There are a lot of great dim sum spots out there, but finding one that still does the classic cart service? That's my favorite kind of dim sum restaurant, and this place absolutely delivers. From the moment we sat down, the carts were rolling by nonstop, stacked with steamers and fresh plates. There's just something special about being able to see everything before you choose, it makes the whole experience feel lively and traditional. I was SO excited when I spotted taro puff on one of the carts. Not every dim sum restaurant carries it, which is tragic because it's easily one of my favorite dishes. These were perfect. The had a crispy, lacy exterior with that light, fluffy taro filling inside and a savory center. I immediately grabbed a plate and was prepared to eat the entire thing if no one else wanted to try it. The siu mai was solid and flavorful, the har gow had a nice translucent wrapper with juicy shrimp inside, and the chicken feet were especially good. They were very tender, well seasoned, and cooked just right. The steamed spareribs were another standout. They were super flavorful and not overly fatty. Overall, this is exactly what I want in a dim sum experience with the bustling atmosphere, carts rolling around, and all my favorite classics (taro puff!). This review is solely for weekend dim sum. T&T is one of the few spots (if it isn't the only spot) that still does dim sum carts and it is the VIBE. It's always nice to see a restaurant full of families getting together to enjoy dim sum together. Is it the best dim sum you're ever going to have? No, but if you're looking for a place to get together with a big group of people and just enjoy time together, T&T weekend dim sum is the spot. The dim sum is decent, definitely worth the price, and the tea is free, the way it should be! I never see dim sum spots doing all of those things anymore, and it's nice not having to drive all the way to the city for dim sum, so I will definitely be back! read more

T&T dim sum was a solid 4/5 overall. I got the classic siu mai, tripe, sticky rice, shrimp balls, and taro, and everything was really delicious and not too greasy, which I appreciated. The flavors were consistent and comforting, and the portions felt satisfying without being too heavy. 9/5/2025 - This is my second time to visit this restaurant since 2011. The restaurant still has the same owner. The price is high. The live steamed panther grouper is 5 stars, which is tender and tasteful. The Signature lobster is over cooked, 3 stars, so as Jellyfish. The walnut shrimp and steamed live shrimp is 4 stars, respectfully. The garlic bean sprouts 蒜蓉豆苗 is 4 stars - the leaves are tender, but the taste is too bland. This is a solid dinner spot in the north end/Edmonds ...without having to go to the CID. This has been annual tradition to have a family meal at Christmas. We all enjoyed this last meal, everything was good. Arrived soon after they opened (10 am) and they already had several steamed and baked carts with lots of tasty dishes. Staff brought us tea right away and were attentive. Love how their dim sum is lightly seasoned so as not to overpower the natural flavor of the ingredients. Their chili oil is the cleanest I've had at a restaurant with good umami. The T&T Seafood Restaurant has been our family's go to restaurant for the morning dim-sum. There are very few dim-sum restaurants nowadays that do the cart service, so it's nice that they still offer this kind of service. The food is fairly traditional when it comes to dim-sum food, nothing super trendy or outstanding, but overall solid food and is not overly complicated. It's great for older Chinese families who are used to the more traditional taste of Cantonese food. If you're taking a group of friends who want something new, this wouldn't necessarily be the best place for that. It can get fairly busy, especially on the weekends, so I would try to come early as soon as possible. Also, the staff here are mostly Cantonese speaking, so you need to be a bit patient if you don't speak the language. read more

My family has been coming here for years and I MEAN YEARSS since I was a child. This place is our go to spot for a family dinner. Great place for all size parties too. We usually only come here for dinner but I heard that their dim sum is pretty good too! We usually always get the same things and they are pretty consistent with everything most times. With all the new dim sum and Chinese restaurants that recently opened in the area, I'm surprised T&T is still very very busy. Came here on a Saturday afternoon for brunch and the place was packed. This is one of the only Chinese restaurants that still has dim sum in carts. Everything is still solid, even though, I can tell some items were frozen/reheated, either way, still very good. If you want to eat with dim sum carts, this might be for you. However, this restaurant offers average food with unclear pricing. Service is ok, typical of many dim sum restaurants I've frequented. My friend and I shared har gow, siu mai, shrimp cheung fun, chicken feet, and steamed taro dumplings, all of which are pretty basic and popular. The crystal