Completely appalled. Evidently the owner is far from qualified to own an audio establishment of any sort and is much less than knowledgable about the products he stocks. Unless of course the sham he calls a shitshow... I mean the scam he calls a business... I mean unless his business is a scam prepetuated by lying and/or otherwise ripping off customers. Personally I choose to give him the benefit of the doubt and just assume that hes stupid. I didnt think I would have to ask the owner of the audio shop completely silly questions like "is your speaker wire made of copper?" So I opted for the more expensive option because he told me it had higher quality wires... well the wire isnt silver or gold and I'd be surprised if it was anywhere close to 50% copper. I'm slightly sick to my stomach that this garbage was described as any sort of "quality." I would hate to see the lower quality option in fear that I would have to go with him to rip the wires out of the walls of an old house. The first roll of speaker wire he showed me was two 18ga. Insulated wires in another jacket of insulation. I asked what guage the wire was and I was told it was 12ga. Well the spool on which the wire was rolled clearly said 18ga. Which is much smaller than 12ga. The difference is in fact so great that beyond a shadow of a doubt, I knew that it was a much smaller guage immediately upon glancing at the spool as he walked up to the counter with it. Mind you my eyes aren't always the best. Maybe he was referring to the overall guage of the outside layer of insulation? That would make next to no sense at all, but who knows. Really, I guess, this whole thing was my mistake for not leaving after that delightful bit of misinformation. So here I sit with my copper coated aluminum wires trying to convince myself that a copper plated aluminum wire is totally different from a gold plated chain... Maybe if I wrap these useless wires around a clock, my wallet, and myself, then hooked them to the alternator on my car and drove my car 88 MPH into a cement wall, maybe just maybe then I would get back the time money and self respect I lost starting the moment I walked into this business. read more

Got an alarm installed, they finished late. They complained blamed the car.. and to top it off the damaged my paint job when they removed the door for an alarm install? Says he'll take care of the damage, 3 days later he puts on some brush touch up paint... horrible... the whole time he had horrible attitude.. passing the blame to his workers... tries to give me life lessons and says that this problem was caused by me when the car wasn't done on time... he then says he can take it to his insurance.. but won't give me the info.. got my own insurance involved.. and thanks to them, the insurance the claim finnaly gets put in.. I ended up going to this place about a year ago because no one would install underglow lights that I had purchased on Amazon. The owner quoted me a pretty fair price and the work was completed. He even threw in an on and off switch which did not come with the kit I ordered. Recently I had to carry my jeep back in because the lights had stopped working. Took my brand new car for window tinting paid 300$. Now my brand new car has a horrible tint job!! There are bubbles in the front and rear windows and there is an extreme amount of dirt in the drivers window. My brother and I came to Francisco with out new nissan maxima that had a bose sound system that needed some more thump. We wanted to keep the original bose speakers and dvd navigation interface and was thrilled to hear that he could get it done in a timely fashion. A short while latter the system was ready and after a brief tutorial we were ready to go. The new sound system amazing! exactly what we wanted. The car was fitted with 4 gauge wiring a powerfull amp and 12inch sub and at a very affordable price. I brought my older Ford in to get a plain old stereo and four speaker a couple of years ago. I was happy with what I had for a while and needed to upgrade, Francisco told me to let him hook something up, I didn't expect a lot and was really happy with the end results. There were a lot of hours labor involved and more equipment needed than we thought at first but he still took care of me in more than a fair manner. Highly Recommended!! Just bought a car so i needed a stereo to be installed. Went to Pancho Cisco Tunes to get one, and had it installed. Sadly it was hardwired because of the previous owner messed up the wires. But Francisco did the job, and got my radio to work. Had a small problem where the radio would not work when the car was off in ignition, came back the next day and got it fixed no problem. AVOID AT ALL COST! I went in to see what was wrong with my car stereo. The owner said it would be $80 to see if it was my amplifier or speaker causing the radio to cut out. After sitting there for over an hour I asked if was there an update or and to reassure only wanted him to to diagnose the problem and NOT fix anything. I ask the pregnant lady at the desk if there was any new information, she told me no. I then ask the owner the exact same question. The owner then gets an attitude saying " a lot of people look around and think we aren't doing anything but we're very busy". This had nothing to do with my question and did nothing for me. I don't know if it's a language barrier; which I tried to explain. He continue to talk to me in a condescending manner and still didn't understand what I was saying. These guys are the real deal. I came in with a poorly installed head unit in my Dodge Durango that wasn't playing through one of the doors, and had them install a new sub and amp in the back. When the install was done, through no fault of theirs, the sub wasn't working through the bluetooth source on my deck. They spent almost a full hour checking their wiring which all ended up being perfect and they discovered that it was an issue with my deck that I've since figured out. i had Pancho cisco hook my speakers up and bought a 2000 watt amp.. two weeks later a wire comes out of my amp because they did a sloppy job and just wrapped the wires around with nothing to hold them. I went back to the store for them to fix it and they lied and told me that my speakers were blown out I then went to another pkace and they hooked my speakers up and told me that my amp was actually 600 watts. this is not a good way to do business and recommend people go to Broadway Auto sound where there are good business men that have integrity. read more

This place sucks. The owner is so disrespectful. He looked at my car and said he had a kit and harness. They only have at best six decks to choose from. I sat there over five hours only for him to tell me they dont have the harness. They took everything apart. Just wanted to let you know that I drove into work from Vallejo to San Francisco this morning. The drive was real smooth, but only because it's day one from my new stereo which was recommended and installed by PanchoCiscoTunes .... These guys were really terrific, Francisco and Steve, I got on Yelp to find the service recommendation and I was led to these guys after reading the reviews. After going on the internet site, I left an email after clicking the link, and explained my situation. And the reply was fast. Francisco, who I later learned was the owner, replied a recommendation, but thought it would be better for me to bring the car in so that they could review the problem face to face. So I did that; and, he had a fix right away, but because of my car, had to order special parts .... Otherwise I would have had it same day. When I returned the car, on the day that they told me the part would arrive, they made special arrangements to meet me early, before his opening, my car was ready to go that late afternoon. Earlier, too, had I been available to get my car. Anyways .... What Francisco recommended was great .... Sound is crystal, and the transition from the BOSE to what was recommended was smooth ....
