It was pretty busy when we got here. Most likely due to it being the early hours of dinner rush. Regardless of the busy-ness, we got through the line pretty fast. Staff were friendly, fast, and had a good groove going behind the counter. The food was hot and fresh and everything tasted great. We debated on trying the advertised Dynamite sweet and sour chicken, but we decided that we wanted to enjoy our food, rather than writhing in pain from the spiciness, lol! What is wrong with customer service these days?! Only my second time here and the first time was opening week. Now that the big wigs are gone, you have shown the realness of this location. Does anyone smile or even know how to interact with their guests anymore to keep them coming back?! This drive through personnel seemed like Shrek took their gumdrop buttons before they clocked in. A robot would have more personality or engagement than these sorry sour sops at the window. I was even trying to be extra nice and cheery. But nope, just a lackluster ho hum as if the window was too much of a chore to open. I get it, working a Panda Express window as a young gingersnap is not glamorous but for gumdrops sake...have passion for the job you do have and make the most of it until you find a more glamorous job. But then again I would never hire someone with the attitude I saw today at the window. Not just the main girl at the window but I looked in at the other girls and they all looked miserable...just utterly miserable. It was Pathetic. I even asked if my sauces were in there that I ordered and she rolled her eyes at me like I was wanting to join in her exclusive swamp. Lo and behold I get back home and I'm missing one. And before you say I've probably never worked food service or retail..over 15 years I worked food service and retail. I smiled and made the most of it and took pride in my job, no matter the task. Even dishwashing I could find a little joy in the day. If I want American Asian food , I'll just buy some frozen PF Changs and cook from home and see my kids smiles then a drive thru full of Shreks that dragged themselves out of the swamp. read more

Went through the drive through not realizing they were closing in 33 min. The girl taking our order was nice at first but was visibly crashing out/pissed when we pulled up to the window. She gave us hella attitude and didn't give us any sweet and sour which is kinda the entire point of ordering the rangoons. She said they were closing in 30 and had a limited menu which we were respectful of and didn't make them make any more of anything. U work in food service, grow tf up. read more

Been here several times now because it's a new establishment here in town and was trying to give patience best I could. However the food is always cold!! The vegetables in the fried rice look worse than I don't know how to describe. And don't break a tooth on the orange chicken as it's tough as nails. Last nights orange chicken also had double the spice which made me ill. I don't get it. This place was such a welcome and desired "fast food" addition to our community but it sucks. I have really nothing positive to say other than it's a pretty building but that's because it was just built. Bummer! read more

Online order. Went to go pick it up, but was a little early. Wonderful girl at the counter offered me a complimentary menu item while I waited (I went with the egg roll). Was thirsty so asked if I could get a drink, which I planned to pay for. The girl at the front counter handed me a cup and said it was also free. Now this is how you should treat customers (great job PE). The restaurant was slamming busy, but staff were getting people through quickly. Happy to have a Panda Express in Lewis County. I usually like this Panda Express, but lately it's been frustrating going here. There's an employee named Julian who consistently gives extremely small portions. It's not just a "one-time off" thing either. Every time he's working, the portions are noticeably smaller than what anyone else serves, to the point where it feels like you're paying full price for half a meal. It's gotten bad enough that my friends and I literally leave if we see he's the one serving. I get that portion control exists, but there's a difference between reasonable portions and barely putting food in the bowl. Hopefully management sees this and fixes it, because the rest of the staff is great and the food is solid when it's made right. read more

Somthing is off with the taste. There was a soapy taste among the food. The food was on the colder side when I got home. I think the service is fine and the building is nice but that's not enough to help with taste. I think I be passing on Panda Express for a while. read more

This place deserves a glowing review! Came in later in the evening to get some food, and the staff greeted us super cheerfully. You got to give it to Panda. They replicate the formula at all of their restaurants and they do it consistently. Bland, no love, a complete tasteless production. I've never gone there with the expectation of a high quality experience, but one would like a little infusion of Chinese taste. Well, you're not going to get it here. Every time I go in there, they have great customer service and in my opinion I think this is the best panda express around. It's better than all the ones in Olympia Tumwater and Lacey. My only complaint with this location is sometimes they're not the greatest with portions read more

Staff has zero idea what they are doing, multiple employees standing around talking, while line is backed up and drive through is backed up. Blamed the cooks for our drive through order not being correct instead of taking responsibility because they forgot to make it. 35 minutes to get my drive through order with a full hot case full of food. This Panda is a hit n miss. First time in the drive thru, we waited for 10 minutes for broccoli beef. Got home and noticed that the broccoli beef was just that. Broccoli and beef!!! NO SAUCE!! We went through the drive thru and when ordering food it would be a 6 minute wait for one of the entrées which we said was fine. When we got to the window we weren't greeted for probably at least 2 minutes which I know from working in fast food is not acceptable. We were then pulled around to wait for our food and proceeded to wait about 15 minutes before someone came out to talk to us. They then informed us that they were waiting on another one of our entrees which was not one of the ones we were previously informed we'd have to wait on. Another 15 minutes goes by and our food is finally brought to us. We asked when the girl handed us our food if it had been dished up and sat there while the other entrees finished or if they dished it up fresh. She said it was fresh but when we immediately went to check our food it was cold not even room temperature or lukewarm it was straight up cold. There was zero reason to lie all we would've done was ask for her to go get fresh food but after lying I was very upset and would've loved a refund. When we called the most the person on the phone had to offer was a sorry which was very disappointing. read more

It's Panda Perfect! We were anxious to try the new Panda and they did not disappoint! We set our expectations a little low, considering they had not even had their grand opening yet. However, we were greeted by friendly staff, a clean restaurant, and delicious food. MUCH better than other Pandas we've visited. The atmosphere was a little chaotic, but that was expected. We used the app and really liked the digital board showing the order status. Also, they confirm the mobile orders before they let you take the food - why don't more restaurants do this? The line looks long, but they buzz right through it. The employees were really nice and they were well-staffed. Keep it up, and Lewis County will love you. read more

Food counter was covered in plastic wrap. Food temps were warm at best. Fried rice was overcooked and eggs in it were burnt. Found several long strands of brown hair in our black pepper sirloin, kungpow chicken and the fried rice as well. Male employees with long hair in a bun came out of the store , went to their white car smoking weed in the parking lot. The smell was so obvious! We We will NOT be going back to this location ever!!! A Chinese fast food without any vegetarian options, Very disappointed. I am stuck with a membership that I won't use. Panda Express, please add some vegetarian options. Ordered thru the drive up, they took our money, refused to give us change (over 8$ worth) then gave us shrimp instead of chicken.... We waited for over twenty minutes for them to make it right, the manager was rude, the drive up person got angry that we wanted our change and when we got home thinking they had fixed our order we still had shrimp instead of chicken.
