I visited this location today (6/29/20) around 6 pm and there were 5 employees working behind the counter (that I could visibly see). Two of them were cooking food on the back wall and not wearing face masks while doing it. They were on but around their necks, not covering nose or mouth. They were professional and prompt and kind and thoughtful and generous and immediate and made no excuses. I went there for a few basic dishes yesterday. I was told to pull forward "for six minutes" and wait until a new batch was cooked, which was no big deal. After 15 minutes went by no one came out. I called their phone twice with no answer. I finally had to park down the parking lot (nothing else closer), take my kids out of their car seats and go inside. The cashier glanced up in my direction and then ignored me. When someone finally deigned to speak to me, I showed the receipt and asked for my food. First, she said they sold the last of it but I could "wait another ten minutes." Then, she said they had my food but it would be cold by now, so I could "go home and then come back" so it could all be re-made. I told her I am not driving 25 minutes home then 25 minutes back, which not only made no sense, but did nothing for my hungry kids. I asked why they did not answer my phone and was told "it doesn't work." In cases like these, a customer should either receive a refund or be given a voucher for some form of food in the future. I am a frequent happy customer to this Panda location, so it saddens me to have to leave a bad review. I got to the drive thru and was told that my food would take an extra five minutes, so I said "No problem" and pulled up. I waited 10 minutes for my food to arrive, and when the person finally walked outside, she did not say anything, just handed me the bag and left. In the bag the food was placed sideways so the food was spilling out. I was given no utensils or napkins, and the smallest portion of orange chicken (about 5-6 small pieces). I then tried to call the restaurant to talk to someone, but it automatically hung me up since nobody was there to answer. Lastly, I tried to fill out the survey to see if there was any sort of comment section and there wasn't, just three short questions. I've never left a bad review ever before, but I've also never been treated this way as a customer. My motivations for writing this review is to improve the customer service so that other people do not have to go through the same thing. read more
