I don't eat out often, and I never leave reviews on a fast food place...but this sad review is a must. I've always liked Panda in other locations in OR, WA, and ID. It's the second time in the last couple of weeks where we ordered through the drive thru in College Place. Both times, we were given very minimal entree items in the entree meals. Tonight (7-6-26), I was ordering for 4 adults: a 3 entree meal (for 2 people), a 2 entree meal, and a bowl. There was no chow mein (completely out), so 2 meals settled for rice. The bowl was fine with plenty of chunks of chicken and a balanced amount of veggies. The 2 entree was supposed to be a double portion of orange chicken, but there was about as much of an entree as the bowl. The 3 entree meal was the most disappointing. It was to have a double portion of orange chicken and the chicken with string beans. The orange chicken was about as much as the other entree meal, and the other entree was 1-2 pieces of chicken and mostly green beans (overall, far less than a 1 entree bowl). I am not sure if it's a drive thru issue to cut corners/costs or what. I won't be using the drive thru again, and may just avoid Panda in CP all together. read more

Foods always hot ready and delicious. Employees are always nice and polite. Restaurant is clean. Parking is easy quick and out.

Good fast food, orange chicken and bourbon chicken are my favorites. Egg rolls and Rangoon are great appetizers.

We have enjoyed Panda Express for years! What's not to like? Everything we receive is fresh and delicious. We have tried other places here in Walla Walla and have not been impressed. We like that we can get our food delivered via Doordash. Again, we really like P.E. read more

Every time I order soy sauce with my meal, they don't give me what I ask for. I'm willing to even pay for it. I ALWAYS ask for 2 or 3, and they will change it on my receipt and I only get one. If I even get one. And this is a CONSTANT problem. CONSTANT. Do better. read more

The food is turning over fast at this Panda with non-stop customers, which means freshly cooked fast food. I was amazed as the server spooned up a super sized amount of food for a heaping plate of chow mein, chicken, and some yummy string beans. Definitely not a place you can go hungry. Maybe it is all in the timing of when to arrive. I suggest slightly after 5 p.m., at least that was the magic hour for us. There were three of us in our party and one of us frequents Panda every chance he gets. He loves the beef and broccoli, and I thought the chow mein was yummy. Of course, you'll get a fortune cookie with your meal too. I don't think you can go wrong here for fast food. read more

Rude, took 20 minutes just to serve use the food after it had been sitting on the counter for another 5-10 minutes? After asking an employee to let us know when the food was done because they were out of something she got an attitude and said "did you want me to throw it back in with the rest" this is unacceptable and if you're going to work in fast food have a good attitude with the people paying you especially if they've done nothing wrong. After bringing problem to the manager's attention they had informed she had been sent home for more than 1 problem like this just today and apologized multiple times for what happened i guess catch them at the right time lol it's 50/50 for me read more

ORDER ONLINE BEFOREHAND! I read the reviews here on Yelp before showing up one evening and unfortunately a lot of what others have said is true. I think they just don't have enough customers to get rid of their entrées fast enough so they cook small portions and they even have numerous trays empty so when you show up, it looks like they don't have a wide selection. One thing I did though was order orange chicken and kung pao online since it was close to closing time and the odds of them having it was slim. When I showed up, they had the kung pao cooking. So regardless of if they had it out or not, they will fulfill online orders. With that said, while I waited (it wasn't quite ready when I showed up yet), a lady walked in and saw the empty dish plates, when she asked if they had a certain item, they said that because it was close to closing, they weren't cooking that dish anymore for that day. So it does help to order online before you go there. Other than that, food was typical goodness from Panda. It wasn't old or anything. So I've always loved panda and have NEVER had a problem in any state, but wow this one just threw me for a loop. 1. 30 mins till closing and no one in line yet they gave me the smallest portion of food for my 2 entree and 1 side. Omg i love their chow mein yet the portion didn't even fill the space for it, even if it had been sitting there awhile like hook it up ur just gonna throw it away in 20 mins. 2. The drive thru service was bland and plain uncomfortable, I'm a waitress and being nice because no one likes the last min customer but this guy was just plain freaking irritated or something.... 3. Today we went through the drive through and struggled a little bit. Three out of the four people in the car struggle with anxiety and the fourth was screaming at the dog in the back of the car, so the environment in the car was a little hectic. When we tried to order we really struggled and the lady on the microphone was having a hard time understanding what we wanted. We had to go wait out front for soon of our food to be cooked when we realized one of the orders was really wrong on the receipt. I ran inside because everyone was a bit anxious from the interaction on in the drive thru, and they had the order ready. I spoke to a different person who then called the other lady that took our order to come over. She had just finished it and blamed us for the mistake because we "kept changing it". The lady I spoke to inside the store was very gracious and sweet with me even as I apologized fifty times As a group of friends that struggle with anxiety, we really appreciate the service of the second women, she's the kind of worker that gets people to return. I wanted to do the survey but was struggling online and I wish I knew the name of the women, I just wanted to say thank you for making our day just a little easier! read more

