Workers: friendly and overall courteous, although had to get out of my vehicle to go inside to get my receipt after specifically being ensured that it was in my bag. Taste: just ok. Not great, or at least not as good as I remember. Though the sandwich had way too much bread per photo and much less meat than I recall. Other: they did not have the 3 pepper sauce in stock. I realize places may run out of things, however this is the only sauce I personally like from Arby's. The Value: Absolutely atrocious! Admittedly I did not specifically look at the prices on their menu when ordering as Arby's has traditionally had a reputation for middle of the road food that is reasonably priced. I ordered a small roast beef sandwich meal with a medium fry and medium drink, and when I got to the window it's was more than $14. I was honestly shocked. I get that every corporation these days is egregiously raising their prices across the board, so I did expect it to be a bit more than the last time I ate at an Arby's (at least 6 months of more ago), so I expected it to come to maybe $8 max but $14 for the smallest sandwich with a bread to meat ratio somewhere around 75:25, medium fry and medium drink (which was about 80% ice). I could understand if I got a large meal or one of their premium "deli style" sandwiches, but this was ridiculous. And furthermore, they had the audacity to tell me to pull forward out of the drive thru to the front of the store for the fries to finish cooking (did not give me what was already ready), despite the fact that there was no one else behind me or in the drive thru line at all, nor did anyone come through while I was waiting. I totally understand if they need to keep the lane clear for customer flow, but if I'm the only one in the line it is frustrating to have them tell you to go somewhere else and wait an unspecified amount of time. read more

Arby's has the deep fried turkey sammiches this time of year and I LOVE them . This year they are serving them on a roll like a sub and they are my absolute favorite. This Arby's location has been slaying the deliciousness game and I hope to get there a few more times before the end of the fried Turkey promo. My wife and I went here for lunch today and we both had the $7.99 special which was a sandwich , curly fries , 2 mozzarella sticks , a hot deep fried dessert which is like a fried egg roll but it had peach filling and a small drink. My wife chose the crispy chicken sandwich that came with mayo , lettuce and tomato and I had the original Arby's roast beef sandwich. For $ 7.99 this is the best deal in town and we both loved our lunches . We will be back soon. read more

An interstate detour and 5 minute order ended up taking 20+ minutes because my attempt at ordering ahead on the app only gave the option to pick up the next day despite the store being open. After I ordered at the drive-thru they had to figure out how to ring up my discount scan code that didn't come up in their register. This is a decent location with good stuff! They're very thorough and friendly! The store is clean and the food is well-made for fast food! Customer Service here is great compared to next-door at Taco Bell! I would recommend this place over Taco Bell any day between these two locations! read more

For fast food this Arbys location is not too bad. The service is friendly, it's in a good location and doesn't look run down or dirty. The food is just okay but not anything to write home about. There was one couple ahead of me in line, so it was NOT busy....and yet it took them well over 15 minutes to get one sandwich and some curly fries. I sat there and watched the employees talk and talk and talk, and no one was working. It really takes the fast out of fast food when you wait over 15 minutes for ONE sandwich. Never left here with an issue Food is slightly more expensive than other fast food places, but still tastes good. The sizes are surprising in that a medium is much bigger than you'd expect, so a medium sized meal can make you leave feeling full. Good stop off spot for quality. read more

I swung in for a quick sandwich on my way through town. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. It took a few minutes for the chicken to cook, but I don't mind waiting a little for fresh, hot food. It was all delicious. I decided to write a review mostly because, in todays economy I was extremally impressed with the customer service this place still provides, we don't see that a lot anymore. Only after I entered I-5 did I notice the fries were not included. I looked towards my receipt and noticed that I was charged for the upgrade to large but also the bite. I was not going back but understand that 80s movie line. "They screw you at the drive thru". So true. If they employ employees that can't count three item in the bag then it might not be the best place to go to. One of my favorite Simpsons quotes is when the children of Springfield Elementary get stranded on an island a la "Lord of the Flies" Much discussion as to how hungry they are is voiced until the trump card is played and one of the kids says "I'm so hungry, I could eat at Arby's!" Groans of disbelief come from the other kids. That pretty much sums up how I feel about Arby's too. It's an Arby's, with some pluses and minuses. The food was exactly what I expected. We'd gone through the drive thru, intending to eat parked in the lot rather than go in and risk waking the baby. Good thing we'd planned to park, because they forgot a drink (it was on the receipt, just not given to us) and I said something but not before my husband pulled forward. So he went inside to get it. They apologized and fixed it quickly; mistakes happen. Not ideal, but not a big deal either. I went in to use the restroom before we drove off. The dining area looked clean and pleasant. The restroom was somewhat less pleasant - it was on the small side, and the handicapped stall looked smallish to me. There were no seat liners, and no changing table (good thing we didn't need to change the baby - the restroom floor was about the only option, which is just an icky thought in a public restroom). I'd happily go back through the drive-thru. I wouldn't want to go in with a kid in diapers along for fear of needing to change one and not having a good spot to do so, however. read more

Steer clear of this place! Went in to try the new smoke house brisket sandwich. What a mistake that was. This overpriced sandwich should be put on the dollar menu. It was simply three slices of meat laid out flat, a squirt of BBQ sauce in and on the bun. An almost invisible piece of cheese and a couple of of funyun bits. The bun was actually touching the top to the bottom 2/3 rds the way around the sandwich. it looked nothing like the advertised thick stack of folded brisket. I was so disappointed I contacted Arby's to share my experience at get a voucher for a do-over and all I got was an I'm so sorry e-mail from some investment group with a promise for compensation. but after 3 e-mails and promises broken, with nothing delivered I've given up. In short, buyer beware. This Arby's doesn't really care about quality, value or customer service. read more
