On May 08,2025 about 2:45pm, I went there to order take out food. I told the worker, (African American) to put lots of rice into the box, shrimp and broccoli. He was extremely racist and instead of putting the food in the box, he told a Hispanic worker to translate for me. I did not allow him to humiliate me and told him to put the food in the box. Shortly after, I learned that he reduced the rice and the rest of the food. The box was half of the food he was supposed to put. I tried to talk to a supervisor, but the cashier told me he was busy cooking. I will never go back again to that place! read more

Can I give no stars? My Son called in an order, so I stopped by to get it. They only had one order there with a different name on it. I did try to contact my Son but he was getting ready for work he didn't hear his phone. So I went home, he showed me the order number, sent me a screenshot. I went back, and that same order was sitting there. I gave the manager the number my Son gave me and he insisted first I was at the wrong place. So we talked to my Son and gave that address. He put in the order number my Son gave me and he said "sometimes those are wrong." So I left with NO FOOD one hour later. As I sit in my car texting my Son, the manager runs out with that CRUSTY, HOUR OLD FOOD, and tells me that it's mine. I looked at him as he puts it through my window and tells me to have a nice day. The name on the order was wrong by YOU GUYS, and I had to take crusty, one hour old food. He never offered to remake it or anything. Panda Express is my guilty pleasure I crave from time to time. Definitely not your traditional Chinese food, especially since it's a chain restaurant, but it is so good! Their new black pepper angus steak is delicious. This particular day, i had a good balance of veggies and meat mixed together. Some days you can definitely get the bottom of the bowl with way more veggies and less meat. I also get the orange chicken and chow mein noodles. I have never had issues with service and even at their busy times I don't have to wait too long. read more

I have never been here before and I cannot believe how much food I got for $10. I got a plate of orange chicken, beef and broccoli, lo mein, and fried rice. I couldn't eat it all. At other Chinese places you just can't get that variety and that much food for that little amount of money. My take-out order was running late and they gave me a free pop and free meal tickets. It took nearly 40 minutes, and I had to track down my order, which had not even been filled...there was no communication! Walk-ins were helped much more promptly. From looking at the rating, it could be hit or miss. With the experiences I had, I can't rate them less than 4 stars. My overall experience has to be a 4.5 or 5/5. They're my go to. I appreciate them. They have quality food compared to nearby restaurants. It's fast, under $10 for many items, in an area with ample parking, off the highway, a plus for me is it's about 5 minutes from work, & I can order online. The portions here are absolutely awesome for the price point. They make sure to pile it on and never are out of an option- which is a major plus! The customer service is ok- they could use a few smiles and not be so short, especially when there are less than five people in the restaurant. Overall- sweetfire chicken and Beijing beef are my favorites. There are a few premium entrees that are lacking flavor and aren't worth getting (shanghai steak and five flavor shrimp) however the honey walnut shrimp is good. I'll be back again. read more

My husband loves Chinese take out and somehow he always talks me into Panda. At first I was hesitant but after visiting a few times this place has really grown on me. Depending on the time you go it can get super busy during lunch hour or Sunday dinner. No matter how busy it gets you can usually be in and out within about 10-15 minutes. They are very quick and efficient. I like that the menu changes frequently because I'm a person who likes to try new things. I also appreciate the calories next to the dishes because I usually trying not to go overboard when I eat out so it helps my decision making. The portions are fairly large and you will definitely have leftovers but that's one of the things I love about this place. My favorite healthy dishes are the peppered chicken and mushroom chicken. If I want to splurge I get the Kung Pao. read more

Very disappointed in this location. Poor customer service. I tried to order the $20 family meal online, but the system wasn't working. I called, 5 times. 4 times, no answer, 1 time they answered, put me on hold then disconnected me. I finally went in and I was told they could give me the deal but then went back on their word. I was there about 20 min before they closed, so I got that almost everything was gone, and what was left was not fresh, I was OK with that because hey, were all in this together, Covid 19. I was willing to take what was left and didn't want them to make anything extra...but I still needed to fill one more take out box and the only thing was left was the shrimp, she said she wouldn't charge me the extra cost. Then when I went to go check out, she went back on what she said...she wanted me to pay for it or pay for the full price, not the $20 family deal. I couldn't believe it! I was taking all scraps and leftovers and now she wanted to charge me extra! I looked at the boxed items in front of me, knowing I got all the old, hard stuff, trying to work together, and now she wanted to charge me extra. I like Panda's Orange Chicken. I get a bowl with half noodles, half white rice and some OC, if I'm feeling extra hungry I'll get the plate with the same and double orange chicken. The main problem is that I only like the orange chicken for the most part as far as entrees go. I don't like the sweet and sour chicken which is my main ff Chinese go-to order... the black pepper chicken is good as well, but I'm usually craving the orange chicken. I listen to a podcast about chain restaurants called "Doughboys". They did a tournament of chompions, chicken fight this spring and Panda lost out in the first round, but it gave me a craving that's brought me to Panda at least 5 times in the last couple of weeks for the orange chicken. They described it as "candied meat" but I don't think it's as sweet as it is spicy, and I think it's perfect. My only complaint is I wish their white rice was a little stickier, but that's no big deal. You can get half and half on your sides, and the noodles are good too. I'm sure the brown rice and the fried is good too. The potstickers are good, but I have some I bought at the grocery store that are honestly as good as any take out and easy to make so I just make those now and no longer buy them at restaurants (I'm not a cook at all, these are SERIOUSLY easy) and their crab rangoons (I think that's what they call them, like cream cheese wontons) are good. Egg rolls are average. I usually skip the apps because for some reason I also go to McDonalds and order a Filet O Fish when I get an orange chicken bowl, yes it's weird, and it makes no sense, but that's me I guess. I like this location because it's not in a mall, so it's much easier to park and get in and out. They used to have these stand alone or strip mall locations in CA when I lived there and I'd never seen one here so I was glad to find this one, not sure how many others there are, the only way it could be better would be to have a drive through, but it's still a great location. read more

