Service was fast and friendly and the food was good. Not the best for, but it was very good. I had veggie fajitas, which weren't on the menu but they did make on request. They were good and filling, although a smaller portion than fajitas usually are. Most places I can make 2-3 meals out of the fajitas and this was barely more than one. Another one of our Branson favorites because we can't go longer than a week without Mexican food. This time I had the Carne Asada which was an actual steak (not a super think flank like most places) and it was cooked correctly. The prices are very reasonable and what you would expect to pay for good Mexican food anywhere else. And they serve Pepsi, not Coke! read more

The food came out really really fast!!! I had tacos. They were pretty good. Dad had the fajitas and I tried a piece of meat from his and it was REALLY good!! Mom got the Branson platter, pretty much a big sampler platter and she liked it. I don't eat the refried beans, but the rice was good. I got a margarita and really liked that. Mom wanted a margarita with no alcohol, but she couldn't get one because they said it's premixed. I thought it was kind of high priced for what we got, but I did really like it and probably will go back. OMG, the food here was excellent! The rice was beautifully seasoned using chicken stock that you could actuallytaste, red and green peppers, and onions, so good! The beans tasted EXACTLY the way refried beans are supposed to taste! A little dry, lots of fat added in for flavor, dark and full,, amazing! My fajita burrito was so beautifully seasoned without being overly salty. The onion were actually browned and sweet. My son had the chimichanga and exclaimed how good and moist it was. Their chips taste extra 'corn'-y like you might expect a homemade tortilla to taste, but paper thin and delicious. The house salsa was so amazing! You can tell they roasted their vegetables. So amazing!!! Now the bad part. We walked in on a Monday night when they were not busy at all...only 3 tables in the place occupied. We stood there for a few minutes, and no one came up. I poked my head around the counter and saw a gal serving, and another mopping. I said hi when she (the mopper) looked over, and I could tell instantly she was annoyed. She walked over and asked how many...no apology for us standing there unnoticed. She brought us to a booth, and we would soon learn that she would be our server. As we approached the booth, she saw that it had not been cleaned, so she swiped her hand across it quickly, failing to clear the lettuce that was in the table. We found this very tacky, as she could have easily said she would be right back to clean it. (Especially since Covid is rampant) She came back with chips and salsa, and I asked if we could please have our table wiped down. The pissed off reaction was palpable. She came back and started spraying the table before we had quickly picked up the chips and salsa before she sprayed them with chemicals.. She truly was annoyed, and she wanted us to know it. She was sulking and rude our entire service until it came time for the check. She handed it to me and said joyfully, "This is for you!" while laughing gleefully. That truly was the only time we saw her smile or be kind. Even when I asked for a copy of the receipt, it was an annoyance. She said. "You need a COPY?!?!" I said yes, please. She simply handed me the one she hand and walked away. The other server in the place seemed to be very nice, so I have no idea what we did to piss this one off, other than ask for the table to be cleaned. This gal was the one who wears a TON of eyeliner and is very small, about 85 pounds, in case the manager wants to know. If we visit Branson again, we will definitely be back, but we will also definitely ask for a different server. read more

We will NEVER be back. Worst service ever. Got most of our meals wrong and didn't check up on us once! All drinks were empty the whole time. Automatically added a tip that was way to high! We are visiting Branson & hoped for some authentic Mexican food. So disappointed- what a loss of $40. Imagine going to Walmart & microwaving a frozen meal. The rice was instant, the chicken was from a can & so was the unseasoned black beans. I did like the Margarita, on the rocks since after 15 minutes, I was told the machine for the frozen was broke. When we first got into Branson for a mini vacation, we ate here for dinner. Chips and salsa were amazing! Salsa bowl they gave my boyfriend and I was very small so I'm sure the waitress was annoyed she had to refill it 3 times. Waitresses were very attentive and did not rush us at all. Strawberry margarita was very good but I do not think there was very much alcohol in it. Food was overall decent. But those chips and that salsa... amazing! read more

My husband and I are locals, and for the past five years or so, this is the only place we go for authentic Tex-Mex in Branson. My husband loves their chimichangas (either beef or chicken, he STILL can't decide which is better!) and says their Margaritas are a must! For myself, I order all over the menu. From the chile reinno (yes, I know that's misspelled...forgive me for studying French instead of Spanish!) to the various platters, from the fajitas to their incredible enchiladas, we come away always raving about our meals and agreeing we really HAVE to come here more often. My boys wanted Mexican so we decided to try. I got the special of the day, ribeye fajitas, and it was enough to feed two people easily. My 15 yr old ate half of it along with his steak and cheese quesadilla. My younger son that barely eats, ate all of his kids cheese quesadilla and rice. Cheese enchilada was essentially a blob of cheese wrapped up and covered in bland sauce. Tamale was edible but not special. Chips were made elsewhere and salsa was like tomato sauce with a few spices thrown in. If you've traveled at all and think a good meal is more than "a lotta food for the money", skip this place. I thought that the restaurant was very festive and very accommodating to our large party of 14 with three babies. The food was ordered by just one waitress and she did not miss a thing they kept bringing chips and salsa whenever the bowls were empty and were very polite. My husband did not think the fajitas were that great but we're good my son also had the fajitas and loved them. My meal was absolutely the best Mexican I have had in the states for a long time. I was excited to eat there. I ordered coffee, which tasted like it's been sitting over night. The cheese dip was so watery it had no flavor. The chips were soggy and tasted bland. My finances chicken tasted like it was from a tuna can. The worst Mexican food ever. If that was authentic Mexican food, I feel sorry for the family's who grew up eating it.
