This is my second time doing the mobile order pick-up feature from the Panda Express app at your Fallbrook location. Entered the store at 130pm (my email confirmation said my order would be ready at that time) and was immediately directed outside because the store had reached max capacity with 3 customers inside. No friendly hello. No assistance. After a few minutes of waiting outside with no follow up, i went inside when one customer left and went to the mobile order counter. No assistance, no eye contact, no greeting asking if I was here to pick up my mobile order. After she took the customers order and walked a different order outside to another customer she decided to ask me what I would like and I informed your employee that I was here to pick up my mobile order. I also pointed out the fact that it was now 138pm and I had been waiting 8 minutes for my order. She just said that I should have told her I was here for my mobile and I told her "you didn't even ask me! And didn't even give me a chance to tell you! You told me to go outside" Your employee gave me a blank stare and walked away. So, instead of yelling at your customers attempting to pick up for their prepaid meals, how about you polite greet them with a warm hello and ASK them if they are here for a mobile order instead of telling them to go outside and wait till it's their turn to enter next in line. It goes like this: "good afternoon, welcome to Panda! Are you here for a mobile order pick-up?" (Politely wait for a response from the customer) A) YES!....Yes Ma'am, I'll be over shortly to pass out your order! B) NO?....If you don't mind waiting outside until another customer exits, we'd appreciate it! Thank you!" Most folks understand the concept of social distancing and wearing face masks, but come on! Use some manners and have some pride in your customer service. read more

I would consider myself a regular now (going in at least twice a month), so I figured why not write a review! First of all, I'm very happy to have the Panda here, it really adds variety in the fast-food arena of mostly Mexican food and the other fast-food places. Ok, so there is almost always a line-an almost "out the door" line-when I go in to get some takeout. I'm not saying that as a negative or a positive (I do always think it's a positive thing to see that) but merely just an observation; the line does move at a reasonable pace. The food is consistently hot and the employees work fast to get your order together. There was 1 time that I did go in and there were 2 employees that did not know what it meant when I told them I wanted "half noodles, half veggies"....I'm thinking they were new. Otherwise, again-they have been consistent with service. The place itself looks clean, of course I didn't take an in-depth look, but I've never gotten sick from the food there, that's a plus in my book! My honey bunny is a Type 2 Diabetic! It is very challenging to find a great option for him later in the day when Dr. Strutz has told us not to eat pasta, beans, rice, bread, or any other carb:) Gaea, a kind young woman suggested Brown rice to which I said no, and then she suggested steamed fresh veggies! What a great idea to substitute the Rice with fresh steamed vegetables it was AWESOME! She is an amazing employee to think quickly on her feet to solve the problem for me so quickly! Disappointed in my order today. I ordered online to save time, but my order was not ready when I showed up. Unfortunately I didn't open the containers before leaving, as my order was incorrect. I called to inform them that it was wrong and i was rudely told to bring it back. Went back and was made to wait. I was there for over 10 minutes and the girl continued to help customers as they came in and she kept me waiting while saying she was busy. I'm busy too! That's why I ordered ahead of time. This location is kicking people out and not making any food when they don't close for an hour and not letting little kids use the bathroom. Walked into this location at 8:30 when they don't close until 930 and telling us they will not make any new entrées giving us 2 options and kicking us out. Very unhappy with the customer service. I ordered online at 7:50 and the app said it would be ready at 8:05, I show up at 8:06 and watch atleast 10 people walk in, order and walk out with their food before I was able to get mine, which was finally at 8:20. Then when I told her it took a really long time , I got a sorry as she was walking away. There was still a lot of traffic into the store yet the only options they had was 2 entrees enough for 2-3 portions and noodles and where letting everyone know they would not be making anymore than what was there. I get this is Covid-19 times! This is to management..I came into your store and place an order of Super Greens, chow main, Black Pepper Chicken, and Mushroom Chicken. The Young Man making my plate call to to guyz cooking Super Greens and Black Pepper Chicken because there was none there. He put my plate to the side and then started be sweeping the prep area. There was a Young Lady counting money and getting it ready for a drop. After the cook got the Super Greens and Black Pepper Chicken ready they put both items in the prep area. Young Lady counting with NO gloves started completing my order, then the Young Man sweeping tried to finish my order without washing his hands or at least change his gloves. I told him about it and he got an attitude saying he didn't touch my plate. I ask for my money back and this guy told the Young Lady with the money drop to just make a new plate while he walked to Albertsons with the money drop. I can't use your public restrooms or get my own drink but you have a guy with contaminated gloves making my food!!! IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE THIS TO BE TRUE CHECK YOUR VIDEO. We go to the Fallbrook establishment weekly, but since the new guidelines things have definitely changed. First let me say the portions are not the same, not adequate compared to what we used to get. I ordered half rice and half chow mein for my husband. . ,maybe we received 1/4 cup of rice. They weren't offering the super veggies which I always order, and one of the ladies was really rude when we picked up when we tried to let her know we ordered online. SO disappointed in this place. I mean, the food is usually decent, and you can pick and choose to make your choices healtheir. But when you decide to splurge a tiny bit, and pay an extra fee for a premium entree, you expect to get SOMETHING in return, especially when there is a minimum amount they are supposed to give you. So when you get ONE SHRIMP in a shrimp dish?!?! Hell no. I wont make the same mistake and come here to get not only cold rubbery noodles, food that had been sitting forever, and then get ripped off on top of that. This past holiday weekend, on Sunday...the young boy at the cash register was clearly not trained adequately. My heart broke for him. He tried so hard to get everything right and yet it was wrong...too many things to list. It was obvious they were short handed, in fact I saw a sign outside with 3 job openings posted. The manager was aware of this boy's difficulties. My question to the manager - why was this boy by himself? He should have been buddied with an experienced person. If there wasn't an experienced person working that day, then you should have taken over the register. I am not here to tell you what to do or not do, but shame on you for allowing the chaos to continue as it did. I wouldn't be surprised if the young employee on the register didn't walk out! The people there have always been nice to me. Sometimes I don't have enough money for a drink and they have given me a free one. Thid location is VERY hit and miss as far as food quality and service both. When you order extra items of any kinf, you may or may not get them. If you call to let them know, you must bring your receipt in to prove you aren't lying about not receiving your entire order. Also, they aren't good at making screwed up orders right, it's like they don't care. Their attitude is, "oh well, so what", right up thru to the manager. Disappointing. When the food is good, it's really good, but when it's bad, it's TERRIBLE!! This is a shame, because we love Panda Express and were looking forward to having one in Fallbrook. read more

My husband went into panda and ordered his plate and mine. When he got home we noticed they got his plate wrong. So I took it back and explained to the shift on duty what happened. He began to tell me there was nothing he could do unless I had my receipt. He then asked me to drive back home to get the receipt so he could fix the mistake. This is now twice we drove home. When I got back with the receipt, he said all he could do was give me a small side of the corrected mistake. I asked if I could have a new plate as now the meal was cold and he said no. So I took my side and left. I have never been treated so poorly on a mistake the company made. Absolutely terrible customer service. The store manager will be hearing from me. read more
