9/5/2025 - This is my second time to visit this restaurant since 2011. The restaurant still has the same owner. The price is high. The live steamed panther grouper is 5 stars, which is tender and tasteful. The Signature lobster is over cooked, 3 stars, so as Jellyfish. The walnut shrimp and steamed live shrimp is 4 stars, respectfully. The garlic bean sprouts 蒜蓉豆苗 is 4 stars - the leaves are tender, but the taste is too bland. The service is average, and overall rating is 3.5 stars at most after a group discussion. Per relatives, this is the best Chinese restaurant in Seattle. P.S. A 18% tip was mandatory!

Review for weeknight dinner Menu looks like standard Cantonese style fare with live seafood, stir fry meats, veggies, noodles, fried rice. Had 25th anniversary special menu with Peking duck, geoduck and others but we didn't opt for it. We ordered 4 dishes- which were generally on salty side and cooked in a lot of cornstarch...forgot to ask them to go easy on both. 1. Sizzling beef short ribs - comes with sauteed onions, very hot, very salty, requested bowls to rinse off in hot water. 2. Stir fry snow peas carrot and chicken - veggies tasted fresh but some thicker pieces chicken was still pinkish. 3. Gai lan with shiitake mushroom 4. Beef chow fun - tasted fine Most dishes around $20 each. Total about $100/w tax & tip. Ps. Doesn't seem like T&T Seafood Restaurant is related to the T&T Supermarket.

Great flavors and generous portions. The shrimp chow mein was especially tasty--perfectly seasoned with crispy noodles. The pork chop with BBQ sauce was juicy and satisfying. They even offered a free appetizer and dessert, which was a nice surprise. Service was friendly, and the cozy vibe made for a pleasant meal. Will definitely be back.

This is a solid dinner spot in the north end/Edmonds ...without having to go to the CID. This has been annual tradition to have a family meal at Christmas. We all enjoyed this last meal, everything was good. Staff are working hard to fulfill orders within the restaurant and with takeout orders. 20% gratuity was automatically added - not sure if this is new, typical for big parties or just for the holidays.

Arrived soon after they opened (10 am) and they already had several steamed and baked carts with lots of tasty dishes. Staff brought us tea right away and were attentive. Love how their dim sum is lightly seasoned so as not to overpower the natural flavor of the ingredients. Their chili oil is the cleanest I've had at a restaurant with good umami. Although the honey walnut prawns had too much sauce, they were very crunchy.

Looking for a vibe so chaotic it makes your ex look like a saint? Look no further than this neighborhood staple! We moved into this neighborhood last year and been wanted to try this place out despite the low yelp ratings since most of the Chinese restaurants in the states tends to have low ratings, but oh man the 2.9 stars(as of Jul 2025) might be an over statement Food They serve dimsum in cart which is cute but it makes it hard to believe that the steam coming out from it isn't liquid nitrogen since all of the dimsum we got from the steam cart were warm at best, never pipping hot. The biggest disappointment were the shrimp dumpling - filling dry with not much flavor and stating a bit stale, and the beef rice roll - part of the noodle already hardened up from not getting enough heat from the cart Service We came on a Sunday morning and it isn't too busy, no wait for getting a table and the restaurant looked 75% occupied. It appeared that they're ready for the big weekend rush as they're fully staffed for the floor, everyone seems to work in harmony as most of them are chatting away with joys and laughters. Unfortunately I didn't come prepared with the latest gossips so my table failed to garner their attentions, but do not let that discourage you, I'm sure your storytelling skill will win you over some attention from the staffs! Well, what an experience, now I can I've tried the worst! But don't let me discourage you, go ahead and give it a try, what didn't work for me might work for you(considering there are also a lot of highly rated reviews for this establishment). If you didn't like it, at least it makes a good story - how persistent you are trying this restaurant out after reading my review. And I hope you get to share that with your other friends, at a different restaurant:)

It's located next to the Ranch 99 supermarket. Comes with huge parking lot. This is a more traditional dim sum place where they roll the carts around and you can grab whichever dish you want. They don't have all the dishes on the cart so you can ask them if you want something particular that's not on the cart. Overall, taste is pretty good. Service is just like any other typical traditional Chinese restaurants.

My family has been coming here for years and I MEAN YEARSS since I was a child. This place is our go to spot for a family dinner. Great place for all size parties too. We usually only come here for dinner but I heard that their dim sum is pretty good too! We usually always get the same things and they are pretty consistent with everything most times. Plus for dinners they also give you free dessert after your meal (or you can ask them). My favorite things here is the jellyfish with pickled veggies, roasted duck, and some stir fry scallop dish with veggies.

