Everything we ordered was really good and service is always friendly. I love the palabok with bihon noodles! Unfortunately, we came too late (5 pm) so they were out of several menu items we wanted but found great alternatives. The Beef Nilaga was our favorite!

Comfort food for many, the menu has a large variety of choice. My favorite is the all-day breakfast menu. Not what one might expect but it brings back memories of childhood when you could easily blur the line between breakfast and lunch... Simple decor, visit for a good filling meal.

Been back several times since my first review and service has really been hit or miss, more than a few times I've had to ask multiple times for my drink, the food is still really good but the portions seem like they've gotten smaller. They now have 3 size options for the lechon kawali bowl, regular and family, the bowl is 3 pieces the regular is 6 pieces and family is 8 pieces so about $7 up charge per 2 pieces really wish they had atchara with the lechon kawali and crispy pata

We've always had such great experience here. The servers are so nice! The food always has tasted great!

Their portion of the regular sized tapsilog is a joke!

I am so unhappy with the portion of tapsilog I received today. The amount of beef was small, the eggs were both small, and even the tomatoes & mango side was so small in portion! They're trying to cut corners with food cost and it is so obvious. Keep serving plates like this and your business will slowly fade away. Compare my plate to the tapsilog plate photos last year and you will see the big difference. This is pathetic! 15 of the last 18 recent reviews here on Yelp have been 2 stars or less. One person even found a roach in his plate! I hope the owner of this business is paying attention! Keep on slacking and you will eventually go out of business.

I am done giving the is place a chance. Multiple times have they disappointed with such a terrible quality of their food. Ordered lechon kawali for 2 which is $23. I should have made it myself and would have been cheaper. Also, it came BURNT. High do not recommend this place. Please don't waste your money.

This location is def not representative of its brand, especially compared to their Kent location. I'll echo other reviews where the food service is slow coming out of the kitchen for dine in vs take out orders. The lechon kawali taste is hard to mess up, but it was delivered with the wrong sauce and cut into obscenly large, inedible sizes; asking for a knife resulted only in a butter knife and more frustration. The kare kare was grainy and while the BBQ chicken skewers were sitting in a bed of sauce that was too goopy, sweet and unappealing. Internally there's nothing more than tables within a sticky atmosphere of 99 cent cheap smelling lemon cleaner. There's a help wanted sign posted, and they really do need it for the front and back ends.

FilCusiene, tried the restaurant in Lynnwood on the recommendation of a ex-collouge who was born, raised, educated in the Philippinenes & should know what authentic Filipino Food is about. we were 3, seatted promptly dinning room was not busy at 5:15 pm. order taken & shortly the food was served, warm not hot. we were all dissapointed in the quality, taste & presentation of the 3 main dishes & 1 side dish. the dinning room floor needed to be swept & the mens bathroom neded repairs, toilet seat off the toilet & laying on the floor in puddle of urine. after letting the hot water in the sink run for 1 minute it was still cold.

I love the home cooked taste and look of the traditional Filipino food that you can expect here at FIL CUISINE. I've eaten at all their locations and it's nice how they taste the same. I live closer to the newer Lynnwood location and frequent this restaurant more often. I haven't tasted anything here that isn't good. If you eat at the restaurant, the rice is all you can eat. How awesome is that compared to other establishments where they nickle and dime you for everything! Don't get me wrong, the prices here aren't cheap. However, the portions are generous and the service is friendly. I've yet to have a bad experience. I guess, having to wait longer than normal when they are super slammed (like on weekends) with customers waiting for a table and filling to go and pick-up orders.

I heard there was a Fil Cuisine location up north in Lynnwood, which doesn't really help me because I don't live close to Lynnwood (nor do I live close to the OG location in Kent), but while I was up here for an event, we had to check out what is the best Filipino food in the Seattle area. Seriously, the best. We visited Fil Cuisine on a Sunday around dinner time and the place was busy, but not crowded. Unlike it's original location in Kent, the Lynnwood restaurant is more spacious and bright with one center room and a large counter. Plenty of parking, too, since it's in the same lot as H-Mart. For the three of us on a Sunday night, we easily were able to get a table. However, we had no luck in getting cassava cake or any of the desserts that are usually in the case as this kind of stuff sells out by mid-day at the latest. So, yeah, no cassava cake. BUT, the rest of the food was delicious. It tasted just like what's cookin' at the Kent location. We ordered the pork adobo, pancit canton with shrimp, bicol express and sisig. I was surprised that they still had the sisig available with how late we arrived, but we lucked out. Food didn't take long to get and everything was absolutely delicious. Pork adobo was flavorful with the tender pork belly. The pancit with shrimp had lots of lemon-y flavor, which is how I like my pancit, and the sisig with the fried egg was solid. But my favorite, the bicol express was perfect. I love the coconut flavor with some heat on this dish. Rice is provided and refills are complimentary. I've said it about Kent and I'll say it here - Fil Cuisine reminds me of mom's cooking. At least, it's damn close to it. Even when I walk in, I smell the rice and I and just know that I'm at home away from home. Best Filipino food in the Seattle area!

I love all of the above, but I was delighted by how amazing their adobo fried chicken sandwich tasted. If you want something easier to eat that is less rich and messy than their popular lechon kawali roll, I would order the adobo fried chicken sandwich. It tasted super delicious, but more simple and easier to digest. If you want something more tangy and meaty in flavor, you might prefer to try their fili-bistek sandwich instead. For a starter to munch on, side item, or for an easy standalone snack, their lumpia shanghai is perfect for that or the sisig-style fries that you'll need a fork to more easily navigate your way through it. If sandwiches aren't your thing and you prefer rice dishes instead, their kawali bowl is a good one to try. As I briefly mentioned above, I really enjoyed their traditional-style halo-halo that I simply couldn't wait to eat last for dessert. I ate/drank it with my meal, which is actually not that uncommon to do. There are just a few steps you need to take to prepare it before consuming it. First, I kept the lid on (so that none of the overflowing precious ingredients spilled out) and I used my spoon to carefully mix all the ingredients around, reaching to the bottom, up, and around. Yes, seems like a hassle, but the mixing part is a very key and important step! For those who don't know, "halo-halo" literally means "mix-mix" in Tagalog (the main dialect in the Philippines). Once you've patiently mixed everything together, you can use your spoon to start eating it until it is no longer overflowing. Now, you can safely remove the lid without spilling anything and I then can interchangeably use my spoon and also sip directly from the cup. It's fun! ;-) Go to LASA and support an awesome small business!!! I live in Seattle. Yup, it's a bit of a trek, but it's so worth it!!! They have mouthwatering food, free parking, friendly staff, and relaxed vibes.

Every bite had something going on. Highly recommend stopping by, but just be ready for a food coma afterward. Totally worth it!!

I'm still vividly thinking about it while I write this review. The pork just melts in your mouth and has such a fantastic flavor to it. The salad was refreshing and acidic, which was delightful, and the mac was really good too. The pork belly sisig was also really solid, though I have to say that the kalua pork stole the show. The nice fatty pieces of pork belly mixed with the rice were sweet and delicious, and I also thoroughly enjoyed this dish.