First off, let me begin by expressing my absolute condolences. It is not my pleasure to write this review, or to bring the heat (as the kids say) down upon my local branch of Panda Express. The Express of Panda has long held a special place in my heart and in my life. Not only is the Giant Panda one of my favorite animals, it is the beloved symbol of a nation, a conservation movement, and ultimately of all of us. Imagine the pain this review is bringing me. It was a Saturday morning that decided my fate. Usually, I reserve such authentic food for late at night, or when I'm unsure if I've been poisoned and need to quickly and uncontrollably remove the toxins. However I was running late on this fateful morning and needed food quickly before I had to go to my work. What establishment could deliver food quickly? I turn to my girlfriend, hesitant to ask her preference because she never, and I mean NEVER knows where she wants to eat. It's aggravating. However, on this fateful morning she knew exactly where she wanted to go. A portal to the far reaches of China, at a moderately overpriced fee. Panda Express. We were in quite a hurry so we chose to use the drive thru. There was no one in line, a perfect straight shot to liberating our stomachs from existential hunger. First, we order her meal. A plate, with half white rice half chow mein, orange chicken and sweet fire chicken. Then my meal, a bigger plate. Chow mein, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and some spicy beef flavored monstrosity. We topped our meals off with an order of cream cheese ragoons. I am not an expert in the Panda industry, but I do not believe that this was a particularly difficult order. We receive our food all packaged up and in a bag from a young respectable man that looked like that Sheen kid from Jimmy Neutron. Everything is wonderful and now we make our journey back across town to eat in our home while we get ready for work. The morning seemed fantastic. The smell of orange chicken wafting through the air. The sun was out, birds were singing their songs. It was amazing. 15 minutes later we arrive at our home. Take our food inside, and when we start opening boxes, we found something peculiar. Inside my box (the bigger plate) all of my food was in order. We had all of our ragoons but we did not receive that sauce that suspiciously looks like transmission fluid. Inside my girlfriends box is a much more depressing story. The woman that can't pick a place to eat any other day of the year EXCEPT today, the woman that chose YOU, received rice and chow mein in her box. Not, rice, chow mein, and her two chicken choices. Just rice and chow mein. Are you people serious? So now there is a decision to make. Do we put the pedal to the metal and try to make it back to Panda Express on the opposite side of town, try to get her meal (again), and then make it back in time to go to work, or do we go hungry after spending almost 30 freaking dollars? The choice was made for us. I decided to go back to get her meal. Sheen was apologetic and gave us our food, but now I'm late to work, hungry, and with cold panda express to eat at work like a suffering animal. Have you ever had cold Panda Express? It's eerily similar to warm Panda Express in much the same way that your beloved grandfather looks like in their open casket. In other words, horrifying. I now look to you, leaders of Panda Express. You know as well as I, that this is unacceptable. Do you think that Andrew Cherng would be pleased with your performance? Or do you think he would let his pet Panda Charles maul you? I think the latter. You have brought dishonor to this house and now only YOU can fix it. You tout that you enjoy bringing people together to share joy. Do you think that joy was shared on this day? I was hungry and decided to try them out. I ordered a bowl of beef and broccoli, side of chow main and spring rolls. Cost me $11 which wasn't much. When I get home I get instead a bowl of rice with a few bites of beef and broccoli, disgusting chow main, and no spring rolls. read more

The foods always great, but somethings wrong with how they manage their cashiers. The drive through is a disaster, it allows you to painstakingly watch everyone inside the restaurant be served while you wait an extremely long time for cars to be served. I get some orders take longer than usual, but that shouldn't be an excuse for the flow inside the store vs the drive through. read more

If you want somewhere to eat with a friendly atmosphere and great food then this is the place to go. The food is excellent and fresh. My son loves the veggie spring rolls! read more

This is not one of the top Pandas I have been to. It is the worst. I walk in and the staff acknowledged me about 2 minutes after they finished there personal conversation. Half the line was empty. If it wasn't empty it only had one very dry serving in it. I love Panda but this one sucks. read more

I don't understand why this happens so often at restaurants. And this one reason is why they get 2 stars instead of 3 or maybe 4. They're out of soy sauce. There is literally a Walmart 100 yards away. The manager says they're not allowed to serve soy sauce unless it's in the packets but that's complete bs because they're are pots of other sauces on their grill line. The place is clean and what not but I just can't get over how this happens everywhere. read more

Go here often for a fast meal. Sometimes have to wait for food to be cooked, but honestly I don't mind. Because the orange chicken fresh is great! My only complaint is that I think they should swap out food that has been sitting more often. You can certainly tell when it's been sitting. Love love the Angus steak. read more

This Panda extremely disappointed me. I arrived in the drive thru twenty minutes before closing. There were only two cars ahead of me, but the service was so slow that it took each car ten minutes to get through. Finally, I pulled up to order but nobody answered me. After a minute or so, I said hello, and I heard a voice saying that they were closed. I looked at my clock and it was two minutes past closing. I said that I had been waiting in line for over twenty minutes but I got no response. This service was so bad I probably will not be coming back to this Panda. read more

Our family recently returned to eat at this PE for the first time in five years. The dining area was very dirty. The hanging lights are coated with dust, our booth seats and table were sticky and grainy, even though when we went in, there were about 4 other customers, so not a busy moment. Every time the door opened, the floor swirled with debris, and the windowsills at floor level were crusted with grime. It was really hard to stay there and eat, but this was a child's Mother's Day gift, so we stuck it out. read more

I was at this restaurant today and went through the drive through. Normally it take forever but there was no one in line today. I order a plate with rice and double order of orange chicken. When she gave me the total I thought it was a little cheap. So when the cashier Kaitlynd E. came to the window I asked if she rang up s plate. She said no you ordered a bowl. I said I did not order a bowl I ordered a plate. She huffed and closed the window. She did something at the register and came back with a total of 8:15. This sounds more correct. I then paid and watched her walk over a get a small box of orange chicken and give me the bowl and the side. I started I did not need an attitude when the mistake was her's and I would like to speak with a manager. She closed the window and just stood there. I contacted corporate while I sat at the window.
