Ordered a chicken wrap today with chicken, lettuce, avocado, feta, and tomatoes. I RECEIVED A LETTUCE WRAP!!! Wtf all lettuce barely any to no chicken and one huge piece of avocado, put WHOLE CHEERY TOMATOES in it....this is the most ridiculous wrap ever purchased. Saturday May 31st at 10:45 AM... Salad and Go Casa Grande, AZ... literally the rudest woman I've ever seen working the drive through. At any restaurant. I've never seen anything like it. One of my first time to ordering from salad and go, sent my order in using the app. Showed up 20 minutes later and she was like rush, rush, rush, rush, I do not have time for you to even pick up your order. I have to update my previous review. In the past, I've had nothing but praise for this particular restaurant / location. But last night I ordered the fajita wrap with steak ... and 95% of the steak was inedible gristle. Really gross. Whoever made it had to know that they were making a disgusting wrap. They had to have known that the "steak" was actually scraps of fat and gristle and whatever else was left over in the "steak" bucket. I will still visit this place, but the "steak" is absolute crap. We've been in Casa Grande for about little over a year and during that time we passed by Salad and Go a hundred times. I'm so glad I finally stopped in - this is now the only place that our family of 4 wants to eat. Sometimes twice a day! Not kidding the salads are always so fresh and always just like I ordered! My favorite is the "Roasted Autumn" with extra Brussels sprouts and sweet potato. My family usually orders the Cobb and Caesar. The blueberry basil lemonade and the mango green tea is absolutely delicious with no added sugar. I'm definitely a fan now. It's so refreshing to have something other than fast food places. Ive been able more consistenly able to use the door dash app to pick up my own order, but occassionally they have workers who cant tell the difference, gets rude when we dont have the confirmation order (because i am picking up MY food which doesnt require a confirmation), and then gets snappy when you bring that to their attention. Idk who forced them to work there but let them find happiness and a paycheck elsewhere. read more

If I could give more stars, I would! This was my first visit to any Salad and Go. The menu is full of options, and for a salad-lover, I was very happy to find many I would enjoy. As a vegetarian in a very meat-heavy culture, I was even happier to find that tofu is a regular choice for a protein - no upcharge, no fuss, and a significant portion that I imagine reflects the serving size of the other proteins. It was also a nice surprise to see when I clicked 'no' to one of the ingredients, a window with optional replacements (also at no upcharge) popped up! I had the Autumn Harvest salad and will absolutely do it again. I also can't wait to try some of the other yummy flavors. The brussels sprouts were tender but not squishy, the squash was perfect, the candied nuts were a very nice flavor and not at all sugary, not over-roasted, and every piece of lettuce was fresh. There are other ingredients too, but these are the ones most often at risk of being meh, and they were absolutely fantastic. Always so quick and easy to stop on your way home. I love these salads! My favorites are the Cobb and Caesar. I always get two and have enough for 4 meals. I am able to separate them into another dish and I only add the dressing to the serving I will be eating at that time. The rest of the salads stay very well in the refrigerator for several days. I have to admit I love salad and go, I live in Tucson and visit the Speedway location at least 2/3 times per week, today, I was driving from Phoenix to Tucson and decided to give the Casa Grande location a try. I was disappointed. We ordered two on-the-go bundles, two traditional burritos, and two salads, all items were poorly served compared to what I am used to in Tucson. Also, they forgot to give us straws for our cold brews and made me stop at the gas station. I hope the customer service and quality of food doesn't go down, I truly enjoy salad and go and I'd be sad if it's a turning point. read more
