Worse McDonald in the city!!!!! Don't go here unless you have an extra 30 minutes to sit in the drive and thru another 10 to be asked to pull up and wait on your food !! THEY ARE SLOW AS HELL here and apparently they don't know how to take orders from the 2 drive thru lanes!!!one lane was constantly moving the other lane wasn't moving at all!! For every 5 cars the moving lane took, the other lane only took one car!! UTTERLY ridiculous !!!!!Coming here totally ruined my night!! I pulled in this drive thru line at 418 it is now 446. Went up to the drive thru like usual at around 2:20 pm 08/12/2025, cashier asked if I will be using my mobile app, to which I said "yes". App wasnt working so I told her "nevermind I won't be using the app". She then says to order when im ready but with an attitude tone. The slowest McDonald's ever drive thru is so slow it gets so congested it takes so long don't good you are in any type of hurry

It's fast food . So it's really hard to have high expectations. Having a close friend who once managed at one, I know that majority of their food is precooked/ ready to serve . Which Isn't an issue at all because again , it's fast food and there's no way they could possibly keep up with orders if they didn't have something's ready to place in the bag either way , I can't say I've ever had a bad experience to where it made me not want to return ever again. My oldest daughter absolutely loves their chicken nuggets, so we are at one of the locations at least once a week . So far , the location in Duncanville off cocker hill is the best. Their Lines move really fast , the service is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Depending on the time of day depends on what I order . I hate that they don't offer breakfast all hours of the day , because I can live off the sausage egg cheese McMuffin. However when that's not available, it's never a bad idea to get a McChicken with extra mayo and lettuce and a large fry. read more

I know McDonald's doesn't have the best track record for consistency and quality across there restaurant Empire but this particular location I have been to twice now and our food was hot and fresh, the facility was as clean as you would expect a fast food restaurant to be and the service and employees seem to be better than your average McDonald's. last but not least and most important to me the playground was actually clean and didn't smell like vomit which was a bonus. honestly our visits were so good that I am quite thrown back that they have so many one star bad reviews. Apparently From what I am reading on others reviews they're having issues with their drive-thru staff which we did not experience as our visits were dine in. I'll try to make a point of hitting up the drive-thru and update my review accordingly but as it stands now our visit was impeccable *Poor *Decent *Good *Great *Best *JLFoodie Certified Food. Damn.....one of the busiest McDonald's I have ever been too and a diva is needing something quick and fast. Made a mad dash during GBabies track meet and both lanes in drive-thurs were backed around the place like a ceremonial last wish. Terrible!! I don't know if they just forgot about us or what. So we did curbside and parked in space #3. I placed the order on my phone and they said it would take 5 minutes. Normally I love to go here in the morning for the Egg White Delight with extra egg white. However this morning ( 8/4 ) I had a very bad experience with an employee ( Monica Knight ) she was very rude and not very accommodating... I asked to talk to her boss and she said she was the boss...she lied....at the time I was in my car so I parked and went in and other employees told me that she was not the "boss" ...they said Sergio was...so I asked to talk to him and he was busy....not a big deal because I had to go to work but I did call him a couple of hours later and he was very nice to me...I did not want free food or anything I just wanted him to know what kind of employee that he had. Ordered a large coke through the app, when i got to the window, was told i ordered a happy meal and spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Lady at drive through was very rude, refused to change order or issue refund. Was told to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I ended up paying $12.75 for just one large coke. I'll never use their app ever again. That way, i will not be prepaying for something I didn't order, or give them the option to change the order when they feel like it. read more

Just went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers no pickle. They both had pickles. I took them back and they apologized. They offered to replace them and only gave me one back because I did'nt discover the pickles until my second bite. Terrible customer service. They messed up and I'm left short changed. So I took my boys to McDonalds in Cedar Hill....so they go in to place there order then they come to the car with a funny look on their face so I as them whats was wrong they say that they guy that took their order told them that now that trump is in office they are going to be sent back to africa so the oldest told the man that he wasnt born in Africa so the guy proceeds to curse then out so I go in the store thinking who the hell do this dude think he is talking to my boys like that.....So Im thinkin its a probably an older guy to my surprise its a young black guy.....wow!
