Horrible experience, from the food to the service and the management as well. Yesterday I came in around 10:30, I understand that the establishment closes at 11, so I decided to go through the drive through and save them the need to clean another table. They were out of almost everything, no super greens, no beijing beef, no fried rice, no pepper beef, pretty much only orange chicken, and walnut shrimp and a few other things I did not particularly like. But since I was there and my friend really wanted Panda Express, I decided to order anyways. I ordered the kung pao chicken, chow mein and orange chicken with rice. What I received was very disappointing. I measured the chicken (because we are tracking our macros for health purposes) and found that the portion was 100 grams, about 3.57 oz. The food was also cold and not fresh. I called the location to speak to the manager but he was not present and I was told to come in the next day. ALSO there was a walnut in my food, I like walnuts so it's not a concern but if someone was allergic, it could be a disaster. But anyways I waited the next day to come in and speak to the manager. After speaking to the manager, Irwin, he told me he could not do anything. I asked him what the portion size should be and he said 5.6 oz. I told him what I received. He completely dismissed my concerns, refused to take any responsibility and gaslighted me in telling me that the portion size was sufficient. I left completely dissatisfied and in order to respect the other guests and employees I decided not to press any further. But please be aware, if they will skimp me and then proceed to tell me that I am wrong, imagine what they can and will do to other customers to cut corners. Horrendous management, food is not good and even if it is 30 minutes before closing, it should still be better than leftover quality. read more

I never give reviews but this place deserves this one. The service was terrible. We tried placing 2 orders drive thru but it only let us place one so we waited and they came on the speaker telling us to give them a minute. After 10min of waiting and saying hello with no response we pulled up to the window to try and order the second one there. The cashier then talks to who I'm assuming a manager with a horrible attitude to match the terrible purple hair. She said "I have a line if you want to order you have to go around again" - keep in mind there was only 2 cars behind us and it would've taken her all of 2 minutes to serve chow main and a double order of orange chicken. I replied "no we waited already and nobody helped us" she then proceeded to say "you can go around again sorry" and shut the window in my face. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Let me start by saying it takes A LOT to give a negative review. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years, and was a restaurant general manager for 11 of those years. This is the 4th consecutive time ordering through the app, and the 4th straight time I've had an issue, always with wait time, two previous orders were inaccurate. I placed my order at 2:21. An email confirmed my order would be ready at 2:42. Arrived at 2:47, no one greeted me for almost a minute. Manager Dylan was interviewing a lady. There was one table occupied and no one in the drive thru, three servers and a cook working. Was told it would be 7 mins to get the steak for my order. I had to get my sick child out of the car and bring him inside to wait. Order was finally finished at 2:58 with no apologies from the staff. Will NEVER come here again. Last time we waited FIFTEEN minutes and the manager gave us a $15 gift card for the inconvenience, which I used on this order. Genuinely hoping someone from upper management sees this review and the complaint I sent so that these issues can be fixed. This location used to be so great! I had a hankering for crab rangoon so came to this Panda Express. The drive thru was quick for a weekday afternoon. The crab rangoon was decent in flavor and price. The honey walnut shrimp was pretty good too. The chow mein however was not good. I'm not sure what they did to these noodles but they tasted like they were dredged in flour so this thick coating threw off the flavor. It was mostly noodles, not much in the way of vegetables. The teriyaki chicken.........I couldn't even finish one bite. Not even worth mentioning in this review. This could be a 3 -star, depends on what you order. I have been going to this location since they opened at least once a week for lunch. For the past 6 months it has started going down hill. Food was sometimes not very good as if they were leftovers. Now for the past month all of the staff is gone and the food taste terrible. Nothing taste the same. Very few cars in the parking lot and none in the drive thru. I was a fan of this location. Think Chinese food cafeteria style if you have not been to a Panda Express. Panda express is expanding all throughout the metroplex. Their concept is pretty good. It is to serve fresh hot Chinese food in a very quick manner. The food is all prepared on site with fresh vegetables fresh meat and cooked right before your eyes and small portions and the lying me as kept fresh with a wide variety of selections. About the only difference you will find in the panda express is the people that work there. The selections are pretty much the same the layout of the restaurant is pretty much the same. I have a few favorite one is the sweet fire chicken which is made from white meat chicken and has a sweet but hot sauce on it. Another one of my favorites is the Shanghai steak. It is a mixture of steak and vegetables in a very flavorful sauce. The steak is amazingly tender. The other thing that I like about panda express is that it is family owned. It is not a huge corporation although it is a pretty large family owned business. If you have not tried them I highly recommend you check them out. read more

