You guys are just jerks! Let me start by saying I am in a cast and on crutches. Right now I use Door Dash a lot, but $15 extra for Panda Express is just not worth it. So I ordered and paid on the app. I got to the restaurant and tried calling to see if there was any way someone could be really nice and bring the order to my car. No answer. So I crutched it to the door and they all ignored me while I opened the very heavy door and made my way in. I get to the counter and tell her I have an online order and she says go ahead and grab it. She can hopefully see I am on crutches? Some label on my soda fell off and she says, "don't worry about it, I'll pick it up." Gee, thanks. I go get my soda, pack it in my cross body bag, grab my food and head to the door. The manager must have been interviewing someone and they stood up at that moment. I thought great! Someone will get the very heavy door for me. NOPE! I hope if you ever get injured people are much kinder to you than anyone in your business was for me! read more

The worst experience ever, the restaurant closes at 10:00pm and i went in at 9:15 and they did not wanted to serve what yoh wanted they said you had to chose from wahtever they had and they had nothing but left overs of couple of dishes, after me arguing with them they cook more food, the personal was so rude they were getting pissed because clinets were coming in Will never eat panda express again. read more

The rangoons we ordered were appalling. Two of them were burned and disgusting. The third one was a joke. It had a glob of cheese on a corner of it and was open- see picture. The employees do not know how to properly cook cheese rangoons. I really hope the owner sees this review and picture. We have been eating at Panda Express for years, the service has always been excellent, fast and friendly an today was no exception. The store is always clean. And the food is, well usually tasty, not really what you would get at a good Chinese restaurant but it's good. Tonight we went over for a quick dinner, they were out of several entrees an very low on several others, I actually had to settle for my third choice which was broccoli beef, well ween we got home and I opened up my bowl, there was only 5 or 6 very small pieces of beef and 1 descent piece. There were about 5 or 6 big chunks pieces of broccoli. The beef didn't have much flavor and the broccoli had big hard stems and mushy tops, tasted like it had been sitting in the steam table for hours. No the best experience we have had there but YES we will give it another try ad sample the entrees before ordering. read more

I love the food. Tastey. BUT, the food is ALWAYS cold. We will not be eating at Panda Express again. Every time we eat there the food is cold. I asked to speak with a Manager and was told there was no manager there today. They all were off. Hard to believe. The Panda Express we ate at today was by the Casinos NOT in Mohave. It was okay. No ice in the ice machine. Don't trust an employee that first responded to me questioning as to how long the mushroom chicken had been sitting there, "I don't know... then says under twenty minutes ". They cooked fresh mushroom chicken. I really appreciated the offer to cook fresher food thus the three stars for the service we received. read more

My wife and I travel extensively, and PE is always an option for good, plentiful, and fast food. Very reliable. This location is no different. We had a very satisfactory lunch. We usually get rangoons, but as others have mentioned, they were slightly burned, so we opted out of them. Otherwise, we got what we expected and would come again. read more

Poor food quality, ordered a 2 entree plate and a bowl, I'll weigh out the next portions I order from this location to give an accurate picture of what I got I will also photograph it. I got maybe 5 nuggets of steak a few mushrooms and a ton of noodles, my Beijing beef and sweet fire chicken or what ever were essentially the same. I was even given a upcharge for the steak. Showed up at 8:30 pm. Walked in not expecting many entrees to choose from thinking they closed at 9 pm... oh wait, what? They're open until 10:30 pm! Most of their trays were empty so it seemed like it was the end of the night. Only 3 entrees to choose from so we ordered the fried rice which was old & crispy. Shanghai angus steak was more like beef jerky & the orange chicken was super dry. Participated with their survey via telephone & after answering many questions and verbalizing my unsatisfactory experience I was cut off & never received my free entree, which I didn't want anyway considering the fact I will never go there again!!! We go to this location often because the food is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The workers here are friendly and eager to please. I usually am bringing the food home and am able to get in and out quickly, which is much appreciated. LOVE the Panda Feast! read more

My husband went through drive thru, ordered the honey walnut shrimp ( had 4 half walnuts only) with white rice and one egg roll Bill came to $16.25 e was outraged. Came home and told me. I said they have really raised their prices was awful. I dished it up, then began overlooking the bill. Th e order taker had made a mistake and gave him ala carte prices i guess not the meal. When I called and spoke to their Asst Mgr. she said she was sorry for the misunderstanding. etc etc. I and she said what he got was the bowl. I said that is not what he ordered, he wanted the meal that he ordered. I said what are you going to do about this. as she kept on making excuses etc. Then the corker, well she said bring back the food and i will adjust the receipt I said are you kidding bring back the food drive 7 miles round trip and the food is already dished up. Can't I just bring back the receipt tomorrow and you can adjust and give refund or credit? SHE said no I HAVE TO BRING BACK THE FOOD and she woulds then redish up my order. I told her where to get off. That was crazy customer service for sure. Never again will I go there and I will for sure tell everyone on Facebook what type of customer service they do there.. Their order taker got order wrong and the customer has to run around to get refund adjustment for overcharging on wrong type of order. I would definitely recommend Panda Express for catering. We ordered for 70 people and the food arrived on time was was hot. I was pleasantly surprised to find out there was no charge for delivery and set up. The manager and a co-worker showed up to set up the food, utensils and condiments, they did a great job arranging it on the serving line. Everyone in attendance was happy with the meal. read more

5:30 3/2/19 went to Panda across from Walmart. We were only people in line, Faith, the food scooper lady, was very impatient as we looked at the entrees for freshness. We asked a question, she quickly tossed us a reply and finished with, "Yah yah, whaddya want?". We paid for our food, another couple came in with two boys. I was sitting down facing the food bar, the boys sat down at a table, their parents were waiting to order. Faith had two to go containers full of food in her hands, she quickly looked around before she popped the top off one and started to scrape the orange chicken off the bed of rice back into the serving bowl with the food scoop. Then she did the same with other container. The people at the counter and I simultaneously said, "you can't do that!" Faith was shaking her head in denial. David, wearing a black polo (manager?) came over and said it was perfectly fine to put previously scooped to go food back into the serving bowls for public consumption and sale. This can't be right. i went in yesterday and bought a wok fired shrimp alacarte small, and a medium chow mein alacarte , the lady filled the small box half the way up so it was half empty still and i said why isnt my small box full and she said you only get five shrimp,what about fill it the rest of the way with veggies,i feel ripped off ,at five dollars for that small box thats a dollar a shrimp.the portions are so small here,i think they count the noodles too. read more

We had never been to a Panda Express until today. I had a gift card and wanted to use it. There was very little food on their trays. It was 5pm on a Friday night. Wouldn't you think the trays would be full and ready for service? I asked for pepper chicken, and the cook replied that it would be ready in one minute......well.... of course not.
