Great speakeasy bar. It's super dim and intimate inside with plenty of lounge seating as well as the bar. We were the only ones when we arrived for a drink after an early dinner. All the staff interacted with us at some point and were friendly. I got the Cocomelon and my friend got Remember the Maine. My cocomelon was great tasting. I haven't been drinking much, but this place is worth breaking dry January! they have a great selection of liquors from the americas and the vibe is fancy but relaxed. Its easier to make a reservation, and it feels like they prefer it. I've tried about 6 different drinks, the highlight was the coquito highball with ron del barrillito and their espresso martini in the nicest glass with the thinnest stem. read more

5/5. The food and drinks are a sold 4/5 but the ambience and experience are exceptional. Took a little to find the bell to ring in (2nd floor of a multi-use property) but we recognized the emblem above the door. Ring the bell and wait. Greeted at the door and led to the bar to watch the bartenders work hard at turning out the various drinks. I had the Remember the Maine 2.0 and while not quite Pan American spirits, watching the bar tender and hearing the stories about why they serve it adds to the experience. I'd love to bring some friends back here. The staff was exceptional. The lounge/room was interesting, but I'd choose to get back to the bar if we go again. read more

This cute little speakeasy tucked in the heart of Brickell was really refreshing. It felt very much like a comfortable and chic lounge. The bar was beautiful and you could tell the bartenders really love what they do. Each drink has a story/flavor profile of the Americas (which I believe is the concept of the bar). This is the kind of place that really makes you think about your drink and the bartenders will be very thoughtful and thorough as they describe what they are serving you. We came here (a group of 3) on a Saturday night at about 9-10ish and it was busy but not packed. We were able to sit comfortably at the bar but if you have a larger group it would be good to check if they do reservations. The drinks were pricey, nothing on the menu was less than $20 from what I recall. (Which is pretty par for the course nowadays in Miami.) but truly can't imagine having more than 1-2 drinks here due to that. read more

I looooved my experience at Panamericano Bar. This is a speakeasy located on the second floor of Mary Brickell Village and you definitely need to be in the know to know how to find it. However, once you do find it, you are in tremendous luck. Once you walk inside the place is super swanky, and makes you feel like you're transported outside of Miami. Their cocktail program is inspired by the Americas, and each signature cocktail pays tribute to a different country and has a unique ceremonial story with the flavor profile to patch. We got the San Pedro cocktail which was presented beautifully. In addition to their beautifully curated cocktails they can make you any drink that you'd like. We opted for Lychee martinis and espresso martinis. Both were extremely delicious and well made. The bar is cozy, and service is super attentive. I would definitely add this to my list for the perfect date night spot, or spot to catch up with friends over good drinks. Can't wait to go back! read more

The Panamericano Bar is a wonderful speakeasy in the heart of Brickell, within Brickell Village. Like many speakeasies, it is kind of hidden so plan to get there early. Also, make sure you get a reservation, it was packed the night we went (for good reason). Part of the charm of a speakeasy is the surprise of the theme, so I do not want to say too much in the review. I will say that the their cocktail choices are unusual but incredible, but then if you want to you can order any think you want. Then the interior is very comfortable and cool, you feel like you are at someplace special. Some reviewers have said service was not great, but we found it was excellent. They took are order quickly and then were very good about refilling our water glasses (where even the water is really great). There was a bit of a wait for the cocktails, but both of ours had really complex flavors and I think they just take some time to get that level of taste. Absolutely worth a visit! read more

I had an excellent time trying the taco martini . It doesnt actually taste like a taco, but it's umami, it's salty, its boozy, it's everything i could ask for with 0 bite! I can't wait to try this again. The atmosphere is nice and cozy, like a speakeasy should be; however, the exit door that opens up and allows a ton of the brickell mall lights in has got to go! It is a definite mood killer. The service is a little slow because a few of their drinks come with "experiences". I love trying out new ways of tasting a cocktail, especially if it helps me tap into more complex flavors; however, some of these experiences took about 7 minutes to complete (I filmed one of them and got bored). They can definitely be shortened to provide an overall better experience for the bar. read more

