It's fast food . So it's really hard to have high expectations. Having a close friend who once managed at one, I know that majority of their food is precooked/ ready to serve . Which Isn't an issue at all because again , it's fast food and there's no way they could possibly keep up with orders if they didn't have something's ready to place in the bag either way , I can't say I've ever had a bad experience to where it made me not want to return ever again. My oldest daughter absolutely loves their chicken nuggets, so we are at one of the locations at least once a week . So far , the location in Duncanville off cocker hill is the best. Their Lines move really fast , the service is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. Depending on the time of day depends on what I order . I hate that they don't offer breakfast all hours of the day , because I can live off the sausage egg cheese McMuffin. However when that's not available, it's never a bad idea to get a McChicken with extra mayo and lettuce and a large fry. read more

I know McDonald's doesn't have the best track record for consistency and quality across there restaurant Empire but this particular location I have been to twice now and our food was hot and fresh, the facility was as clean as you would expect a fast food restaurant to be and the service and employees seem to be better than your average McDonald's. last but not least and most important to me the playground was actually clean and didn't smell like vomit which was a bonus. honestly our visits were so good that I am quite thrown back that they have so many one star bad reviews. Apparently From what I am reading on others reviews they're having issues with their drive-thru staff which we did not experience as our visits were dine in. Made a mad dash during GBabies track meet and both lanes in drive-thurs were backed around the place like a ceremonial last wish. However this morning ( 8/4 ) I had a very bad experience with an employee ( Monica Knight ) she was very rude and not very accommodating... I asked to talk to her boss and she said she was the boss...she lied....at the time I was in my car so I parked and went in and other employees told me that she was not the "boss" ...they said Sergio was...so I asked to talk to him and he was busy....not a big deal because I had to go to work but I did call him a couple of hours later and he was very nice to me...I did not want free food or anything I just wanted him to know what kind of employee that he had. Ordered a large coke through the app, when i got to the window, was told i ordered a happy meal and spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Lady at drive through was very rude, refused to change order or issue refund. Was told to contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. I ended up paying $12.75 for just one large coke.
