DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY COMING HERE!!! I stopped by one Sunday after church. They had the inside of this place closed (lack of help, if I remember correctly.) However, the drive thru was open. The food didn't have much flavor! I paid a pretty penny for my food, but received very lil food, except for the Fried Rice. I had ordered the Broccoli Beef and the Teriyaki Chicken with rice. They served my food in a 3 part To-Go-Box. They filled the large part of the box with rice, and put my entrees in the lil places at the back of my box. There was 1 medium sized piece of broccoli beef, and maybe 2 very small pieces in the one small compartment. They also included 2, maybe 3 pieces of Broccoli. Really people. That is what you consider to be a decent sized helping? Or maybe you just don't care!!! There was maybe 4 medium pieces of Teriyaki Chicken on the other small compartment. The Broccoli Beef had no flavor! The Teriyaki Chicken had a lil more flavor. The rice was good, and plentiful!!! I won't come back to eat any more of their small portions. I felt ripped off!!! Nothing pisses me off more (regarding retail and service industires) than missing items. The purpose of a drive thru is to order a small amount of something, pay and go about your business. If a customer orders food for 6 fucking adults at a drive thru I hope they are missing food because they are assholes. If someone orders for one or two people and it's missing food, the manager should deliver the missing items to the customer. Even if they're doing 70mph on the interstate. It's their fault. Lack of accountability. It's why our country is SO far behind in commerce. Americans are lazy. American leaders have no spines. It's not just politicians. It's restaurant managers, manufacturing leaders, construction foremen, CEOs, Non-Commissoned and Commisioned Officers, etc. It all starts with accountability. Put items A--B-C in the bag. My 1st time having Panda Express and I loved it!! I got the Grilled teriyaki chicken with white rice bowl and a drink. Everything tasted amazing, will definitely be getting regularly, also the price was literally half of other restaurants that sell grilled chicken. I used the drive thru and it was extremely quick. In comparison to other Americanized Chinese food, I would say 4 stars, but if I'm comparing it to actual Chinese food, this review would look completely different. This was my first time at Panda Express and I got the orange chicken with lo mein. The chicken tasted good, but the lo mein definitely lacked flavor and was a bit dry. Workers seemed friendly. Soooooo goooood! Today was opening day and I couldn't be more impressed. Such fast service, every employee was very happy to be working here and just super friendly. They gave out free samples and have many options for lots of different things. They do have Pepsi products and that's okay with me but I know a lot of people like their Coco cola haha. Poor Service. They were out of Chicken Teriyaki... I asked for a non sugar sweeter for the tea and was told they didn't have any. The tea ran out as we were trying to fill our cups, we informed the staff, and they ignored us. I then asked for them to fill my cup at the drive thru and was told that they didn't have any tea any where but the dining room?? We never once saw any of them come out to the dining area to fill cups for the drive thru. read more

Worst customer service I've received yet. I got cut off while ordering my food through the drive thru. The guy who was taking my order was straight up RUDE. Since he interrupted me multiple times he didn't get my order right. I ordered two waters (which they were a dollar extra each & that was fine) they only gave me one at the window and then I reminded them I had two not just one and they proceeded to be very rude and said "that'll be another dollar" also did not receive the sauces I asked for because I was rudely interrupted AGAIN by the man saying "you can ask for those at the window" I would NOT recommend going here. read more

I do not know where to even begin with this review. This is by far the worst and most disappointing experience I've ever had here. We pull up to order, I order half rice/half noodles. Out of rice. We then proceeded to go through not one, not two, not three, but four of their meat options (they do not have that many) to even get to one that they actually had. I settled on teriyaki chicken (which I was told "oh that will be 7 mins" and actually turned out being over 20). And the honey sesame chicken. I did not have time to check after receiving my order due to them taking so long and having to get back to my office. Lord I wish I would have. What an absolute joke that box was. I had 2, yes that's correct two tiny pieces of the honey sesame chicken and the chicken teriyaki?!? Why did we wait so long when it wasn't even fresh or even warm?!?!. When you order on the app, always put in the special instructions space, "Sweet and sour sauce" (for example) because if you highlight any of the sauce tabs on the app, they never pay attention to it. If I could rank them no stars at all I would! this is the 3rd time this week we have been there to order food and the first time they didn't have anything we wanted to eat, then to top it off we made it home and realized we didn't even get every we ordered! So we called up there and kept our receipt With intentions of going the next day to get what they forgot and hopefully order what we wanted the day before. but who knew! Opened about a week or so ago. I've never been to Panda before. Today I was close and figured it was a try. Helpful service to guide me, very friendly and helpful. I ordered a "plate", 1 side 2 entree. Half chow-mein and half fried rice plus a chicken egg roll, and orange chicken. Wasn't impressed with chow-mein, fried rice was just "okay", egg roll not bad (maybe next time I will go for Spring roll) Orange Chicken was really very good. Always thought their food was good not great. convenient from where I work. But, walked in today and they were completely out of fried rice. What kind of Chinese restaurant runs out of the staple food of the restaurant? told me it would be 4 minutes. Paid for my food and waited. watched two employees just cook two huge bags of eggrolls. No fried rice. Also watched the line grow to about seven people that all had to wait on their food as well. Finally cooked the rice and finally got my meal after about 10 minutes. Service was good but the food was terrible. Food was barely above room temperature and became cold by the time we sat down to eat. Sweet and sour sauce had been out for so long it had thickened to the point you could almost pick it up with a fork. Teriyaki sauce wasn't much better. Sad that Greenville finally got something other than a Tex-Mex restaurant and the quality is so bad they will likely be out of business within a year. read more