A gem of a place in Brickell! The service is stellar and the drinks are delicious. Decorated very luxurious with dark wood and velvet chairs and is dimly lit. I've tried 3 different cocktails and each was so unique and tasted amazing. Many of the drinks come with a story and some even a lit candle. The fried chickpeas they give as a snack are so addicting. I asked how they make them because I need to make them at home. Also the water they have is infused with cinnamon and herbs and the glass is never empty. BEAUTIFUL SPEAKEASY!! Located at the second level within Mary Brickell Village, adjacent to Novocento. You ring the bell upon arrival and they will come for you. Once in the bar, you will be welcomed to a dark, quiet modern, cozy and inviting ambiance; Just perfect the vibes to enjoy of a drink or two while catching up with friends, your other half or family. I love the fact you can actually keep a conversation while in there. The music is just at the perfect volume. Each drink has a story with Panamerican roots. I had the berries and samba which is made with cachaça, it was so refreshing. My friend had the San Pedro Ceremony that was some sort of Pisco. The drink presentation was beautiful, also easy to drink and with a nice level of alcohol in. It did the trick :) if you know what I mean. The service was top notch and one of the highlights. One observation, I'm not sure how tequila didn't make it to the list. I know their drinks are inspired in so many years ago but I was hoping to see some tequila there. We were at the bar for a bit more than 2 hours and were only checked in on twice, making it nearly impossible to order a second round of drinks. Also, once we ordered it took 25+ minutes for our server to bring the drinks over, only for one to be forgotten. I am going to give this place a second chance because the drinks are that good and it is a great atmosphere for an intimate date night, but hoping the service improves next time. read more

This was really an experience from the moment you walk in. The dark, moody vibe is such a contrast to the bustle outside. The atmosphere allows you to easily converse with people without yelling. This speakeasy is a welcome addition to the brickell area. While the prices are a bit higher around the $20 mark for the drinks, the concoctions are well thought out and the quality is there. I got the cacao ceremony and it indeed felt like a ceremony. I've never had a cocktail that tasted anything like it before either. VIBES So classy and sexy. Perfect for a date. Casual clothes are acceptable though so you can remain comfortable. SERVICE There was only 2 other parties the night I went, so the service was very attentive. My wife and I recently moved to Miami and have been checking out the local bar scene. The Panamericano has quickly become our regular spot. The cocktails are expertly made with interesting, exotic ingredients. The bartenders clearly know what they're doing, and the drinks are consistently well-balanced and thoughtful. This is proper cocktail craft without any pretension. The space itself is a comfortable lounge--cozy without feeling cramped, welcoming without being overly casual. It's the kind of place that works equally well for a casual drink or a more intentional night out. They offer a small selection of food, but what they do have is well-executed and complements the drinks nicely. The limited menu seems intentional rather than a shortcoming. Solid spot. The ambiance is dark and sultry, perfect place for a date night. The cocktails are all inspired and original, with a lot of thought and story behind each one. The bartenders are knowledge and eager to explain each drink. I recommend checking out one of their "ritual" cocktails, which is more like an experience or journey than a simple drink. Much more intimate than most bars in Brickell. Very chill vibe. The drinks are a little pretentious (and pricey) but there is clearly a lot of thought that went into designing them. The ingredients and combinations are different from most cocktails bars I've been so anyone into creative drinks will enjoy themselves. The service is top notch and they ensure my water was filled and their complimentary snack was never out. One critique is that main mixture seems to be premade, though I understand based on the number of ingredients in the drinks. What would elevate this place is watching the bartenders made every drink from scratch. It's something I particular enjoy. Though, that wouldn't be doable if the place is super busy so I understand why that's not the case. This will likely be a place I bring visitors if they want to have a Brickell night. Wow - what an experience and beautiful concept. Panamericano has taken great care to pay a beautiful homage to the diverse cultures in the Americas. Each drink has a detailed write-up about the inspiration it takes from various countries and traditions. Some of them even come with a beautiful "ceremony" concept where the drink is accompanied by traditional elements like different plants and/or scents. The speakeasy vibe they created is very impressive considering this is another retail space in the brightly-lit Mary Brickell. I was bracing myself for another pretentious, snobby Brickell experience honestly but all of the staff was kind and professional, with a clear passion for their craft. Francisco and Aistis both took great care of us. I had the cocomelon cocktail, which was a wonderful blend of fruity and sweet but not at all syrupy - it had a rich complexity. My husband got one of the drinks that came with a "ceremony," which came with a beautiful explanation of the background of the cultural tradition it related to. Yes, these are not cheap cocktails but they are worth it and I recommend this bar for a special experience. read more

