Small Mexican, convenience/bakery store - Located in Lakewood K-town - Very accommodating

Best Pandaderia (Mexican Bakery) I've tried by far. I went there today and they were baking everything fresh and let me choose some goodies from the warm rack. I recommend getting their stuffed bread (Bolillo) with cheese and jalapeño ! So good and soft if your toast it in the oven at home! I got their concha's which were just as good ! Don't forget to pair it with hot chocolate ! Everyone was very welcoming and nice ! Definitely recommend you check them out!

Good service and food speaks for itself as a bakery. All the major classics like concha's and tellera breads

When we entered on a Thursday afternoon, we were welcomed by two different female employees. We looked around and they still had a good amount of stock left for their baked goods, hot foods, and other snacks. Inside is definitely dim and very quiet, no music or TV playing to give it any ambiance. The staff seem friendly but also didn't really offer the most welcoming or warm presence that you would typically find in a Filipino establishment. The prices here seem fair and affordable, which was great as we were looking for a snack to hold us over until we had lunch. We ordered a pork siopao, chicken siopao, and an order of their pork shumai. Unfortunately, I don't think the cashier heard my boyfriend as we only got the pork siopao but he was to tired to correct her. She did try to sell us on turon a few times but my boyfriend isn't a fan of turon (I don't know why this is but he is Filipino and just tells me that he isn't a fan of a lot of Filipino desserts). We got in the car to eat our food. Our dogs were with us and were enticed by the smell as well, so that's a good sign as we complimented the smell too. I wish the food was kept just a bit hotter, but that's my minor gripe as I just don't like lukewarm foods. Now I will admit that the shumai is decent, but the sauce that comes with it is the star of the show. It has some spice while having this tangy umami kick that brought out the flavors of not only the shumai but also the siopao. My boyfriend and I were really impressed and tempted to go order more but we will definitely be back to get more of the hot foods and try some of the baked goods.

Loved the $1 day old pastries. Good deal. The pork bao was decent and the ube pastel (purple bread)…read morewas my favorite of the three baked goods I bought. It's hard to find a Filipino bakery South of Seattle, so props!

I know they do not have regular open hours for just walk in purchase, but rather, they're custom order type business, but I have yet to place any custom orders so I cannot speak to that experience. What made me write this review is how accurate the owner (Brianne) described cake and desserts in the description and the baked goods taste matched 200% of the description. The pistachio cake was out of the world, so was the whoopie pie!!! I got to meet Brianne in person and she was very friendly, and was kind to explain everything about each of her baked goods she had out that day. I've tried their baked goods from pop tarts to cookies to housemade Twinkie and the creation and taste are unmatched. Single serve baked goods were more on pricier side, but well worth every bite. I would definitely order custom baked goods from here, knowing the quality and taste of products from this shop!!! Currently, you can find Spilled Butter baked goods at Cosmonaut coffee, Outer Dark Coffee, and at Tacoma Farmers Market (also known as Tacoma Broadway Farmers Market) from time to time. Enjoy!!!

Psalm 23:5" which added to our excitement since were Christians. That set us up for a lot of disappointment because we got super rude service. We stood in line for a while and as we got to the counter, the manager said, "Who's next?" and before we could say something, someone else started ordering who had not been waiting in line. Dorothy, we were standing there the whole time, but I think it might be a race thing because the people she served were German and we're brown people. So my sister says something to the young lady at the counter and she starts slinging out attitude. "So what do you want me to do about it?" How about not be rude when you guys had the failure on your end? Then she seated us, throwing our table number on the table. The nerve! This is the opposite of making things right. Another waitress (who was not white) came up to us and apologized. She was sweet and I'm guessing she sees that type of treatment a lot at this place. We're not the types who sees race in everything, but when I talked to my sister later she mentioned how Dorothy let the Germans cut, which confirmed what I was feeling too. I hate that in 2026 you can still see that type of behavior because it's jarring when it happens. By the way, the streusel cake and coffee and they were okay. I think Entenmanns which you can get at the grocery store is better. We were going to order salami sandwiches and some other pastries, but after that waitress treated us poorly, we were afraid what that waitress might do to our food in the kitchen. I saw in another review that someone else complained about how rude she was. My guess? She must be related to the owner because they clearly don't care how she treats the customers.
