We order from here often and the food always arrives exactly as it should in terms of flavor, appearance, temp. One time we ordered directly from the app instead of DoorDash and they had forgotten an entree. I couldn't afford to place another order and called the restaurant and the manager himself drove the missing entree out to me. That service alone makes up for any small issue I might want to complain about. read more

Do NOT listen to other reviews! This place is great, the staff is accommodating and helpful. The food is always great, unlike other Panda Express locations that are hit-or-miss. The waits are often due to the food being made, which is not a bad thing whatsoever. Despite the young staff, the ambiance is also comfortable and good. The food is mostly exactly the same as the Panda you'll find anywhere across America. The problem is, the quality of the food is offset by the inefficiency and even hostility of some of the workers. And I can NEVER find a manager when I am in the place--it seems like everyone is a manager there, and thus, there is ZERO accountability for the inhospitable staff. Several weeks ago, my wife made an order online. She went to pick it up at the time listed on the app. Food wasn't ready. My wife waited 45 minutes for the food, while in the meantime customers in line were getting their orders filled right away. To make matters worse, when my wife got home with the goodies, some of the orders were either incorrect or flat-out MISSING. My wife called the restaurant to complain and they comped her a meal, but it was a day late and a dollar short. Then tonight, I swung by the same location to get some carry-out for my boy at home. I was waiting in line ahead of another young man when a worker named JOCELYN came up, and instead of taking my order, she began not only taking the order of the young man behind me in line--she began FLIRTING with him. Offended by her mistake, I cleared my throat to gain her attention. Jocelyn glared at me and mumbled something incoherent, continued to serve the young man, and, when she was done, Jocelyn sauntered back in the kitchen and told someone else to take my order, saying I was a "difficult customer" or something. It was totally crazy. Where the heck is the MANAGER of this place? Is there any oversight at all? This is not the only time we've had problems of this nature at this Panda location. I'm a delivery driver. Consistently get ignored when I attempt to pick up orders at this location. Went in, cook behind counter, server came out after about a minute and prepared to serve 2 customers just coming in. Finally another worker came by from working out on the floor and handed me my customer's order without me having said anything. Maybe there should be a limit if the number of online orders so that the staff is able to manage and not be overwhelmed. We already paid online so we are kind of stuck. My family went in on New Years Day...maybe my first mistake. We ordered a family meal and 4 eggrolls I mean I am feeding 2 teenagers...that is warranted. We paid with gift cards and drove home not checking the order. When we got home there was not an eggroll to be found so we called back in. The staff we talked to then were actually accommodating then we get a call today 01-03-2025 and they say that we need to give them the order number. My husband did not have the receipt on him at the time so text me to handle it. I called back to the store in question and they denied ever calling and then denied that the person who called us even worked there. The little girl who answered the phone was rude as all get out and when I offered to play the message for her she hung up the phone. Not to mention that the food was just meh...and the place was dirty when I went in. Just not a good experience....100% would never recommend and probably would not have bothered in the first place if it were not for gift cards. I'll admit, Panda Express is to Chinese food, what Taco Bell is to Mexican food, so I don't have huge expectations of an authentic, traditional Chinese meal, which I don't even expect in most Chinese restaurants. But I will say, I'm happy to get a quick, inexpensive fast food meal of something other than hamburgers, tacos or pizza. And I also admit to being part Japanese and crave some rice based dishes, other than sushi. That said, I like their teriyaki chicken a lot (it's the one Japanese-American entree). They use the more flavorful boneless-skinless thighs with a flavorful teriyaki sauce that I can taste the ginger in, without it being overwhelming. I also like the tenderness and flavor in the beef broccoli, though I usually cut the broccoli into smaller bite-size pieces. The beef was even more tender than the angus steak dish. My other favorite is the chicken mushroom, though the honey walnut shrimp follows closely, inhibited mainly by the extra "premium charge". Even the dishes with white chicken meat are juicer and more tender than I expected. Now, about the portion sizes, which I saw a few complain about, I would say about 75% of the time I get a good amount or sometimes more, especially near closing. I sometimes eat half the two entree plater for dinner and save the other half for lunch at work. The other times, also often around closing, they have less ready, selling what's left before closing, so they give what they can. If I'm nice to them, they may give more of the other entree to make up the difference or throw in an egg roll. So basically, this is Chinese fast food. Not spectacular or perfect, but flavorful, satisfying and good way to get more vegetables in your diet than you could get at any hamburger joint. read more

