The proportions are very nice we got two bigger plates and 8 crepe cheese ragoons plus a mango tea. But we asked for teriyaki sauce and only received soy sauce (a large amount) and 3 sweet and sour. Sub- par restaurant with too much vinegar in their sauce. I had so many issues with my 40 dollar order and the headset lady was rude as f*** so I tipped the lady at McDonalds instead. Every single time I have gotten food from here, I never fail to find a HAIR in my food! every single time! you'd thing it would be one of those things that only happen once. but no, this is the third or fourth time I have gotten it with hair intertwined in the noodles. somebody is doing something wrong, wear a hair net. I would never recommend anyone to eat here by ANY means. Every time I eat here the rice is over cooked. It either has way to much butter on it or way to less. I always get the teriyaki chicken and it's always very fatty and chewy. Super gross food. Not worth the money at all. read more

It's a chain, it all pretty much tastes the same wherever you go. Had the orange chicken, my standby. This location is newer, so I guess I expected a high turnover on the food... This has to be the worst Panda Express in Michigan. Every time I go there they say they have limited items even an hour before close. The manager locked the door at 8:40 when they were open until 9, so I had to go in the drive through. The lady in front of me left because they only had 1 serving of a couple items available. I was also told there was almost nothing available. They stop cooking food an hour before close and lock the doors 20 minutes before close. When I worked at McDonalds I would have been fired for that. The manager denied closing early when I called and refused to give me the contact info for the regional manager. This location needs to be investigated by upper management for closing before posted time and driving away customers by shutting off the grills an hour before close. Oh, and the food always sucks because they make a ton of it hours before close so they can clean the grills and close early. It's cold and rubbery! Disgusting! read more

Went here on a whim after driving farther into the town than I'd hoped I would have to, just to find the Taco Bell I thought I was craving was packed. Thank God this place was so nearby. I've had the worst experience at this location tonight. I came in about 7:15pm with my 6yo daughter. She wanted to try a couple things because she didn't like the orange chicken last time we visited. They were out of at least half the dishes, including the two she wanted to try. White rice was a 6 minute wait as well. At the end of the line, I told the server that we'd like two of the crab rangoon. Turns out she gave us two orders! Had she looked at us even once she'd have seen that a man and a child aren't going to eat 6 rangoon with their meals. Not to mention that the server was alone and also running the cash register, so everyone had to wait. We ended up both eating orange chicken, which was old and tough and got thrown away. Absolutely love this place and their customer service will definitely keep me a frequent customer. The fryers had gone down on my most recent visit, so they were a bit behind on having food prepared. Every employee was positive and were more than apologetic for the extended wait and did everything right to make up for it. Outstanding employees and customer service that is rarely seen now days.