A very cool and unique bar, and my favorite of the cocktail bars my friends and I tried in Miami. The concept is great - everything is from the Americas - and it is very well executed on, doing a good job of highlighting lesser-known-in-the-States spirits. There is a wide selection of curated cocktails, and we were all pleased with our choices: a Cocomelon - fruity, yet not particularly sweet - for me, remembrances of the Maine totaling 3.0 for two of my friends, and the Cocoa Ceremony for the one who discovered the place. I think we all would have liked to stay to try another, but between the prices and that somebody had to be able to drive back, that will have to wait until next time. Speaking of discovering the place, that took us a while. The signage is subtle, but circle the area enough and don't forget to look skyward, and you will find it. It's worth the scouting! It's also worth calling out to pay attention to how you got there if you visit the washrooms - one of my friends missed the return door to the speakeasy and wound up in the kitchen! Service was good and attentive, the only downside was that it was a bit difficult to hear the full description of the ceremony. But the concept itself is very cool, and it was enjoyable seeing some of the other ceremonies being performed for other groups. If I lived locally, this is a place I would revisit every couple of months and try each ceremony at least once. The cinnamon-lavender water was also quite tasty, and if you make a sufficiently good impression (leave a sufficiently good tip? ask inquisitive enough questions?), you might even get a small surprise before heading home. read more

A new speakeasy located in Mary brickell village. If you go up the stairs where Novecento is on the left hand side of the outside of the restaurant you will pass a door with a camera doorbell. Once you ring the doorbell you will be buzzed in. It's a quiet cozy space with a large bar table top and a lounge type area. We were greeted by the host who was friendly and helpful. We decided to sit at the bar area where we were greeted by our lovely bartender Kierra. She explained the menu thoroughly to us and took time to explain the concept of the bar and menu. We decided to order the Berries and samba and the coco melon. Both drinks were delicious, refreshing, and fruity. We also decided to order the wagyu steak and duck which are the more substantial items on the menu which mostly consists of tapa style food. The food was flavorful and tender. During our time there almost all of the employees greeted and helped us. Kierra went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Will definitely come back. read more

Heard of this speakeasy recently, and went to check it out the other night. I clicked on the speaker outside of the door, and the woman asked if I had a reservation. I did, but when I walked in the place was completely empty. We were the only three people there. we stayed and got a drink, the mixologist came and explained the concept to us as well as provided us with some wet napkins. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made us some of the most beautiful and delicious cocktails we've ever had. Not to mention the cinnamon lavender infused water was the best water I've ever tasted, and I haven't had anything like it anywhere else. this place was nearly impossible to find, and I haven't seen any marketing for it. It's been open for six months already. I do hope that they manage to stay open, but I truly don't see how that would be possible. My only complaint would be ambience as like I said we were the only three people there, but the location itself is absolutely stunning. I will definitely try to recruit more friends and family to join me next time to hopefully spread the word of this awesome place read more
