My favorite Panda Express location! It's next to Jimmy Johns so sometimes it's a hard decision. Often out of most of the main dishes but they keep many options and the wait for those dishes aren't long. They really PACK the styrofoam container. read more

I ordered the food for pick up and i arrived a couple mins after they said it would be ready and the food still wasn't ready, which is understandable i don't mind waiting a couple minutes extra. So one of the girls with glasses asked me what my name was for the order and i told her and she just walked away and didn't tell me anything else about my order. About 5-10 minutes later she tells me they're making some food and i ended up waiting an extra 5-10 minutes, which was kind of irritating. So I and my family is new to this area and since we really don't know any good places around here we decided to go and grab some panda. So we come in and It just has the normal atmosphere as any fast food restaurant. So I take my order, I got the bowl with brown rice and broccoli beef, the lady put like 3 spoonful of brown rice which took 3/4 of the bowl. Then when I asked for the broccoli beef, I actually asked the guy if he could put a bit more beef than broccoli and all I got was a straight up "No" from him. I have to say I was kind of mad and from there it just kind of went down hill. My parents said their order, half fried rice, half chow mein, orange chicken, and angus beef (I think that's what it was) My parents said the rice was pretty burnt, they didn't give us the fresh new rice that they said they would. Also we asked for the orange chicken to be put on the side but the lady didn't even bother and just put it on the plate. Honestly I have to say their service was pretty bad, they just seemed pretty rude to me. Compared to all the Panda Express stores I've been to this place I have to say had the worst customer service ever. read more

This panda was extremely clean, and the workers made sure my food was priority! They stopped what they were doing just to make my string bean chicken breast. Made sure to walk around to hand me my bag, and all the food was super fresh! Highly recommend as a location to visit. read more

Great service. They serve brown rice! So healthy! I ordered half mixed veggies and half brown rice and teriyaki chicken in a bowl.

Fast food Chinese food done well...this is affordable good food. I had the orange chicken and fried rice, and was very pleased. For a solid work lunch, this place does a great job. The servers and cooks pay attention to special instructions for preparing food which is a good sign. I will be back again with coworkers. read more

There is a severe management problem with this place. Not enough people at checkout on weekend so huge lines just wait and wait while other people in cooking area do little or nothing. The people in the cooking area don't have the ability to think into the future and realize that the noodles will run out quicker than the main courses so they are always running out of noodles and then there is a long wait. I often dont see any manager on the premises on weekends especially when people are ordering take out for what must be 15 person families so the rest of the customers who just want to eat in the store are kept waiting by the one poor checkout person who gets no assistance from the other lazy workers just standing around doing nothing, read more

7pm on a Tuesday evening and more than half your entrees are out or so old they are stuck to the sides?? Disappointing for a place that always hits the spot. Every customer is waiting for something to be made fresh. I feel bad for the employees, but then again, I do not. Just visited this store 11/25/18 @4pm. What Chinese restaurant run out of fried rice??? Had to wait 9 minutes for more fried rice. I timed it so yes 9 minutes. All during this time the line stopped moving ppl coming in had to wait for rice ppl complaining that their food gettng cold..... it like pizza restaurant running out of pizza. read more

I'm a service manager at Chipotle Mexican grill and my job focus is the front on the house along with customer service. I was impressed with her genuine character, speaking Spanish when needed, offering many options on the menu, and smiling at each patron when they walk in. Extremely slow service, especially for Panda. My kids and I like the orange chicken, but the service at this location is really slow. We have been to the location twice and each time the line barely moves with no acknowledgement from the staff. They seem to need at least one or two more frontline servers. I feel for the two employees that have to deal with the entire frontline by themselves. read more

I love the apps that allow you to place orders. I'm the designated lunch getter at work. There was a day last week when the big wig, corporate head honchos where working at my location. Everyone agreed on Panda Express so I downloaded the app but it seemed a little dicey. At one point it even erased the entire order. And I had get everyones order again. To avoid having to do this another time i screenshot my order. It was only four orders, but enough that I would have been "that guy" holding up the line. To my surprise the store didn't receive my when I went to pick it up. There was smoke coming out of my ears I was furious. But relieved that I had taken a screenshot. Without batting an eye or thinking twice, Dil saved the day. She single-handedly put the order together and saved my tookus. I've spent a great deal of my work life in the service industry. And know and appreciate great customer service, when I see it. Dil is and has Great customer service. When I tried to tip her she notified me that they don't take tips. She just did a kick ass job because that's her job. And she is kick ass! Thank you, thank you, thank you! read more

I love the food here! It was my first time trying Chinese, and it was all delicious. I got steamed veggies and I LOVED the Wontons. Mmmm

First I would like to say that the customer service here lacks. I had two different credit card payments and I was told that they could not do it. The week before last they did it and I have the receipt to show that it was done and the gentleman who did it was not a manager. So Sunita told me that she could not help me and that they do not do two different payment transactions. After telling her it has been done before, she then tried calling her "manager" allegedly who instructed her to tell me that only managers can do that. How convenient to say, and then I got the wonderful words in customer service "sorry". What are they sorry for? The lack of training that they do for their cashiers. As I said and I challenge the manager to respond and say it was only a manager that could do the transaction. Because Antonio B. who did is for me the last time actually tried and succeeded. Maybe he should be the manager and the person on the phone should be demoted because surely he has more since to try and satisfy the customer than come up with an excuse, which I consider to be a well thought out lie. I will be sending my complaint to corporate. Do not visit this location the lack of knowledge if they cannot do a simple two card transaction what else do they not know. Go to another location or consider somewhere else. read more