wrapper-for the har gow, cheung fun, and taro dumpling-was very thick but also flimsy when holding onto the filling. The chicken feet were average, mainly lacking flavor. The taro dumplings were also extremely dense and chalky. The siu mai, on the other hand, was generously packed with succulent pork and shrimp, giving it a nice bounce along with firmness. I would have to say each dish/steamer is quite large, so we were very full. Our meal was ~$43 (including tax). The price is pretty standard for really good dim sum these days. During pre-order we verified that nothing we ordered had peanuts as there is a severe peanut allergy in the family. We called to also verify that peanut oil wasn't used. Came here right at opening on a Sunday and were able to get a table for our party of eight with no problem. They still offer the push carts which I personally love. The dumplings, shu mai, and everything we tasted were delicious with plenty of filling that was seasoned well and all tasted fresh. Service was keeping every table happy but the restaurant certainly got busier the longer we stayed and they were eager for us to leave our table. My biggest complaint was that I could not get any green beans or any vegetable until their kitchen opened at 11. I wish they had this to offer and I would have given it five stars. This dim sum restaurant has been around for decades! We came here again today around 1:30 PM. We ordered fried tofu, chicken feet, beef tendons, bean curd rolls, and Peking Duck. Each dish was delicious, and I personally find it more flavorful than many other dim sum places in Seattle. It was good that we didn't need to call ahead to order the Peking Duck. Unfortunately, their Peking Duck did not come with the traditional thin wraps but with gua bao instead. The restaurant was spacious. If you would like to take the duck bones home for making soup, tell them when you order the duck, or they will discard the bones quickly. Their staff was attentive. We arrived around 1:20 pm on a Saturday and the place was very full but there were a couple tables open. The service was very prompt and attentive during the whole meal. We ordered rice cake, shrimp har gao, gui lan, char siu bao both steamed & baked, and some lovely fluffy pineapple concoction similar to a pineapple cream filled donut. My tastebuds are in heaven! The steamed char siu bao is my favorite of the two bao versions. The only item I was a little disappointed in was to find out that they don't have Chinese hot mustard - a staple for mixing with your soy sauce and dipping the shrimp har gao. Then one or two dishes came every 5 to 10 minutes. So a bit slow. Food was mostly very good and not oily. A request to avoid one ingredient was not fully complied with so be careful if you have allergies. The egg swirl soup was a bit heavy on the corn starch and was goopy but OK. Portions sizes were good but not huge. At one point a customer seemed to be yelling at the staff which was strange. Overall bill including tax and tip was about $27 per person. Not sure why this restaurant has such low overall/mediocre ratings here on Yelp, but every time we go up to Seattle to visit my brother, this place is a mandatory stop for some Cantonese Chinese comfort food. Yes, we usually order the same things, but the quality, presentation, and taste are consistently excellent and delicious. It is located in a small strip mall filled with other Asian restaurants and a 99Ranch Market. Parking is ample, and the location is convenient to get to/find along Aurora/Hwy 99. It is easy to get to from North, East, West, and South. Restaurant is very big, they have banquet tables for big parties, medium tables for 4-6 diners, and smaller tables for couples. The restaurant is big, airy, clean, and decently attractive for the price point. There are a couple of fish tanks in the corner to display the catches of the day/seafood options. The tanks can be somewhat dirty, but then again, seafood in general, especially if fresh, can be somewhat dirty and/or somewhat murky. At least it's not smelly, stinky, or unhygienic. The service here is very good. It appears to be a family restaurant, run by extended members of a single family (I could be wrong). I see teens, young adults, adults, and older adults who all appear to be related running the operation. I assume that it's the parents who run the operation & cook, while the kids & offspring handle the more physical aspect of bussing, serving, cleaning, and waiting on patrons. It's all pretty seamless and everyone here is attentive, professional, efficient, and welcoming. I like the service here, bonus if you speak Cantonese to them, but every time we come here, there is a mixture of demographics reflecting the area including: Chinese, Anglo-Americans, even African Americans and Latino/Hispanic-Americans. I guess you can say that people from all over like Chinese food and know where to come for good Cantonese comfort food. Food is delicious. Menu is diverse & plentiful. It is served hot, quickly, and is not overly greasy or seasoned. It is simple, good quality, and tasty. We usually opt for the simpler, comfort foods