We visited this location yesterday and noticed that there were "Cash Only" signs everywhere. When I asked the manager about this decision, she explained that it was due to one customer whose card was declined, even though he claimed there was money in his account. As a result, they decided to shut down all debit card operations. I insisted that they try my card, and it went through without any issues. It's baffling that they would make such a drastic decision based on one person's experience. The lack of common sense in this situation is truly frustrating. I've patronized this establishment several times before. Today was the worst ever. I ordered the plated with white rice, teriyaki chicken, and spicy shrimp. I ordered my dad the bowl with orange chicken. The meat was dried out like really old. The rice was very mushy, like over cooked. The cashier Demileza was too busy asking me to donating which I didn't mind, but she asked me to donate more after I said yes to her first request. I wished she would have focused more on asking me if I wanted sauces to spruce up the nasty food I was served. I will not be back. This is the third time I've been to this place and each time they disappoint. I went on 3 different occasions, moths apart to see if the food would be better if they've hired new cooks...WRONG. I received great service when I went late last night. I was greeted when I first walked in and everything. I went up to receive my food and even though they were out of some stuff? This use to be my go to place when I wanted to try to eat a little healthy. Some Beef and a little steamed veggies. However lately I have noticed that they are always running out of brown rice and the lines are very long to wait in. It seems they also run out of the foods and also will only recook upon request which will make the line longer than needed. While the food is still good. I think management could work on these few things to make improvements. I really wanted Chinese food for my Mother's Day lunch. I downloaded the Panda Express app, but it definitely wasn't "user-friendly." So, my husband and I decided to drive to the Panda Express (PA) on our way to our daughter's house for an outdoor get together. When we arrived at PA, cars were completely wrapped around their building (the PA app must have worked better for them then me). They were nice enough to send me a coupon for a free meal, so we gave it another try. Unfortunately, this time the service was even slower (WHY on earth do they have the cashier also filling orders? it pulls her away from the register and slows everything down). The cutlery dispenser had only two forks left in it, the tables weren't being cleaned, and it just wasn't up to par.
