All of it is fresh and healthy. The Plano location does have way more soup options (I love the mushroom, but this one only had tomato!) but I'd say this location has more topping options. I'm assuming it's for sanitary reasons. The per pound price is a bit higher, but it's justified- the flavor of the stir fry was really flavorful, all the ingredients are very fresh. They also give you a loyalty card where you can get free items if you order X amount of times.