Used to absolutely love eating here with the family. Great people to deal with, and a friendly service. Learned that quite recently that they have changed some fairly important features to their recipes that directly effect/effected some of my family members negatively. No longer are there "gluten free" options O'plenty, as before. We've been informed by a friendly worker, that there is only now, one remaining item on the present menu. Maybe the worst of every Panda I've experienced. Poorly managed. You would think if you ordered food for pickup 15 minutes in advance, it would be ready when you get there. Nope. Always a wait. They don't care about online orders or delivery orders. Once an order is received, it should be next in Que to work on. Nope, they could have your order for 15 min, but someone walks thru door, and gets service, get your food, leaving you waiting for them to now make another batch.., another 5-10 minute wait. People who just walk in off the street shouldn't have priority over an order you received before them, period. If I order online, I'm up next, work on my order. I've stood there waiting and waiting for my online order, standing with delivery drivers saying they've been waiting 10-15 minutes for there pickups.... You've had the order, process it. People who come off the street are not next up, they should be behind prior orders received. If you can't catch up, expand your staff. If you can't operate like a normal operation, get new management and new focus, or close her down! read more

It is Chinese assembly line fast food so let's keep some perspective. I went in just after lunch hours. The place was clean. I was helped right away, and offered samples. The just made some Beijing Beef and as I had tried a sample I went with that. I was in and out in less than 3 minutes. My food was hot & tasty. Staff was very nice and courteous. I don't need to review the food at Panda Express - you know what you're getting. But as for the service - not impressed. I brought my disabled brother there about 20 minutes before closing. The first item he asked for wasn't available (they didn't want to cook any more with closing coming up?) and his vision isn't so good so I asked her to tell him what was ready now. Well, rather than even listen to the rest of his order she was trying to railroad him into what she had handy. I had to jump in and stop her and reset the whole transaction. It's fast Chinese chain restaurant food. That being said, it's good food for the venue it's in which is "fast food." I like Panda Express, for a quick good and fast lunch or dinner it's a great place to eat. The only main complaint I have is that they at times are very skimpy on their portions, for example sometimes they count out their shrimp. Unlike some of the other more popular Chinese food restaurants in the area that give you a full and normal amount of food on your plate. read more

It's basic crappy chinese food. Once upon a time I really liked the chain, but they just keep cheapening it up until you've got the shit you have now. The orange chicken was around 80% breading. So technically it was orange bread. Well kinda, the sauce applier was obviously asleep at the wheel. Or maybe passed out due to their pores being blocked by aerosolized fryer grease. If you don't want to get sick, do not go to this Panda Express. I got food poisoning from this place. I had orange chicken and left over looking fried rice which was stuck to the warmer pot. I had very bad headache and stomachache, and went to bathroom 6 times in a row during the whole night, excreting nothing but water over and over again. Panda was my first and only meal I had on that day(which was for dinner), had to starve myself whole another day due to the stomachache. Stay away from this place. Stay away from this place. All the hot trays had food from this morning or the night before. Not only were the trays empty but some things like the soup had a dry film on top. The staff member just kept stirring it up. Since there were nothing in the hot trays, we had to ask them to make three entrees. When we brought our food home, we noticed that they were really stingy on the more expensive items. The chicken and kale dish we ordered had two pieces of kitchen and 3 pieces of kale ( this was one of the dishes we asked them to make). Instead of giving me the appropriate serving size for the chicken and kale, I got 50% more Beijing beef since it's the less expensive entree. Not only that but they were also stingy on the fresh veggies and instead I got 70% chow mein. See the trend? I won't go into details in regards to my they order but I was also nickled and dimed there. As for the service, the young gal who was there was very nice but the middle aged supervisor had an indifferent and bad attitude. When I asked for half steam veggies and half chow mein, she made a face. She probably didn't know she made a face but it happened. It's a shame that the owner spent so much money into building this Panda Express but they are running it to the round. I have been genuinely greeted and offered samples every time I've been. (maybe 3 times in the past few months) The facility is always clean and the wait generally is not too bad.
