumpkins float?). Panache Enfants is the one of best place for infants and pre-schoolers. My daughter is going there since she was 4 months. She loves her teachers very much. I have never seen any unhappy kids, all of the kids will be fully energetic, happy and active even at 6PM. My son used to go to Panache Acadamie, he misses the afterschool care every single day. Panache is the absolute most organized, caring, clean, detail-oriented and fun school. We couldn't be happier. My husband and I toured a number of schools before deciding to put our ~1 year old (now ~3 years old) at Panache. It was one of the easiest decisions we have ever made for our son, and I continue to be impressed by them constantly. Their activities for the kids are well planned, and are engaging and educational for kids. I can keep track of the things my son is learning about just by listening to him talk (he'll randomly tell me about the days of the week, the weather, the time etc), or, I can simply read the very detailed learning plan provided by the school. My son is exposed to everything from outdoor play, yoga, literature, science, manners, language and so much more. The teachers are friendly, energetic, caring, attentive and patient. Both of our sons (3 and 18 months) have been here for almost a year. We had been to quite a few daycares before we came to this one, and we felt SO LUCKY to have finally made it into our perfect school. We could not be happier with Panache Enfants. Our boys are thriving, and they absolutely love all of their friends and teachers. It is such a friendly, welcoming, and academic environment. We never have to worry about the boys during the day, as we know they are in the best possible care. They run into school excited every morning, and the whole faculty feels like family to us. Our 3 year old loves it so much that we frequently play "school" when we are at home. The teachers and faculty are early childhood development specialists, and they honestly help us whenever we have parenting questions or aren't sure what to do about certain behaviors. If you're looking for an academic (our boys learn so much!), creative (they bring home art regularly and it's very cute to see how their art matches up with the week's curriculum), FUN (they have water play during the summer and dance parties every Friday), and loving environment for your young kids, send them here if you can. Loooove Panache Enfants. We drive almost half an hour to get there each day, passing probably a hundred other, closer daycare/preschool options, most of which I investigated before finding Panache. Unusually caring staff and administration. If I could rate this center a ZERO I would! As some of the the other dissatisfied reviewers have put it, be careful where you enroll you children, this place is below average in cost and in providing any sort of quality child care services.So basically you are getting what you pay for! This new center is so far below average in the attempt at running a credible child care facility it is almost laughable that it is still able to stay in business. If you like a filthy, sparsely equipped center, with high staff turnover or staff that for the most part, appear to be unhappy with their job and an owner who has to resort to placing false yelp review ads online to try an "talk up" this ridiculous fares of a program (Mandeep P. is one of the owners and not an unbiased happy customer as it appears) then this is your place! On the other hand, this center is close to the freeway and Bishop Ranch Business Park but parking is horrible and many times you have to deal with loud drunken patrons from the bar/restaurant next door or the excessive amounts of cigarette smoke coming from various places around the plaza which is only steps from the small outdoor play space where children are regularly rotated throughout the entire day in order that they get a few moments of "fresh air". Or how about the noxious smell of propane coming from the gas station only feet away from where children are playing in this same shoebox sized outdoor space on the other side. There was little thought that went into whether this would be the most ideal place or environment for young children to grow and thrive in or the lack of natural outdoor learning spaces that most all of the other competing centers are equipped with have, many are within a couple of miles of this place and would be better alternatives than this place. And if you talk about accountability, the owner assumes absolutely none and places blame on everyone else especially if they no longer work there. In terms of sanitation, the teachers changed diapers and did not wash their hands or encourage the children to wash their hand either. They changed diapers and then go on to feed children with unclean hands. This is disgusting on any level! One could assume that this practice carries over to the older age groups and goes against the philosophy of this program via the online information. I personally witnessed children with mucus running into their mouths and none of the teachers made any effort to wipe them or clean their faces. I find this to be completely unhygienic and lead to germs being passes from chid to child and viruses and sickness being passed around rampantly. I could only imagine whats to come during flu season! In terms of customer service, I found the owner to be pushy bordering on rude and at times completely unknowledgeable about basic care practices often citing her own person child rearing beliefs. Customer services in lacking and you have to give email and phone number information before scheduling a tour so that once you leave they will constantly bombard you with calls and emails wanting to know when you planning on enrolling. Citing that spaces are limited even though most of the classes only had 3 or 4 children in them. This was definitely not my cup of tea and so grateful to have found care at a near by facility. read more