anyways, so maybe my experience is slightly skewed. But anyways, we usually eat as a party of 4-6 people, so we order a few dishes to share as a table and everything is good and delicious. We haven't tried a dish here that we do not like. We usually start off with a soup, usually some egg-flower/drop soup to warm up with and get our appetites jump-started. The broth is hot, the ingredients are fresh, and the portion is large enough for anyone to get 2-3 bowls worth if they want to. They do not skimp on the ingredients or portions here, people like to eat and we are no exception. Lots of veggies, eggs, and other ingredients in their soup, it almost tastes home-cooked, so nice on a cold & rainy night! Then we usually pick a seafood, it is a seafood restaurant, after all. We get a fish like a cod or bass and they give you the option of what size fish you want and pull that size from the tank. The fish was well-prepared, cooked just right, and offered a lot of meat on its bones, simply seasoned with oil, leeks/onions, and touch of soy sauce. We usually get a vegetable fried rice, a chow mein noodle dish, a bok choy or broccoli dish, and a tofu dish. Everything comes out promptly, and is cooked well. They also never over season anything to be overly salty, overly spicy, or overly greasy or rich, just simple food where the flavor can really stand out and leave a good impression and satiated palate/stomach. They don't overly sauce either, to mask the taste of the food, which is nice. They even allow substitutions and alterations to the menu, when requested. They never seem offended, stubborn/unwilling/inflexible to satisfy the diner's requests and seem happy to oblige & substitute that for us. I would expect that anyone could ask for it and get it too. Everything comes out quickly, and in sensible stages, so that you aren't overwhelmed, or to crowd the table. Soup first, then starches & vegetables, then meats & proteins. Good order of delivery here. They wrap up dinner by bringing out another fresh round of hot tea and then give you a free bowl of red bean paste soup to cleanse the palate and satisfy any sweet tooth craving, this is totally free and eliminates any need to order dessert (you still can if you want to). Overall, this is a great family-run operation. They serve great comfort-Cantonese Chinese food. The portions are great, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is simple and clean, and the experience is satisfying. Pricing for a table of six will run you about $25-30 per person for an absolute feast, not bad considering the quality of the food. It can get quite busy here, but that's always a good sign that people know where to find good food. This place is mediocre. I haven't been back here for a long time, but decided to drop by since reading their reviews about the dim sum carts. I took my family here, shortly after they opened and no carts were in sight. Granted, it's probably because they just opened, but I felt rushed to order with no opportunity to look at the menu as one of the worker was taking my order. He got frustrated and said, "just order these for now..." brought out the stuff and never came back to ask if I wanted anything else. The service fell short, even when there's barely any customers there. I can't imagine how it would be if it was a full house. It's an open space with nice ambiance for family gathering. The food was okay, not spectacular but quite disappointing. It didn't satisfy my dim sum cravings as there's better options elsewhere. I came here on the weekend with friends for a birthday party. In total, there were 30 guests in our party that covered three large tables. Each table ordered the same family style dinner. After a few minutes reconnecting with everyone and old friends, the food arrived right away with 2-3 dishes at a time. First, came the crispy prawns with honey walnuts, 8 Jewels tofu hot pot and the fried pork chops in BBQ sauce. The honey walnut prawns is always a favorite for eaters of all palettes, but my favorite was the 8 Jewels Tofu hot pot. This has always been one of my favorite dishes at a Chinese restaurant. It has everything: fish, BBQ pork, tofu, vegetables, mushrooms. Put it on top of rice with sauce and it's the definition of comfort food. The second wave of food included the clams in black bean sauce, peking duck with pinch buns, and house special chow mein. The peking duck had plenty of meat and when you construct it with the pinch buns, scallions, and hoisin sauce, it's a combination of sweet and savory. Finally, the last dishes included the chicken and salted fish fried rice and pea vines sauteed in garlic. The pea vines was a surprise as it was probably one of the top 3 dishes overall of the entire dinner. It was simple, but the vegetable was tender and cooked perfectly. Overall, I thought the dinner was delicious and everyone was full after consuming 9 total dishes. Everything came out very quickly despite a busy Saturday night and the service was exceptional for a Chinese restaurant. They servers were quick and they didn't forget a request, which meets my standards. I'll be back to try the dim sum in the daytime.
