I would normally give 3 stars for a fast food Chinese American restaurant, but the main reason I'm giving this location 4 stars is because the interior decor is so luxurious and beautiful that I feel like I'm inside a trendy high end hotel! It used to be McDonalds was the standard for fast food restaurant interior design, but not so anymore. The food here is what it is. It doesn't aspire to be authentic or gourmet. Rude, slow and not worth it. Arrived to get a to go dinner. The line was not long and the restaurant not busy yet 75 percent of the food was options were empty. I ordered three entrees and rice. They dished up two and told me to wait 8 minutes for the teriyaki chicken. It took 20 minutes. I had already paid. To make matters worse, they threw out my original order because it was cold and I had to wait another 5 minutes on another entree. I complained to the manager and an employee and both were unbelievably rude. Not an "I'm sorry". Instead a jerk employee named Louie was unbelievably defensive and sarcastically told me "have a good day" as he brushed me off. This place sucks. I have been to this place about 4-5 times and 3 times I had missing items. Whether it was forgetting to include crab puffs, or even an entree. I know I should be wary and check food before I leave the store, but should I really have to? It's annoying when you drive home and you're ready to eat and then you find out you're missing an item. Luckily it's not far to drive back, but how about the people who don't live close by? Also, like others have said, there have been frequent shortages of multiple entrees and you have to wait 15 min for them to make it. My kids love eating at PX. They love the orange chicken and the service is good and quick.

The new manager Ryan, is unprofessional and stupid. He picks on minors, speaks down on them and humiliates them in front of customers and staff. He was approached and corrected by different customers about what he says to the staff. He is be demoted or fired. My daughter is a Black girl and he calls her names like LaKeisha and other names that are not her names. He might think it is funny but it is not. Because my daughter is a minor she can not work closing shifts or at least when she gets a car. This was already agreed she started many months before he came. He cut her hours to 10 and told her since she wont work closing hours she wont be working any more hours. Previous days she had planned off, he scheduled her and once was during school hours. He knew she was in high school at the time. He inappropriately plays with staff and physical touches them as well by poking their bodies. Staff is scared to say anything for he is the kind to retaliate. Obviously corporate is okay with is behaviors since they have done nothing about it. Simply, my daughter should find another job, where she will be treated with respect, called by the name I gave her and not be humiliated in front of others. read more

I am disappointed after ordering on-line and then picking up my order tonight...this is unfortunately not the first time that I have been unhappy with the customer service that I received. I have ordered on-line beforehand a few times, thinking that it would be great to just swoop in and pick up my order. I have never had my food ready for me when promised. Also, I double checked my food before walking out and once again my order was wrong. We asked for two of the orders to include steamed rice/chow mein...they were out of steamed rice. The last few times I have been in, and they are out of something, the response is "sorry". Just wanted to leave some constructive criticism that it would be great to plan ahead as they get low in a certain item to better prepare to replace the item before it is all gone. Let's get something right, I love Panda Express. When I heard this location was opening I got excited because it's closer to my house than the other Lynnwood locations. I could not be more disappointed. I've given this location plenty of chances, and each time I eat there it gets worse. I don't know if it's the staff not caring how they make the food, or management not training properly enough, but every time I eat there it doesn't taste like I'm eating at Panda Express. Chow Mein never has flavor, it's like eating bland over cooked noodles with almost ZERO cabbage or onion. The broccoli beef is almost ALL broccoli (I had 2 pieces of beef in my order), Fried Rice is bland, Sweet Fire Chicken has almost no sauce, my zucchini in the mushroom chicken was undercooked (bordering raw), and the list goes on. This location needs a serious overhaul. If I bought food from the Lynnwood location on 196th, and then bought one from the 220th location and set them next to each other you wouldn't even think they were bought from the same chain. This was the last chance for this location. I'll waste the gas going back to 196th rather than eating this garbage. read more

Its always chaos when i have been in there this time my boyfriend and i both got the "big plate" with 3 entrees i got orange chicken muchroom chicken and honey walnut shrimp, which i wanted fresh cause there was only a few left in the hot case.. my boyfriend got orange chicken chicken teriyaki and honey Walnut shrimp he took what was left of the shrimp waited about 4 min for mine and paid while we waited they put our food back to keep it warm.. then the shrimp came out waited another min or so till i asked for my shrimp so we could leave they then said we already got our shrimp after looking throught all of our boxes i told them that was my boyfriends they then asked to see my receipt as if i was lieing trying to get free shrimp or something.. finally get home and look at my receipt myself and see they over charged us almost $3 for and extra walnut shrimp we never got... they are super unorganized and way overpaid. .
