Is that the standard. I also ordered an orange chicken & chow mein bowl, which seemed 75% cabbage, 20% chow mein noodles and 5% orange chicken pieces. That's a + or - .10%. 2 entree plate, I was going to get two orders of orange chicken, but I got so much chicken I chose a second option, charred teriyaki beef, referred to me by the nice server Natalie. Getting a strange look from Natalie, I asked that my Chow Mein noodles be placed directly on the middle of the plate in between the three holes (I didn't want my small portions falling into those little crevices) she said, "on the lines," yep... she complied. I then asked her to put my orange chicken right on top of the noodles. Then she suggested the teriyaki chicken, which just came off the fire just like the orange chicken came out, and she put the teriyaki chicken next to the orange chicken. The teriyaki chicken tasted fantastic and had a nice Char to it. I got to tell you, I need the carbs and there's probably enough carbs in the sweet sauce on the orange chicken, but I cannot stand these Chow Mein noodles. They taste just like those cheap ramen noodles. I might get rice next time or vegetables as my appetizer. This panda is really nice inside. Modern yet natural. One of the nicest set up of a Panda Express I have ever seen. Lots of natural light, wood grain with modern touches. We can here for lunch today. Our first time visiting this location. It was quite busy. With at least 6 people in front of us while we were standing in line. The drive thru was also quite busy. Yet the staff remained amazing doing a busy time. (Thank you). The food was fresh, staff were cooking as fast to refill any missing or low items. The new item Five Flavors shrimp was ok. No wow factor there. Everything we ordered was wonderful and we enjoyed our meal. Tables are kept by staff and cleaned regularly. There was like 6 people on staff. Most pandas I only see 3 people. Stars 1 star for facilities. (New) 1 star for friendly staff even with the line was long. 1 star for food 1 star for overall experience 1 star for bathrooms clean yet I didn't know how to use the hand dryer. I've eaten at this panda probably 12-15 times since it opened. I've never had a bad experience, because if the line is out the door, (which it frequently is for dinner rush) I turn around and leave. I try to go when it's less busy, the food is always served quickly and I have a clean table to sit at. If I can give this location a zero I would repeatedly. Every time we order they give us less of what they should. Examples!!!! Teriyaki Chicken (always always no sauce). Rice uncooked, stale, starchy like it was not washed. Cold honey walnut shrimp, chow main uncooked and dry. You ask for the sauce they still forget to add in the bag. As mentioned above this is repeated incidents. Managers need to train or at least have this location go back to training for quality and attention to details. This is the first time I've ever eaten at Panda Express and I was really pleased. I had the orange chicken bowl and was starving. Such a good sized portion that I have leftovers for tomorrow.
