They told me to park in spot 1 and said they would bring it to me. I sat in spot one between 5-10 minutes just waiting and seeing the cars that went behind me just drove off with their orders. I ordered food for my elderly mother that lives in a care facility that eats dinner at 17:00. I hurried and backed out when they handed my food to me. I didn't know the order was missing the protein until I was parking at my mother's residence and too far to go back to have it corrected. I called the location around 19:25, but there was no answer. They never even mentioned the loyalty program to me, but they did to the car behind me. Might I think this was all intentional? I come here occasionally and every time I come here it's usually nothing crazy. The drive thru line can be a bit slow to be honest, going inside will probably be a better option. The person on the mic at the drive thru can either BARELY be heard or they can BARELY hear you it's one or the other lmao. As for the food, the food is good thing that every time I get chow mein I end up getting barely anything sometimes. My only complaint would be to not be so stingy with the portions? I get they have to put a certain amount that isn't a fuckin crazy amount but they can definitely put in a bit more. When you go inside is usually where that issue doesn't occur so to be honest it's a bit of a hit or miss.At least the inside of the panda is always clean lol. read more

We sampled the Shanghai Angus Beef and decided it still had that frozen beef aftertaste. Plus, it was $1.50 more than other entrees. Tip: They advertise a choice of chow mein or fried rice for your side, but they will give you half and half if you ask. Daughter really wanted the Beijing Beef, deep fried thinly sliced beef in a spicy sauce, really was more Szechuan inspired than anything I ate in Beijing. But with a slip of tongue, she got the Broccoli Beef. She also got the Cashew Shrimp. I tasted the Chicken Breast with String Beans and liked that alright. I felt bad that she did not order the Beijing Beef so added that to our 3 entree deal which was $4 plus more to our bill. However, watching my child enjoy her meal made it worth it. I have frequently endured Panda Express in the past when my husband carried out after work. I admit that eating the food onsite was much better. Fresher from the wok to the table. About a week ago I went through the drive thru and was missing part of my order. I had a crying new born so I didn't go back to get my missing food. It took hours to get someone to answer the phone. When I finally spoke to the store manager, he didn't want to replace my missing items because I didn't have a receipt because they didn't give me one. He said he would compensate me a bowl and plate. When I went to get it, he wasn't there and the assistant manager was laughing and didn't want to compensate me because I didn't have a receipt and the store manager didn't write down my name, neither of which is my fault. read more

I order Panda Express from this location probably 2 to 3 times a month and Yesterday I got the same thing I always get, 2 Three Entree Plates and 4 Chicken Egg Rolls. I always put on the Online order "Please give us Soy Sauce" Yesterday after 4 orders in the last couple months never receiving any, they gave us some. The reason I am giving this 2 star rating is the Egg Rolls. They appear to have been either OVERCOOKED or Dropped back into the Fryer prior to serving them to us. Food should NEVER BE RECOOKED like that for ANYONE!!!!!! If they were OVERCOOKED by accident then I will remove my review. I do believe that this locations Management is VERY POOR at Customer service and I believe the employees follow suit with TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't know why I keep eating at Panda. I think I had good Panda once and I keep going back to repeat the experience but it's never good. As I was leaving, I went to refill my drink and one of the employees came to the drink station and opened the bottom cabinet door where I was standing and it smacked my legs. I gave him this look like "are you fucking kidding me" and he just stood there with the door still opened and pressing against my legs.
