My visit there tonight was the second time where my order was messed up. The first time I ordered walnut shrimp without the walnuts because my fiance is allergic to them. We were told it could be done and that it would be a little bit of a wait. Well the girl who took our order got off work and neglected to tell anyone else so when we got our food there was walnuts in it. Now tonight that same girl helped us through the drive through and we were told it would be a 7 minute wait and if we could drive around to the front where they would bring it out to us. After waiting 15 minutes I walk inside to figure out what is going on. When they go and get my food is was just sitting by the drive through window. I wasn't the only one waiting either. The car in front of me decided to go inside after me and she cancelled her order which is what I should've done as well. Safe to say I won't be going to this location anymore. The one by Costco is much better with far superior service. This location didn't even offer me a free drink or give me the fortune cookies that come with my meal. read more

I would like to update my review: -1/2 filled plates -takes items every other location has -soda machines broken for 2-3 weeks -fryer broken for a week -fryer caused 1/2 menu to not be avail. -ordered blk pepper chicken. Got no chicken -ordered surf and turf. No surf. Still charged me more Overall the GM needs to be replaced. How do you make your workers work with no food or soda to sell. read more

I wasn't going to make this a big deal but since nothing got done and the two employees wanted to continue being immature with the rest of the staff here we are. I went through panda drive through around 8:30pm/9pm on Wednesday and or of cream cheese Rangoons and two drinks. The girls specifically asked me what did I want for my side multiple times and I told them broccoli beef. I get to the window and there's two girls working drive thru (one is white one is Asian i couldn't get either of there names and that's how the employee described them to me) both had horrible attitudes both always get talks by managers and nothing ever seriously done from what the shift lead told me that spoke to me that there's been problems with those two specifically. They give me a plate with two drinks and it states 1 side on the receipt, I get the plate and she walks away (the Asian) we wait 5-10min before the same girl comes back and asks if we need anything and we said our orders of Rangoons and I didn't get charged right, she went to go get the other girl that wears a black hat with hat pins on it and she came with an attitude removing and putting back on her head set, sticking out her ear and saying everything with a preppy attitude. She then told us "I told you to go park" when she did not speak to us. I explain that the order is wrong and we ordered 4 orders of Rangoons she then proceeded to say "I know that's why it's $1 and change for 4 pieces and I said to park, so now your going to have to go around and re order. I drive around to re order what they forgot to charge me for, plus my order I already paid for. I get to the drive thru I tell them it's me from the window order, and I want to order 3 orders and grab my 1st order as well. I get to the window and I pay for the order and was told to still go park but something seemed off so I checked the receipt. It was for an order of a plate for the car behind me plus three orders of the Rangoons and my order I already paid for. I waited for her to come back to the window and on her way back she walks up and says "I know I messed up" and walked a foot away to talk to the other girl also working drive thru as that's happening that girl is walking up to her and saying "did they notice" before the girl who messed up could even say what she was going to say. We hear the girl say "yes they noticed and they are asking for a refund" the girl with the black hat tells us "all we can do is get you another plate or more Rangoons that's all nothing else" I tell her grab a manager and she brings the shift lead and the shift lead tells me she came to speak to me basically because the manager wouldn't have done what she did and he didn't want to deal with it. The shift lead parks us to talk about the situation and even she didn't understand what we were saying. She got everything mixed up as well. As we're talking to her our food is getting cold and drinks are watered down. She does everything it takes in her to not have to do a cash refund she's offering everything in the book basically. I go order today on Friday afternoon and the same girls are working drive thru. As soon as the Asian notices us she walks over to the other girl and they start laughing so loud that they get told to be quiet but they still laugh and some other females in the staff also started laughing. It was easy to re order everything because the guy said they all heard about the story and everyone has been talking about it and the girls just find it hilariously funny and think it's cute giving customers attitude, arguing back and forth having customers go around and around for a mistake and simple task they can't get. I've never had issues with staff except those two workers every single time it never fails. And I know none of them personally so I'm not sure what the attitude or preppy vibes are for. The shift lead stated all they get is talked to and they've been having problems with the staff. I asked to speak to the manager on shift and he walks up to me and says he knows what I wanted to tell him because he heard about it and he spoke to them but as we were speaking to him the girls were laughing so loud you would think panda was packed that day and so loud but there was very few customers. I go to that panda daily and regularly since it's close to me but now because of those two always working the drive thru I can't waste time knowing how they are and if my order continues getting messed up by them as usual so I have to drive to the other location. It's ridiculous. I don't ever complain but when it's something like this I will speak up. read more

