He called someone from the back & told me it was going to be awhile they were still cooking food. They don't seem very organized today. More people came in to work & was told by two more people that they were still cooking. Either the hours need to be posted correctly or staff should come in to be prepared to help customers. I grew up here but moved 2 years ago to Tennessee. I'm back about every three months to see my grandkids. I meant to do a review the last time I was in. I forgot the managers name so I asked this time. I hope I spelled it right. Shicora was what I was told. My grandson and I was in there a few months ago and I wanted fresh egg rolls so she put them in right away and with a smile. They had new drinks and I wasn't sure which one to try. She gave me some samples but recommended one she thought was good and it was. She even came to the dining area to wait on us. I was a chef for years and worked with a lot of people. I have to say she was a breath of fresh air. Her kindness went a long way. I had a long trip and was tired but of course my grandson loves Panda Express. Second time they messed up my drive through order. Starting to get very frustrated with this location I asked for the greens and I got rice.

On a family day road trip we stopped here for lunch. A big mistake. The food was awful & not hot at all. The service was not great either. A young man behind the counter was nice but when I went to pay this lady told me she did not have change for a $20! They just opened! So she had to get change while I waited. She seemed ok to me but was rude to my adult daughter. When I finally got my change I sat down with my family to eat & the mushroom chicken was horrible. Hubby had beef & broccoli & that was bad too. It seemed like this is what a rat would taste like! We had noodles which were cold. They should be heated. The spring rolls were good. But the place just opened & it was filthy! Food all over the floor. Forks on the floor as well. Nasty! Hardly any customers there. They had a man doing the landscaping work. Seems like the owner cares more about the outside than the inside! There are enough employees working there to clean the place at night when they close or clean it before they open. No changing table for our 2 yr. old grandson either!! I will never go to this Panda again. There are too many other good places around such as Chic-Fil-A & more. We often eat at different Pandas & they are good. Some are not. I have to say, on my visit today Thursday at noon, this is probably the cleanest location I've ever been to, the food quality was probably the best of any that I've been too, and the staff was friendlier here than any other panda express location of been to. Stopped by tonight more than an hour before the drive-thru closed and they only had a half serving of the one plant-based option (beyond orange chicken). They were "done cooking for the night," so . The food was fresh and the dining area was very clean. The only issues I had were no one bothered to greet me when I came in but everyone else got these huge hellos, welcomes and goodbye so that was a bit off putting. Also, the cashier was so busy chatting up a storm to another worker that she never gave me my food and it happened several times while I was eating and her response to other customers "oh, I've been doing that all day!" Not something you want to tell people, just for future reference. I leave assuming everything is in order now. To find the drive through girl didn't give my card back! How inconvenient! How do i know she did t write my card number down? This place is sketchy and terrible service. When i called for my card the child answering the phone was rude and said he couldn't hold it for me! Literally doesn't even deserve a star. Get there and manager and employee take their time, even spend time laughing and ignoring us. Then the young lady walks up and literally doesn't even speak or respond to us while we order. Not to mention, she scraped off as much of the rice that was left and it was literally like 1/4 scoop. Young lady charges me and doesnt even tell me price or nothing, doesn't even speak or respond to me! The only positive I have to say is this location has a rare drive-thru feature. As for my past 3 visits: all 3 visits they had NO sweet/sour sauce, NO hot mustard sauce, the last 2 visits they had NO mushroom/chicken entree, the last 2 visits, they had NO creamcheese rangoon. Oh, and the one time they did have the mushroom/chicken I ordered a large order ($10) , the zuchinni and mushrooms were cut into large pieces, but the chicken was cut into small scrap pieces. WTF? If I could give this place a negative review I would. I went through the drive Thur, They had me waiting for my food in a parking spot for about 8 mins. They said I would have to wait for the sweet fire chicken. I said it's fine just to make sure the chow mein was fresh when they brought out my food. I wish I read these reviews before I went through the drive-through. I ordered orange chicken and there was barely any portion of the chicken or the noodles. I will never return to this location after seeing these terrible reviews. I just ordered a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein. I went through the drive-through, took my bag and drove off and then I realized they did not put my fork in my bag! You remember the straw but not my fork ?? It's total common sense so I had to go through the drive-through again , wait behind three cars just to get a fork, she handed me the fork and didn't say anything ! I drove away! This panda express is probably the worst one I've ever been to. They never have all the entrées. If you get there an hour before they close they may only have one or two items left. The one Manager sits in back in his office instead of managing the front end. They tell you it's going to be a five minute wait for an item and to pull around and you're waiting for 20 to 25 minutes. I have been eating at this Panda for about 6 months a couple times a week because it's convenient location for me. I keep going back because of good food and even better service. I usually get the orange chicken or beef broccoli and it's really good. The other reason is the excellent service I receive from Sean, Kyle, Camila, and Vanessa. It was ice cold and the chow mien was 80% giant onion pieces. I couldn't get back there immediately so I called and was told to request a refund via their website. I did that in December. Went to this location (PS Love the new seats) with a large group today, with coupons, and a bunch of kids, and honestly had the nicest customer service.