Poor management, unclean, poor food quality, low standards and they don't care about their employees or customers. I suspect nobody gives a crap here at all. There's absolutely no coordination among the staff, nobody wears hair nets so hair gets in the food and there are always shortages of certain items because people don't prepare ahead of time. Their computer system is from 1996. Despite this I like Panda as a company, and don't blame them for this. It's the local management that is to blame. I'm not coming back. I can make the same stuff at home or get it elsewhere without the bullshit. I used to be a regular customer, but Ill avoid this place from now on. This place needs a massive change in management. My first trip to Panda Express was a successful one! Ordered online for myself and the Mrs (we do that a lot, I know...) and they got our order spot on. I got the orange chicken and Beijing beef and my wife had orange chicken also, and honey walnut shrimp. Chicken and beef were great tasted real good, the honey walnut shrimp was on a whole new level, it was INCREDIBLE! Will definitely be back for more of that! My wife's sister recommended Panda Express, and we've gotten take out twice during Nov 2014. A nice selection of dishes, great appearance, but also very good food. The honey walnut shrimp is very good. I ordered online for my first visit. On arrival I gave them my name and they had my order printout on the counter, so they dished up my order right away. The 2nd visit I ordered at the counter as take out instead of ordering online (since they dish it up when you arrive anyway). Ok, here's the thing with this particular location - they have an extremely flakey computer system and a poor management team. I used to visit them once or twice a week since I literally work across the street and I love asian food. However, in the last 2 months the computer system has been down FOUR times now and unable to process a credit card. I don't usually carry cash, since everyone takes credit/debit cards and it makes expense tracking and budgeting in quicken so much easier. Do they post a sign on the door saying the system is down? No! do they tell you at the front of the line when your order? No! They make you wait in line, through the lunch rush, for 10 minutes or so. you finally get your food ordered. Snake through the line and get some sides. Order a drink. Then finally after everything has been rung up, the cashier says "Oh, the system is down. There's an ATM in the Target across the street if you need to get cash". REALLY?!?!? Riiiiiight...... if I'm leaving, I'm not coming back for some cold food. Seriously. Get a backup system. Bust out the old paper credit card machines that do the carbon copy imprint. Program your register to work in "offline mode". I mean, you're not asking for signatures anyway, and are accepting the risk for small order. why not just take all cards offline and batch them up at the end up the day when you transmit them? Once in a while.... sure I can forgive the inconvenience. Stuff happens. But 4 times now, with no warning until I get to the end of the line? At least post something on the door so I don't burn my short lunch break on your stupid line and walk away with no food! I will not be back. There are way to many asian joints in the area to put up with a crap shoot on my short lunch break. read more

The sweetfire chicken tasted rotten like it had been sitting in the warmer since that morning... and the steamed rice I requested must've been from the bottom because it was all so crunchy and dry. The staff was so friendly. I didn't need a drink but was offered a complimentary drink by two different employees while I waited for my to-go order. The vegetables actually taste fresh and my meal was hot, it was perfect! I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store too. I am very impressed by this specific location. I had a very disappointing experience here today. I ordered online one meal, I got email confirmation saying it will be ready by 2. I get there and they are fairly busy, but I think it was because due to how they were moving through the assembly line. It was painful watching them work. After waiting 25 minutes for my order in the designated spot, I finally went to the cashier and asked my status on my order. They then went to a box that was semi under a heat lamp, looked in it and I saw half my order, the rice and one entree. They said they were waiting on an entree that I saw was ready some time before they said this. They simply forgot about it. They then gave me my food after another 5 minutes, no apology or anything, so me waiting in the store for 30 minutes while people who arrived after me got served. What was the point of online ordering? I drove home the 3 minute drive and the rice and one entree that they had boxed up was ice cold. Extremely frustrating. read more

I come here at least once a month and I LOVE it! I'm not expecting real chinese food, I come for the fried chicken drenched in sauce, haha. And they deliver. I'm addicted to their orange chicken!
