I'm not a regular at Wendy's , but I have been seeing so many commercials promoting their business and specials. Initially I was going to Wendy's to try their 4x4 deal. Upon arrival, I noticed they had some things/ items that I was unaware of such as the baked potato's. My daughter got the 4x4 ( drink , fries, nuggets and cheese hamburger). An amazing deal if you ask me . The 4x4 is what brought us to Wendy's , but after exploring the menu myself, I ended up with a fully loaded potato (butter , cheese , sour cream , bacon , and green onions), and a small bowl of chili. I/ we enjoyed all that we ordered and can't wait to come back and order more . I plan on trying one of their burgers next !!! read more

Let me premise this by stating, I work in customer service and this is by far the worst conduct I have ever experienced in a drive through. I waited several minutes at the speaker and no one said, "One Moment or I'll be with you shortly." It got to the point where 5 cars were behind me. I drove up to the window and the drive through person rolled their eyes at me and treated me with absolute disdain. It was a female and she knew she was out of line so she did not provide me with a receipt. I wish I knew the restaurant number so I can provide a written complaint. Thank you Wendy's for having good customer service. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with the order and I had to order a meal twice. Fortunately, I got a partial refund for my first order. I normally wouldn't review a fast food restaurant because in all honesty, our expectations aren't typically too high when it comes to fast food chains. That being said, I just waited in the drive thru for 38 minutes. The line moved slow but I literally sat at the window for 10 minutes. I was given food, asked for it back and sat in my car unsure while the manager talked to the young employee. Not once did the manager apologize or explain what was going on. The only reason I rate this two stars is because the food is decent. Saved by the cooks. read more

In exchange for the great views and lighter traffic that we are blessed with as residents of southern Dallas county, we have to deal with extremely limited dining options. That would explain why I've been stuck in the drive thru line at Wendy's for about 30 minutes! First off, this is the only Wendy's I've ever seen that stays this busy. I mean line wrapped around the building busy. ALL OF THE TIME. Great for the franchisee, terrible for the customers. And the 2 lane ordering system is not working. The nuggets I got weren't good. They've were really hard and tough, wont be coming here often.

We had their brekfast for the first time and we loved it. The bacon egg and cheese croissant was perfect. Soft bread, crunchy bacon. The sausage egg and cheese biscuit was great too! The seasoned potatoes were to die for! We were pleasantly surprised. :-) Looking forward to going back to the Cedar Hill location! read more

We just left this place (9:45 pm, 11/17/2018). It was a horrible experience all around. The lobby was filthy, most of the tables were coated with sticky soda, ketchup stains, and crumbs. After we ordered, we had to dodge a large red soda that someone had spilled all over the floor, which nobody cleaned up the entire time we were there. In fact, nobody cleaned the lobby at all. The drink machine's screen was frozen, and when I politely asked the girl at the front to fill up my cup, she took it from me without saying anything and rudely handed it back to me. The drive thru is ridiculous, there are two lanes and only one lane moves fast. I've waited on the left lane for 10 mins and the right lane was moving every 2 mins. One positive thing I can say was that the server at the window was very nice though. read more

Need to fix the drive thru. They took away the 3 lanes and now the line just extends into other business' parking lots. I get skipped in line constantly!