Absolutely amazing childcare center on every level. I have had my three young children in several daycares over the years (including a Stanford-affiliated daycare when we lived on the Peninsula, as well as a local Bright Horizons center) and this place is as good as it gets. They have struck the perfect balance between the structure found at model early education childcare centers and the comfort found in more local home daycare environments. Staff and teachers are extremely friendly, outgoing, caring, respectful and kind. The facilities are huge with generous class sizes and a large central indoor area for group activities. We were fortunate enough to find this center during an extreme time of need - at the onset of the COVID pandemic. My husband and I are both physicians and when our former daycare and elementary school suddenly closed, we were desperate for help (we have a 1.5, 3, and 5.5 year old). Panache welcomed us with open arms and provided top-notch, safe childcare during a time of extreme uncertainty. They implemented guideline-recommended safety precautions and have managed to keep their doors open (and safe) during this time. We have been so happy here (as have our kids) and plan to keep our kids here going forward. read more

My 34 month old has been attending Panache Enfants, and I'm sad to say that we are forced to leave them because we are moving out to Clayton area. I fail in love with this school as I first walked in. The staff are just great! Ms. Shilpa the owner and Ms. Amy the director are amazing, friendly, caring... always accommodating our needs. The environment feels like family. My son's teachers Ms.May is wonderful, she has a way with kids that is very reassuring to me, she is very professional and loving. Ms. Pranati is absolutely adorable and sweet and very caring too. The place is neat and clean, the rooms are enormous, new and well equipped. The curriculum and organization are excellent. Every time I came to pick up my son, he is always having fun or doing some project...I am very protective of my son, and it is always extremely difficult for me to leave him at school, but at Panache I leave him with a peace of mind. We joined Panache not long ago may be 2 months ago but we are in love with panache. It's a great school, teachers are very respectful to kids and parents. My 4 year old loves her school. Recently they had a field trip to Lawrence Hall of science. I have never heard of any preschool taking 4-5 year olds on field trip. They have Bollywood dance classes. My son started going to this school during the summer as a 3 yr old. Since it was during the summer and he was just starting to get used going to school and being away from home, it took him about a month to get used to things. He has always attended 3 days a week for a half day. The administration was great with helping him acclimate as well as calming my nerves. Even though he is my second child, it still hurt to see him cry. They kept me updated with how he was doing, probably because I asked, but the teachers and administration never seemed to mind. In fact, to this very day they allow me, when I come early, to peek through the window to see the class. A few days I've stayed a few minutes after I've picked him up to get to know the kids and talk to the teacher. As he was close to turning 4 he was moved to a brand new Pre-k class in September and the transition from the 3 yr old class to the pre k class went amazingly smooth. I absolutely LOVE the pre-k teacher, Ms Rikki. She has the perfect amount of fun and discipline. It is very obvious that all the students also love Ms. Rikki. My son is always happily learning when I pick him up from school at noon, in fact many times he doesn't want to go home. Academically, they are learning what kindergarteners would be learning but without pressuring them and forcing them. Yet most of the students seem to exceed the expectations of what a typical 4 year old knows. They also have many fun activities like carving pumpkins, making a haunted house, making a pumpkin patch, a window decoration contest, and having a holiday concert with the entire school singing and more. Also, they have fun hands on exercises for the students where they are teaching them as well as allowing them to touch and create; like having the students bring in plants and have them learn how to take care of the plants and learn what makes them grow. The monthly tuition went up $50 in October which was a bit of a hit for us, but it is worth it. I am sure they had to do that because they improved the facilities by adding a brand new snack and lunch program as well as nice security and a computerized sign in/out process. My son likes the snacks, he always tells me what he eats. He has eaten the lunch a couple times and told me he enjoyed it as well. The food is healthy and tasty, I noticed that all the kids eat their food. The security is great because administration can see who is coming in and out of the facility. Visitors who don't have a child enrolled have to ring a doorbell to get in. Those who have children enrolled have a card to swipe to enter. I really like that. The sign in/out process is nice and very convenient, no need to sign your name, time and date on a piece of paper, just enter a 4 digit code and done. I am not one who does many reviews, but this is the first preschool that I truly like, from the teachers, administration, curriculum, activities all the way to the students. I actually like all the kids in my son's class. I never felt this way when I sent my daughter to preschool. I took her out of three schools to just find one that I somewhat liked. Too bad this school wasn't open 4 years ago, I would've definitely sent my daughter here. read more

I was extremely happy with these ladies. They are AWESOME!!! I was always so afraid that my kids would not like school and would have a tough time. The teachers here made both of my boys feel very comfortable and gave them an enjoyable experience. They are very friendly and caring teachers. The facility itself also is very spacious, and clean. The breakfast, lunch and snacks provided are healthy and nutritious. I feel safe and at ease everyday I drop my kids off here because I know they are in good hands and will be taken care of. Miss Ricki, Sam, Shilpa, Pranathi, they are all so loving and caring. Our experience here has been wonderful. My 5 year old cannot stop talking about this place.