With all the new dim sum and Chinese restaurants that recently opened in the area, I'm surprised T&T is still very very busy. Came here on a Saturday afternoon for brunch and the place was packed. This is one of the only Chinese restaurants that still has dim sum in carts. Everything is still solid, even though, I can tell some items were frozen/reheated, either way, still very good. My favorite items from here is their chicken feet, fried taro balls, fried shrimp balls, and shui mai. Their shrimp dishes are okay. Still one of the go-to spots for dim sum!

    Garlic fried shrimp - delicious!!

The dim sum here is SO GOOD!! Comes out on carts, which we love - much more traditional and back to pre-Covid ways. Tons of yummy options. Service is haphazard but friendly. Our favorite dim sum house by far.

Couldn't decide so we had the sweet and sour soup house noodlessalt and pepper shrimp chicken wings and fried tofu with veggies. We then came back the next day for dim sum and a fresh crab cooked with ginger and onions. The dishes were fresh and so tasty! The only critique I might have is there is no yellow mustard and water was put on the table way after the dishes on both days.

We went out to one of ours favorite restaurant last night and it didn't disappoint us at all. Yes price has gone up, but the quality and quantity was plenty. We ordered Ma Pu Tofu lije the we always ordered it and Peking Beef and Beef Fried Rice. Yes all beef dishes. All are so good and tasty.

Would rather go to Diamond Bay, Tasty Szechuan, Royal Kitchen, (can see why they're busy and packed on a holiday weekday night and Sun Sui Wah is not) Went here for dinner for my grandma's 89th birthday with a party of 9 at 7pm. We ordered dishes typical of a 10 course meal including crab, Peking duck, live fish, rice, noodles, veggies, seafood, etc. The food was really good and didn't take too long to come out. Everything tasted good and we were all enjoying the family meal together and that's why I am giving 1 star because we will not be coming back. The service was absolutely horrible; ruined our dinner and wasted an extra 1-1.5hr of everybody's time. There was only 2 other tables in the restaurant and the servers started having dinner together at a table instead of working. I would understand if we were high maintenance customers or were giving them attitude but we did not. My cousin and I have both been FOH and BOH staff so we try to be understanding and patient when it comes to service especially coming from a Chinese background too. However, we asked for water several times, they never refilled anyone's water or the tea even once at this point it was end of dinner and 5 out of the 6 of us had completely empty glasses for about 30 minutes. We finally got water when we signaled to the Busser and he went to tell the same server again. We finished eating and decided to pay first so my grandma wouldn't try to pay. We tipped 18% off the bill since we were a large party and I wasn't about to punish all the workers for some water but what happened after made everything much worse. We asked for togo boxes and the server lady just dropped them off stared at our table and left. I was already wondering why she was seeming to be upset but seems like we were interrupting their dinner because 3 or 4 chinese servers were eating together at the table at the front when my sister's boyfriend went to pay. (That's why we didnt have water) I don't mind the workers needing to eat because I have been in their shoes before but please provide some service if you still have customers inside the restaurant waving at you. We wanted to leave just as much as they probabaly wanted to close at 10 pm(it was around 830ish now) We noticed that the cake they had been holding for us in the fridge was just sitting at another table in the restaurant. They saw us go grab it ourselves. We packed all the leftovers and started putting our dirty dishes and stuff onto the table because the workers were doing nothing. They saw that we were done but didn't want to stop their 8:30pm dinner I guess. Finally we asked them to bring us plates and clear the table. I have never had to ask the Chinese servers at any restaurant to clear the table before dessert, normally they do it for you, especially after you just tipped them almost $100 lol. The Chinese servers sent the bus boy to clear our table and guess what returned to their dinner! We again asked them for plates for the cake. It took so long to the point my sister missed picking up her prescription at 9pm. Not sure if the dim sum service is better but I'm pretty sure those 5 star service reviews are from the chinese servers' friends and/or family. Or the servers are taught to do nothing besides get the order and drop it off. Unfortunaly we will not be spending money at this establishment again because of the service and will be telling our family and friends in Issaquah and Bellevue to choose better places for sit down family meals. Hope others enjoy their meals because the food is still good

The potstickers were all fantastic. Warm, pillowy pockets full of veggies and protein. The cabbage and pork were my favourites. Finally, the Dandan noodles.
