Just when I thought it couldn't get worse...the manager called me, assured me he was going to address customer service issues with staff and told me they would replace order again. After making the 40 minute round trip to pick it up today, I was told the manager incorrectly wrote down one of the orders and even tho there was no price difference and despite my being upset, staff didn't care and actually had me leave with NO FOOD until manager could be contacted. We eat Chinese food 1-3 x per week, but 3 strikes and you are out Panda. Went down the street to Big Wa where we got a wonderful meal and FREE eggrolls! I went there this afternoon for the first time. The food cases/glass were spotless. The employees were all smiles, eager to help and demonstrated excellent customer service. I ordered food to go, so can't comment on the dine-in experience. The food was hot, tasty and well prepared. I will definitely go there again. Customer service was terrible! I ordered on Uber Eats and it took about an hour before the order was canceled. I called this restaurant and they said they forgot to click ready/confirmed. I reordered and called about twenty minutes later to find out it happened again. Manuel was the supervisor and never once apologized or gave any customer service. I went in last night to grab dinner for my family and i and it was one of the worst experiences I've had thus far. I'm not from casa grande but I usually love panda. When we went in, I ordered chow mein but it had little to no noodles and was extremely dry. When I asked to have new noodles, the server basically told me no because it was "busy" . One of the server's friends was in front of me and she even allowed him to have new noodles and told him he'd have to wait for the fresh ones to come out although he didn't ask. When I got my orange chicken it hit or miss. Some of the pieces had sauce and some had none at all. When I opened my bowl at home, there was a lot of room left in my bowl and I took only a few bites before throwing it away. Although I love panda, I definitely won't be returning to this location for a while. read more

Fast food that is some type of asian food that has tons of HFCS (corn sugar) if you plan on eating here more than once fill out the survey on reciept so you can get a free item since this place can get a lil expensive. Honestly they don't deserve any stars.I placed an online order at 8:00 they weren't very busy at all.I sent my sister in to receive the order and they told her they didn't get the order and can't make it,she came to get me and the employees looked at me with a stare and I was mad because it wasn't like I was trying to steal food from them.All I wanted was them to make the food I even showed the conformation email sawing it was revived and I already paid for it. I asked if they could make it and they said they can't make the order if it wasn't in the computer so I had to wait until they got it like five minutes later.The order was almost ready and I had wait for 2 egg rolls. It took them 15 damn minutes to make them like it doesn't really take that long.So I got my food at 9:15 and was late to bring it for my husbands lunch. Who doesn't like "crappy mall food". Great tasting, relatively cheap, and quick. Buffet style. Variety of soft drinks and bottled drinks. Kitchen staff is really good, but there are times with staff turnovers and overflowing trash cans or tables that needed wiping down 1/2 hour ago. It happens frequently with a large rush that last longer than normal crowds. High turnover rate on people. I minus a star because sometimes they forget to add my utensils in my to-go bag. read more

Never eat panda at night. There customer service is very rude. Last night March 1st, 2016. My oranger chicken was NOT fully cooked. The meat was pink! I was highly impressed this afternoon when I went to get food from this restaurant. They had one person actively going around the restaurant making sure everything was clean. The staff behind the counter were very organized and prompt as far as taking food orders. The food displays were exceptional. The staff were very professional while working. Not the best or most authentic Chinese food in town, but it's fast and consistent, never any surprises. Drinks are on the pricey side for a fast-food place, in my opinion. I liked how efficient they were at getting my order straight and did it so quickly. Also, the store was very clean. Some customers left their table and someone was there to clean it up right away. So, unfortunately, my relationship with Panda Express must end. The last two times I have ate the food I got from the Casa Grande location, has resulted in, to put it bluntly, burning, liquid, poo coming out of my rear end. I have had a long, fulfilling relationship with Panda Express and will always cherish my memories of Orange Chicken, and venturing to even try the Potstickers. Enjoying the Fried Rice and Chow Mein and when they said I could have both - MY GOD! It was mind blowing! But my appetite for Black Pepper Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken (My classic favorites) and even the Mushroom Chicken must come to an end for not only myself, my health, but my life. How can I indulge in such wondrous, high sodium foods and then work to provide for family when running to the toilet every hour? It just cannot be. So I say, adieu to one of the many loves of my life (don't judge, I am a very caring person). Down the road when I mature more and maybe am prescribed medication to contain my exploding, sneak attack bowels then we can once be again. But we all know time changes us all. So do not fret my pet. You'll find more, many more loyal patrons at your feet but now I must bid you farewell my cheap, satisfying, yet always making me want more 2 hours later, culinary love. read more