We were waiting at the counter for 20 minutes and none of the employees acknowledged us or anything (they could have said they would be with us soon but no nothing). The employees were too busy with drive thru orders yet somehow they were able to serve and acknowledge the customers in front of us and get their food within 5 minutes. I visited this store Friday at 11 a.m. and after waiting in the drive thru line 15 minutes after payingfor i finally got mine and my kids food for lunch. I went to work, didn't take my lunch break till 2:30, I was too hungry to warm it up. I took my first bite and tasted burnt chicken. I look down at my bowl and not only was there very few pieces of kung pao chicken but black pieces which at first thought was seasoning maybe but no it was just big burnt crumbs. I was very upset and returned to the store with my receipt and the food. When I got there I told them what happened and asked for my money back. She said she couldn't give me my money back only a coupon. At this point I was very upset and told her I wouldnt take a coupon I deserved to get my money back. Not only was my food burnt but my kids food too and my kids (which were dropped off at the babysitters with the food) actually ate the burnt food not knowing any better. The cashier called the manager on the phone and said the manager had said that she couldn't do anything better than a coupon and if I had a complaint I could go to the website. I don't know what it is about this place but there must be something there that affects short term memory. It never fails, when using drive thru they will always forget sauces you order. I even ask them to please not forget and that seems to affect the memory even more. It's annoying when you don't figure it out until you get home. Today I placed my order and said politely to please not forget my sauce and of course she did. So I knocked on window, honked and they wouldn't even turn around. 2 of them right there. I previously visited this location and was not pleased at all with the service or the food but I was out on lunch break and decided to give them one last try. I can honestly say I saw immediate improvement in customer service as soon as I entered the door. The staff greeted customers as they entered, offered samples and seemed eager to serve their guest. I was stared down by multiple people and not one person spoke to me, for about 5 minutes. I eventually asked for my sauce and the lady was like "we don't give you the sauce, you have to ask for it" then why is it called teriyaki Chicken? This is the type of review I like to update. My first visit was a weak A-OK, 2.5 stars. I am pleased to upgrade this one to a strong A-OK, 3.5 stars. On this cooler windy day I awoke craving some hot and sour soup and spring rolls. Not wanting to go to May Dragon and fight the busy lunch crowds, decided to give Panda another try. I was not disappointed. They open @ 1030, so I did some quick shopping @ the Walmart Neighborhood Market Grocery in the same center, and pulled into drive through @ 1050. I placed my order and was advised that the soup wouldn't be ready for another 10 minutes. Hmmm, the cook must have been a little late to work ? No problem, I decided to endure the wait. Most of my total 18 minute wait time was in large part the result of the car in front of me who apparently had placed a large order, and perhaps also that some of his food items were not ready. When I reached the window, I was greeted by a most cheerful, perky Karen, who immediately apologized for the long wait. In about 5 minutes my food is passed through the window, with again another sincere apology for the wait. The hot and sour soup was a pleasant surprise - a humongous order, a bowl that equaled 2 servings for me. The broth was perfectly spiced with a delicious flavor and plenty of soft creamy tofu. I'd definitely go back for more of this scrumptious tummy warming goodness. The vege spring rolls ? Another crunchy delight. Two in the order, I scarfed down both of them. They were perfectly crispy and stuffed with the usual veges. No scrimping on the ingredients here. Yes, I'd also order these again. To top off this experience, $5.30 for a pretty enjoyable lunch, to enjoy @ home watching one of my favorite DVR shows. Not to fail to mention, with soup left over for tomorrow. I wanted Chinese food! GPS choice took me to a closed restaurant location. Another try took my family of four to this location. I was a little disappointed at first because I knew it was fast food, but sometimes you have to punt. I really liked the food. I was hoping for a better shop but I guess the corporate teachers for panda teach the franchise's how to be stingy and hide things like napkins and condiments. High prices and so so food. Alicia C. was the server who assisted me today. She is always very positive and wonderful every single time I visit this location. Even when the restaurant is full (no place to sit as all tables and chairs have a customer) and the drive-through line is full, Alicia has a lovely smile, quick serve and makes waiting worth it. She treats every customer the same with professionalism, positivity, and grace. I look forward to my next visit at this location. The food is always very fresh and not greasy.