Just tried to get basic chicken teriyaki with steamed rice. No steamed rice at 5:45pm??? Second time in the recent past I have tried Panda Express and both times out of steamed rice. Won't try again. read more

Beijing beef was horrible, soggy and cold, teriyaki chicken came with no sauce, and noodles are pretty much all veggies now, and the portions wow, looks like half a plate, gave this place more then enough chances and they failed to deliver, this will be my last trip to Panda. read more

Their food is great, but I've come across several problems when ordering here. I went to the drive thru, however they forgot about my order and people behind me and inside the store had gotten their order where I still hadn't. Fast forward half an hour later and they only noticed because I had to go inside and ask where my order was! It was then prepared on the spot, however it left me highly disappointed. Another was where I ordered a plate, however they only gave me a main and a side--they didn't inform me that my other side wasn't ready and so they just leave it empty without advising me. Went through the drive through tonight and for the first time was pleasantly surprised. Usually when I come here the girls are always not so friendly. I had a great greeting from a lady Andrea. I could see all the other workers cleaning up mad I pulled up 25 mins before clothes saying "really" but her she was so nice and let me know that due to the time there might be a wait time and kindly let me know what was currently available right away with no attitude whatsoever. She seems like a great asset to this panda and was very nice at the window offering sauces instead of just handing me my food and rushing me out like most of the employees there. read more

Ordered 2 item plate with chow mien, orange chicken and walnut shrimp. Got explosive diarrhea and upset stomach soon after eating.

This is a clean establishment with very professional, and courteous staff. The restaurant sits on a busy corner of town, therefore the food doesn't sit around on the steam table nor under heat lamps too long. For Chinese fast food, it's one of the freshest and tastiest. Cheers! read more

I would be very surprised if Samsung pay doesn't work. It acts just like a card you swipe. If you don't know how to use it then just say, I'm sorry we can't accept Samsung or Apple pay at the drive through. I have only found 5 places in Hanford where it doesn't work. Usually this is my go to place but Lately I have been get bad customer service. Employee named "Adrian" was rude. Food was under cooked or rice was burned. Disappointed in how staff is pushy on donations and after you declined they still want to push to round up. What? Why would I round up if I'm not donating at this time? This was a disappointing visit. I went from work on my lunch and went inside the store for a to-go order. There were so many people behind the counter, they were literally running into each other. I place my order and the employee began plopping the wrong food item in the container. I advised him and he then raked it out of the container back into the bowl and got something else. Lines of boxes were on the counter. People were waiting in line to pay for their meals. The guy at the register would get the next box in line, open it, and ask, "Is this your order?" If the customer said no, he would close the box, get another one off the line and repeat until they said yes. The orders were all being open and closed at least 3-4 times each. A customer came from a table an states that the meal he received was not his order. The register employee put it back in the line and another employee opened it, and raked the food out of the box back into the bowls under the heat lamps!! Totally disgusting! I ordered a large soft drink for $2.50 and never received it. I won't go back here. Too many health and safety issues. Someone did not train their employees. read more

No vegetarian options! This is Chinese food. Vegetarian options are usually a staple on Chinese food menus. While I appreciate their honesty and notice of no vegetarian options but its because they cook everything in the same pan. Why can't they simply cook the spring rolls, chow mein and rice in a different pan? Before being notified of this I did eat the spring rolls and chow mein and they were tasteless and the sweet and sour sauce taste like its 90% vinegar. Yuck. The food is great but during my recent visit the service was garbage. Right off the bat, nobody was smiling or seemed encouraged at all to provide friendly customer service. I ordered two 2 item combos; one with rice and the other chow mein. When it came to the the items, the person asked "what will my items be?" Without thinking, I just told her. I realized that she put the items I wanted with the rice plate onto the chow mein plate, so I brought it up politely and she just stopped dead in their tracks and looked at me like I was an idiot and ruined her work flow. Still not saying anything to me, she just looked to her left where another person on the line was standing, whispered the mix up to her, gave her one of the plates and walked away. I've been to this place many time and ALWAYS had GREAT service! Well tonight I had better service than I usually do. I just went to Panda Express around 9 at night. So, they had to make some more chicken for me so one plus was I got it fresh. Well, because of the waiy they threw in a soda and a extra sides! It was fantastic! This nice lady was very polite and formal when she served us. Sadly, I didn't catch her name but she deserves some recognition she was working the drive-thru and it was all around the most wonderful dinner expectations that I could ask for!
